음향특성을 이용한 간이 흡음방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Simple Sound Absorption Method Using Acoustic Characteristics)

  • 현대사회는 인구의 증대에 따른 교통, 건물 그리고 환경등 여러 가지 분야에서 눈부신 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 하지만, 거주환경이 발전하면서 나타나는 소음을 저감하고자 본 논문에서는 간이 흡음재인 계란판의 흡음특성을 3가지 환경에서 측정한 데이터를 비교분석하였다. 실험을 하기위해 가로, 세로, 높이1000mm의 정사각형 상자를 만들어 진행하였다. 실험은 간이 흡음재 부착, 미부착 그리고 방음실에서 음원을 각각 5회씩 재생시킨 후 잔향시간을 측정하여 비교분석하였다. 그 결과, 간이흡음재 미부착시 평균0.413초, 부착시 평균0.330초 그리고 방음실에서 평균0.319초의 데이터를 얻었다.

  • This study presents experimental results from the performance test of a scaled reverberation chamber for measurement of sound insulation of panels. Experimental investigations were conducted in various parameters such as tunneling effect source locations, and maximum sound transmission loss. It is evident that the tunneling effect which means the variation with specimen location on the test frame gives rise to more than 3 dB deviation. One of the objective of this study that compares measured results between a real reverberation chamber and a simplified test apparatus, by using a specimen of a sandwich panel. It shows qualitatively resonable agreement from which one can find a potential to provide a design tool.

간이잔향실을 이용한 철도차량 바닥재의 음향투과손실 측정 (Sound transmission loss measurement of railway vehicle floor using semi-reverberation room)

  • This study is to examine the sound transmission loss of a railway vehicle floor. To this end, a semi-reverberation room was constructed. The semi-reverberation room was made of a railway vehicle floor between the sound radiating chamber and the sound receiving chamber. To block the sound, the wall was made of acryl, urethane foam, wood, and glass fiber. The test followed the KS F 2808 standard, and a typical reverberation room was used to verify the performance of the semi-reverberation room. As a result, comparison of the measurements showed that the test results of the semi-reverberation room had the same tendency as those of the reverberation room. Consequently it was possible to measure the sound transmission loss of railway vehicle structures using the semi-reverberation room.

  • Comparisons of measuring apparatus for sound insulation are made between a reverberation chamber and a simplified test apparatus(APAMAT II) that is used to measure sound insulation performance of inner panels for automobiles. Also, theoretical prediction by using sandwich model are made in order to compare it with experiments and to consequently provide a design tool. Comparative results show that steel ball excitation in APAMAT II has a serious problem with sound insulation performance at the low frequency region, while speaker excitation gives a good agreements with theoretical prediction.

고부가가치선 선실의 소음 저감용 복합패널의 차음특성 해석 (Analysis of Sound Transmission Characteristics of Multi-complex Panel for Noise Reduction in High Value-added Vessel Cabin)

  • Recently, as the importance of the interior noise in a ship cabin has risen, ship builders have becomeconcerned about the use of noise reduction panels to reduce cabin noise. The results of previous researches have been based on analytical and experimental methods using simple sandwich panels. However, panel structures are becoming more complex to improve the transmission loss. Thus, researches that analyze the transmission loss of a panel are reaching the limit of study. This paper reports on research that was performed to determine the sound transmission characteristics of multi-complex panels applicable to high value-added vessels. It presents comparisons between analytical methods and experimental results by using a mini-reverberant chamber with components of sound attenuation panels, including the core and surface materials. The sound transmission loss of multi-complex panels are also analyzed in terms of the influences of the inside perforate plates and air gap thickness on the attenuation. Finally, the multi-complex panel with the highest noise attenuation is proposed based on the analysis results and experimental results in mini-reverberant chamber, which wereverified using a real-size reverberant chamber.

해양플랜트용 허니컴 패널의 차음 특성 연구 (A Study on the Sound Insulation Characteristics of Honeycomb Panels for Offshore Plants)

  • 현재 해양플랜트용 패널의 주요한 중심재는 다공성재료(미네랄울) 이지만, 뛰어난 차음성능에도 불구하고 환경적인 이유로 이를 대체할 재료가 요구되고 있다. 허니컴 구조는 무게 대비 강도가 우수하여 산업전반에서 많이 쓰이고 있다. 하지만 소음진동 측면에서의 연구는 미미하다. 다공성재료를 대체하기 위한 연구로서 허니컴의 음향학적 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 허니컴패널을 대칭모드와 비대칭모드의 중첩으로 가정하여 수치해석을 진행하였다. 이러한 이론을 통한 수치해석과 실험결과를 비교하여 수치해석의 신뢰성을 검증하였다. 그리고 수치해석을 통해 허니컴패널의 차음특성을 연구하고 중심재로서의 가능성을 평가하였다. 패널두께를 키울수록 일치주파수가 저주파수로 이동하였다. 셀사이즈와 셀벽의 사이각이 감소함에 따라 차음성능이 개선되었고, 셀벽두께의 경우 증가할수록 차음성능이 향상되었다.
