In this research, The new CEO is expected to increase a reporting income through earning management for individual benefit such as a good reputation, high compensation and CEO' s contract extension in the early years of service, of which may influence value relevance of the accounting numbers. We investigate the change of value relevance from 2004 to 2014, compare firms with a change of CEO and firms with non-change of CEO and analysis the value relevance in the early years and in the late years of the new CEO. The results of research are as follows. First, value relevance of EPS of firms with change of CEO are decreased, whereas value relevance of BPS are increased in the regression of all sample. Second, value relevance of EPS are decreased, whereas value relevance of BPS are increased in the early years of the new CEO. This research makes a contribution to provide the first proof about influence of value relevance by the earning management in the early years of the new CEO in Korea.

Social networks can be a powerful force in marketing because they provide new ways to market to young generation. Though many studies on evaluation of customer lifetime value have been conducted, it is not clear how to assess the value of members within social networks. The purpose of this study is to evaluate members based on customer intangible value as well as customer lifetime value. Customer network value in terms of the power and influence within a network is analyzed through network structure analysis. Using Cyworld log file data, this study have shown that high percentage of members are very influential in terms of spreading or withholding information even though their CLV is low. It is expected that the findings of this research contribute to understand the interactive behaviors of members within networks and to provide valuable implications on new product launching and customer management strategies to marketers.

본 연구의 목적은 대표적인 6개 국립공원에 대하여 자연 및 문화자원의 이용가치와 비이용가치를 이선선택형가상가치평가법을 이용하여 측정하는 것이다. 측정결과 이용가치의 경우높게는 17,208원/1인(설악산국립공원)에서 낮게는 5,758원/1인(태안해안국립공원)의 범주로 나타났다. 또한 비이용가치의 경우 높게는 16,198원/1인(북한산국립공원)에서 낮게는 12,756원/1인(한려해상국립공원)의 범주로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 국립공원이 현재의 입장료(1,000원/1인)와 국립공원의 유지관리비(3.700원/1인)를 능가하는 상당한 정도의 이용가치와 비이용가치를 창출하고 있다는 사실을 지적해준다. 따라서 국민의 경계적 편익을 유지하기 위해서 정부는 국립공원의 유지. 관리비용을 계속 지원해야만 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 실물옵션이론을 바탕으로 정유회사의 가치평가기법을 제공하는 것이다. 정유회사는 가치평가를 위해서 회계적 가치외에 관리적 유연성(managerial flexibility)을 고려해야 하기 때문에 기존의 DCF방법을 적용하기 보다는 실물옵션방법을 이용하여야 한다. 관리적 유연성은 회사관리자가 적용가능한 생산관리적 기법으로서 회사의 미래현금흐름에 영향을 주고 따라서 회사의 가치에 영향을 미친다. DCF방법은 이러한 관리적 유연성을 적절히 고려하지 못하여 회사의 가치를 저평가하는 오류를 발생시킨다. 반면 실물옵션방법은 관리적 유연성을 가치평가에 있어서 주요 변수를 인식하기 때문에 정확한 가치평가의 수단이 된다. 옵션가격결정을 위한 기초자산은 크랙스프레드(crack Spread)이다. 크랙스프레드는 경유(heating oil)와 무연휘발유(unleaded gasoline)의 가격과 원유(crude oil) 가격의 차이를 나타내며 정유회사의 정유순익(gross refining margin)을 대표한다. 실물옵션방법에 의한 정유회사의 가치는 DCF방법에 의한 가치보다 두 배가 크다는 결론을 제시한다. 즉 관리적 유연성이 존재하는 회사의 경우는 가치평가에 있어서 실물옵션방법을 이용하여 가치를 저평가하는 오류를 범하지 않아야 한다.

소셜벤처는 하나의 조직 안에 경제적, 사회적 가치라는 두 가지 미션을 동시에 추구해야하며 이를 하이브리드 조직이라 한다. 소셜벤처의 사회적 가치는 기상정한 사회적 대상이 그 수혜자이고, 경제적 가치는 소셜벤처의 투자자가 수혜 대상이 된다. 두 가지 가치를 실현하기 위한 기업 활동의 중첩 정도는 소셜벤처 기업 조직마다 다르게 나타난다. 소셜벤처에서 사회적 가치를 추구하기 위한 활동에서 경제적 가치도 함께 창출된다면 비교적 적은 노력으로 두 가치를 달성할 수 있을 것이고, 두 가지 가치를 위한 활동을 각각 전개해야하는 비즈니스 모델이라면 사회적 가치를 위한 기업 활동 중의 일부 또는 전부가 기업의 경제적 가치를 창출해내지 못하는 활동이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 두 가치의 중첩에 따른 비즈니스모델의 세 가지 유형에 대한 선행 연구를 재고하고, 유형별 선호도를 독립변수로 지정, 각 유형별 투자 의도를 알아보고자한다. 특히 소셜벤처에 대한 긍정적 정서가 투자의도에 매개효과로써 영향이 있을 것이라는 가설 아래, 소셜벤처의 투자 생태계에서 긍정적 정서에 대한 중요성을 밝히고자 한다.

