  • 본 논문은 원가절감과 신제품 개발에서 사용되고 있는 VE(Value Engineering)중에서 기능을 높이거나 원가를 낮출 수 있는 아이디어 발상단계에서 TRIZ를 적용하는 것에 대한 기법 개선 연구이다. VE는 미 국방성에서 시작되어 지금은 거의 모든 산업분야에서 적용하고 있는 관리.기술 향상을 위한 혁신 tool이다. TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) 는 러시아 과학자 알트슐러에 의해서 만들어진 창조적 아이디어 발상을 도와주는 아이디어 발상 Tool이라고 할 수 있다. 수 십 만 건의 특허를 분석해서 40가지의 발명원리를 도출해내어 체계적으로 정립한 파워풀한 아이디어 발상 도구 인 것이다. VE활동 중에 원가 절감 또는 제품의 가치 극대화 시키는 아이디어 발상단계에서 TRIZ를 접목한다면 VE의 완성도와 성과가 더욱 높아 질 것이라고 판단된다. 지금 까지 사용해 왔던 브레인스토밍, NM법, 오스본 체크리스트 ${\ldots}$ 등의 아이디어 발상 기법도 훌륭한 방법이지만 좀 더 체계적이고 분석적이며 파워풀한 TRIZ 기법을 활용하여 VE 프로젝트 프로세스를 한 단계 발전시키는 계기가 될 것이다.

A Study on the Build-up Model for the Discount Rate of Technology Valuation including Intellectual Property Risk (지식자산위험을 고려한 기술가치평가 할인율 적산모형에 관한 연구)

  • Within any income approach, a discount rate is used to convert some projected free cash flow to its presented value. In case of valuing companies, the most frequently used discount rate is the weighted average cost of capital(WACC) at the aggregate level. But technology valuation is different to discounting aggregate corporate cash flow since it is concerned about individual Intellectual property. Therefore, blindly applying standard discount rate such as WACC in technology valuation is unlikely to lead to the right result. The primary focus of this paper is to establish the structure of discount rate for technology valuation and to suggest the method of estimation. To determine an appropriate discount rate for technology valuation, the level of technology risk, market risk and competitive risk should be included in the structure of discount rate. This paper suggests the build-up model which consists of three components as a expansion of the CAPM. It includes (1) a risk-free rate of return, (2) general market risk premium and beta and (3) intellectual property risk premium related to technology risk and specific target market risk. However, there is no specific check list for examining the intellectual property risk until now and no specific method for quantifying its risk into risk premium. This paper developed the 10 element to determine the level of the intellectual property risk and applied estimation function such as linear function, natural log function and exponential function to transform the level of risk into risk premium. The limitation of this paper is that the range of intellectual property risk premium is inferred based on the information of foreign and domestic valuation agency. Finally, this paper explored the development of an intellectual property discount rate for technology valuation and presented the method in order to quantify the intellectual property risk premium.

  • The applications of psychology principles in marketing areas were pervasived. As the importance of digital marketing has increased, the cases of applications of psychology principles in digital marketing areas also has increased. This study analnyzed digital marketing cases based on the psychology principles of social proof, scarcity and loss aversion, reciprocity, commitment and consistency, anchoring. Cases were analnyzed amomg USA and Korea in digital marketing areas. This attempt will facilitating interdisciplinary research. It also will improve customer engagement, increase customer life value, and develope virtuous circle of customer journey through optimal user interface and message strategies.

Study on the Valuation Method for Redeveloped Area of Industrial Heritage (산업 유산 재생지역에 대한 가치 평가 방법에 대한 연구)

  • Objective evaluation of the resources of industrial heritage regeneration area is an important prerequisite for design and improvement. The purpose of the study is to comprehensively evaluate the value of the industrial heritage regeneration area. This study identifies the method (model), combining the qualitative factor and quantitative factor. (1) Establish an evaluation system (AHP Hierarchy) based on the resources of regeneration area; (2) Choose an evaluation way based on the type of resource; (3) Calculate the value and total value of various resources in the area. The research is a case study of Canal 5 resort. It expounds the using process of the method and gets the rank and total value of each type of resource in this area, the factors influencing the value (mainly concerned with income), etc. The conclusion is that the value of the reclaimed land should be composed of both the use value and the non-use value; the same factor has different influence on different resources; different factors influence one resource to different extents.

  • The pandemic of COVID-19 also affected performing arts business and stimulated 'Untact' performances, which means online streaming of the shows including real-time streaming. This study sought to examine factors to the consumers' acceptance. The research framework was based on the VAM, a revised model of TAM for the ICT products and services. For the research, consumer survey was conducted, where ndependent variables are perceived usefulness, pleasure, technicalty and innovation resistance, and dependent variables are percieved value and acceptance. Smart PLS was used to test the hypothesis. The result shows that the significant factors were percieved usefulness(+), pleasure(+) and innovation resistance(-). The percieved technicalty was not significant, the major reason would be that the digital devices and the internet technology are percieved a commodity these days in Korea. Percieved value was significant factor to acceptance. This study is meaningful because it is about the new phenomenon of 'untact' performance through the VAM methodology and it examined the significant factors to the attitude from the perspective of benefits and costs. There is limit that this study didn't consider old peoples' attitude. It is the reason that the continuous researches are necessary.

  • This study is were to demonstratehow tourism motivation related to Water leisure influence the effectiveness of tourism value, based on the empirical information provided by Chung-ju visitors. The result of study revealsthat there are some significant motivational differences depending on the level of the visitors' past water leisure experiences. In addition, the tourism motivation impacts partly on the effectiveness of tourism value. These findings enable entrepreneurs to participate in efforts not only to provide separate stimulus elements depending on level of water leisure experiences but also to propose several innovative strategies that could be adopted and applied to water leisure tourism value.

