임팩트투자는 재무적인 수익과 더불어 사회에 긍정적인 영향을 만들고자 하는 의도를 가진 기업, 조직, 펀드를 대상으로 하는 투자 방식으로서 사회적 문제를 해결하기 위해 혁신적인 기술과 아이디어를 기잔 소셜벤처 기업에 재무적 지원을 위한 초기단계 투자로서 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 임팩트투자자는 재무적 수익과 사회적 가치추구라는 이중적인 판단 요인 때문에 사회적가치지표(SVI: Social Value Index)를 투자판단에 참고로 활용하고 있으나 투자를 결심하는 판단요인에 있어서는 여전히 개인의 경험과 주관적인 판단에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구를 통하여 임팩트투자자가 복합적으로 고려하는 투자판단 요인들에 대한 타당도와 상대적 가중치를 객관화 하고, 재무적 수익과 사회적 가치의 이중적이 가치판단 중에서 어느 쪽을 더 주요하게 고민하는 지에 대하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 판단분석기법을 활용하였으며 '임팩트투자자의 소셜벤처 투자결정에 대한 종합적인 평가'를 판단문제로 정의하고, 임팩트투자자의 투자의사결정 요인을 도출하기 위하여 투자자로서 재무적 이익과 회수 가능성 판단을 위한 ①초기투자단계에서의 투자의사결정 요인, 사회에 미치는 영향과 파급력, 소셜벤처의 상생과 연대를 위한 ②창업가(팀)의 정치적 기술, 임팩트투자펀드 조성 목적에 부합하는 ③소셜벤처기업의 소셜미션 등 세가지의 분류로 구성하여 연구를 진행하였다.

Since 2002, many domestic companies have been certified for ISMS. On the other hand, certification, such as the need for ost-effectiveness evaluation, is not specifically enforced. Therefore, for more than 10 years, the ISMS implementation and certification system has been used for performance and cost effective business management. In this study, a model for analyzing the effect of certification organizations, ISMS development, and an analysis of the effect of a standardized system for the study was prepared. To this end, the existing maintenance organizations ISMS certification survey was conducted through an analysis of the economic effects. ISMS certification continues to expand or maintain the policy for improvement. The survey data collected by the analysis mechanism for the economic effects of CVM was analyzed.

국내에서는 게임용 소프트웨어의 개발을 통한 부가가치의 창출 효과가 높아지면서 많은 IT 업체에서 제품 개발과 동시에 제품에 대한 평가에 관심을 가지게 되었다. 본 연구는 게임 소프트웨어의 품질 평가를 위해서 게임 소프트웨어의 결함을 발견하기 위한 버그 체크리스트를 구성하였다. 이러한 버그 체크리스트 구성을 위해서 게임 소프트웨어 사용자를 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 이러한 조사결과를 게임 소프트웨어의 품질 평가 메트릭을 개발하는데 적용하여 ISO/IEC 9126 평가 메트릭을 제시하였다.

Among artificial intelligence techniques, deep learning is a model that has been used in many places and has proven its effectiveness. However, deep learning models are not used effectively in everywhere. In this paper, we will show the limitations of deep learning models through comparison of regression analysis and deep learning models, and present a guide for effective use of deep learning models. In addition, among various techniques used for optimization of deep learning models, data normalization and data shuffling techniques, which are widely used, are compared and evaluated based on actual data to provide guidelines for increasing the accuracy and value of deep learning models.

The underground space which has been highlighted anew in view of urban scenery and environmental conservation through the control of ground development and solution of urban problems through making the utility of urban space efficient can promote the urban service, amenity, stability and others by arranging the urban function of ground area to the underground which is anticipated to be demanding the more in the future an also can be effective measures of confrontation in the solution of traffic, the complex in the heart of the city and lack of land through effective construction of the structure of urban space. But it has been understood to be extremely negative space at this time as limited to negative and fragmentary development and it has faced the necessity of constructing pleasant environment by overcoming every problem. After all, through the general research of underground space, this dissertation is reconsidering the development value of environmental design on the basis of the case study in international city development of underground space, and trying to extract design factors which should be treated in developing the underground space by establishing the evaluation model on the functional, techinical and behavioral elements factors.