Current study analyzed the influence of social consumption values for the western salad on the functional attitude and the consumer satisfaction. To verify the purpose of this study data were collected from consumers who have experience in western style restaurants of five hotels located in Seoul, total 330 questionnaires were distributed and 322 examples were employed for statistical analysis. By using SPSS 18.0 program present study derive following conclusions. The consumption values such as rarity value, social value, emotional value and functional value have significantly influence on the functional attitude. Especially, the social value, among the consumption values, has the most significant factor. In addition, the all consumption values of salad have a significant antecedent of the consumer's satisfaction. Furthermore, the functional attitude has affect the consumer's satisfaction as well. Therefore, this study clarify the influences among the social consumption values for the western salad on the functional attitude and the consumer's satisfaction.

벤처기업의 활성화에 따라 제기된 지적재산권을 포함한 기술의 경제적 가치평가방법에 대한 새로운 접근방법을 제시하였다 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 지적재산권 특히 특허기술의 가치평가방법은 기술의 특성을 반영한 개별기술별 기술이전가치 측정에 있으며 추상적인 논의보다는 구체적인 사례를 중심으로 방법론을 적용시키고 있다 이는 기존의 기술가치평가방법론으로 사용되어온 정서적 가치평가방법에서 정량적인 사례를 제시함으로써 새로운 기술평가기법연구의 발전적인 계기를 마련하였다.

Assessing values in establishing conservation principles has been at the heart of discussions for the last twenty years since conservation has been recognised as a social process to include various kinds of stakeholders for making a rational decision rather than a single scientific activity by a small group of experts. Such perception makes values attributed to cultural heritage important in deciding the reason why, the way how to, and the thing what to conserve making value assessment become crucial theme to understand and developing value-based conservation process. However heritage values, the way of assessing them, and establishing value-based conservation principles have been less studied in Korea. This thesis aims to initiate studies of heritage values and encourage discussion for setting out value-based conservation principles. It has three main chapters: 1. to analytically review previous studies on value assessment to redelineate various kinds of values which can be attributed to Korean cultural heritage; 2. to examine affecting factors in assessing values and significance, which are authenticity and historical and cultural dimension of value assessment; 3. to develop a process to establish value-based conservation principles. This study left several areas to be developed in future studies: 1. deeper understanding of various kinds of values from local perspective taking actual cases; 2. addressing problems in compromising conflicting values and providing solution to conserve all attributed values withing devaluing certain aspects of values; 3. providing guidance for practicing value - based decision - making process and setting out regular training opportunities for heritage - related professionals.

According to increasing the benefits from public libraries, there are many studies for measuring the library value. This study presents a methodology for measuring use value of the public library in terms of time value, surplus value of alternative service, value of library service, and overall value of library. The cost-benefit ratio of the time value compared to library's annual budget is 11:1, and the cost-benefit ratio of the overall library value was measured by user's WTP is 0.3:1. This study proposed the method for measuring use value of the public library according to the process, the results of these measurments for each value and the factors affecting the values.

가스하이드레이트의 국내 부존 가능성이 확인됨에 따라 가스하이드레이트 개발기술 및 부존 정보의 확보를 위한 가스하이드레이트 연구개발사업이 추진 중에 있다. 가스하이드레이트 개발사업과 같은 국가주도 연구개발사업의 경우 사업의 타당성 확보와 효율적인 추진을 위해서 사업 및 개발기술의 가치를 객관적으로 평가해야 할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 가스하이드레이트 개발사업의 가치평가를 위한 주요 속성들을 결정하고 속성별 쌍대비교를 통해 중요도를 도출 할 수 있는 Fuzzy AHP 방법론을 사용하여 상대적 가중치를 도출하였다 연구 결과 가스하이드레이트 개발사업 및 기술의 가치는 상위계층으로 직접가치와 유발가치로 나눌 수 있고, 하위계층으로 총 8개의 속성으로 분류 할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 중요도 분석결과 가스하이드레이트를 직접 개발함으로써 얻을 수 있는 개발가치가 사업시행으로 인한 탐사개발 기술의 확보로 유발되는 가치보다 높은 중요도를 가지는 것으로 평가 되었다. 또한 개발가치의 세부항목 중에는 에너지 안보 증진 효과가, 유발가치의 세부항목 중에는 인력양성효과가 가장 중요한 가치평가 요소로 나타났다