An Empirical Analysis on Determinant Factors of Patent Valuation and Technology Transaction Prices (특허가치 결정요인과 기술거래금액에 관한 실증 분석)

  • Recently, with the conversion towards knowledge-based economy era, the importance of the evaluation for patent valuation has been growing rapidly because technology transactions are increasing with the purpose of practically utilizing R&D outcomes such as technology commercialization and technology transfer. Nevertheless, there is a lack of research on determinants of patent valuation by analyzing technology transactions due to the difficulty of collecting data in practice. Hence, to suggest quantitative determinants for the patent valuation which could be applied to scoring methods, 15 patent valuation models domestically and overseas are analysed in order to assure the objectiveness for subjective results from qualitative methods such as expert surveys, comparison assessment, etc. Through this analysis, the important 6 common determinants are drawn and patent information is matched which can be used as proxy variables of individual determinant factors by advanced researches. In addition, to validate whether the model proposed has a statistically meaningful effect, total 517 technology transactions are collected from both public and private technology transaction offices and analysed by multiple regression analysis, which led to significant patent determinant factors in deciding its value. As a result, it is herein presented that patent connectivity(number of literature cited) and commercialization stage in market influence significantly on patent valuation. The meaning of this study is in that it suggests the significant quantitative determinants of patent valuation based on the technology transactions data in practice, and if research results by industry are systematically verified through seamless collection of transaction data and their monitoring, we would propose the customized patent valuation model by industry which is applicable for both strategic planning of patent registration and achievement assessment of research projects (with representative patents).

기술혁신이 디지털 헬스케어 수용성에 미치는 영향 연구: 확장된 통합기술수용모델 기반 스마트워치 혁신기술 매개효과 중심

  • 근래 지구온난화에 따른 자연재해의 증가와 장기 코로나19의 전염으로 사회적 비대면 필요성이 증대되면서 온라인을 통한 건강관리 및 의료 진단·처방 등 디지털 헬스케어의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어로 기존 병원 진료의 온라인 원격 진료/처방이 지속 증가하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 관련 빅데이터를 모아 개인 건강과 질병 상태 정보를 취합하여 건강 관리 및 치료를 하는 디지털 치료제 개발이 급속 진행되고 있으며 관련 벤처 창업도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 디지털 헬스케어, 디지털 치료제 산업의 활성화는 각 개인의 신체 상태를 상시 측정하고 이 정보를 관련 시스템과 연동 할 수 있는 웨어러블 디바이스, 특히 스마트워치의 보급 증대에 힘입은 바가 크다. 본 연구에서는 스마트워치의 기술혁신이 디지털 헬스케어의 수용성에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 확장된 통합기술수용모델을 적용하여 분석하고, 혁신 사례로 스마트워치를 활용한 디지털 수면 치료제 벤처 개발 현황을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 확인한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 디지털 헬스케어 스마트워치의 개인혁신성, 효용가치, 사용편의 등 ICT 변인들에 대한 기술발전의 매개 영향은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 ICT 변인들과 기술발전 매개변수는 디지털 헬스케에 스마트워치 수용의도에 대부분 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 단 기술발전은 개인혁신성에는 크게 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 혁신기술의 디지털 헬스케어 스마트워치 수용의도 영향 평가 결과는 스마트워치 각종 서비스 상품기획과 마케팅에 유효하게 참조 할 수 있을 것으로 보이며 추후 세분화 연구를 통하여 더욱 소비자 특화된 제품과 서비스를 창출하는데 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 사료 된다.

  • This study is a study on the methodology of establishing an innovation strategy centering on the customer experience, which is essential in order to transform the existing collection and preservation-centered mutual aid company service into a visitor-centered service. To this end, we conducted literature research on environmental changes in the funeral industry from the perspective of service science and the significance and value of customer experiences within them, good customer experiences and bad customer experiences from the perspective of customer experience management. A study was conducted to present and prove a specific model. The customer experience-oriented innovation strategy of the funeral industry means to search for various alternatives that can reach the target state from the present state, focusing on the customer, and select the most appropriate transformation plan among them. As an effect of application, it was found that it is a source of differentiation by generating positive emotions to customers, and that customer experience data is highly helpful in making important decisions for the actual resource input of the parent company. This innovation model was presented, and its value was firstly proved by analyzing the difference from the existing evaluation method. Finally, as a result of analyzing the causal relationship through regression analysis using the customer experience measurement procedure, customer experience diagnosis/evaluation, customer experience innovation strategy, and cooperative company's performance as variables, the relationship proved to be significant.

  • This study examined methodologies for establishing a customer experience-focused innovation strategy, which is essential to transforming existing collection and preservation-oriented museum service into a visitor-oriented service. To this end, a review of studies examining good customer experience and bad customer experience was conducted, focusing on change in museum environments and customer experience from the service science and customer experience management perspectives. Research was conducted to present and prove. Implementing a customer experience-oriented innovation strategy in a museum requires exploring the various approaches that can be used to reach the target state from the present state, focusing on the customer, and selecting the most appropriate transformation plan. This study found that effective approaches are distinguished by the fact that they generate positive emotions in customers and use customer experience data to make important decisions regarding the establishment of practical resources in museums. This innovation model was developed and validated by analyzing how it differed from existing evaluation methods. Finally, a regression analysis using the customer experience measurement procedure, customer experience diagnosis/evaluation, customer experience innovation strategy, and museum performance as variables revealed a significant causal relationship.