This study quantitatively evaluates the economic value of an intelligent crime-zero testbed by using the contingent valuation method (CVM), which is the most effective for non-market valuations in fields like crime prevention. To minimize hypothetical convenience and increase respondents' awareness regarding the actual situation, an analysis was conducted for Indukwon District, Anyang City, Gyeonggi-do, by using the intelligent crime prevention technologies and solutions being developed by the KICT Research Center. This analysis was aimed at providing a systematic basis for determining the feasibility of crime prevention-related public projects. As a result, the WTP of Anyang citizens in the intelligent crime prevention demonstration district was estimated to be 7,160 won. The analysis shows that the area of Gwanyang 2, where the test bed belongs, has a high economic value of KRW 660 million per year, and KRW 51.4 billion per year when expanded to Anyang City. This study is significant in that it provides the first domestic evaluation of the crime-zero testbed. In addition, it has academic and practical value for a future-oriented service model by using intelligent crime prevention technologies and solutions that can be applied in real life and to the crime-zero testbed.

For competitiveness of national B2C (Business to Customer) service industry, improvement of process and analysis focused on customer and change of service system are needed. To achieve this goal, accurate feedbacks from customers play an important role; however, there is no quantitative and standard system in Korea. The medical tourism industry is taking center stage as a high value added industry among many other B2C service industries. In this paper, we suggest an evaluation model for customer satisfaction measurement about medical tourism industry and the application system on smartphone for that.

디지털 기술의 급속한 발전으로 시간과 공간의 제약이 없는 인프라 환경이 구현되면서 더욱 더 유연하고 빠른 적응성에 대한 요구가 정치, 경제, 문화 전반에 확산됨에 따라 IT 기술을 통해서 이러한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 서비스로 대두되고 있는 것이 바로 클라우드 서비스이다. 이러한 클라우드 서비스 시대의 개막은 관련 기업뿐만아니라 공공기관, 개인에 이르기까지 모든 영역의 서비스 이용자들의 삶에도 큰 변화를 가져오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 더욱 더 사회적 이슈가 되고 있는 고령화 사회에 대응하기 위한 클라우드 서비스 비즈니즈 모델을 개발하기 위한 프레임워크를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 고령화 사회를 정의하고 변화를 분석하고 클라우드 산업 비즈니스 모델 구성요소를 찾기 위한 시장 다이나믹스 분석을 통해 클라우드 비즈니스 모델에 영향을 주는 시니어 마켓 변화 동인을 확인하고 시니어 마켓을 활성화하기 위해 고령층의 니즈를 분류한다. 그리고 고객니즈 변화 분석과 가치사슬분석을 하여 나온 고객니즈와 제공하는 기능을 축으로 비즈니스 모델을 설계한다. 또한 시니어 마켓 변화 동인에 따른 환경변화 속에서 성장을 지속 가능하게 하는 비즈니스 모델 진화를 분석한다. 마지막으로 변화하는 비즈니스 모델을 평가하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시하여 기업 상황에 맞는 비즈니스 모델을 선택하는데 도움을 두고자 한다.

This paper presents the technology rating methodology that is applicable to defense R&D technology. First, a technology profitability index was developed using multiple regression analysis to forecast the revenue from technology transfer. Secondly, the technology evaluation index was derived using hierarchical analysis with expert opinion. Finally, the weighted average of the technology profitability index and technology evaluation index were calculated to derive the technology rating. This study is significant in that it is first attempt to evaluate defense R&D technology by rating. If the defense R&D technology rating methodology is applied in practice, it can contribute to efficient R&D budget allocation. In addition, it will help in the vitalization of technology transfer in the defense R&D sector.

The ecosystem and landscape conservation areas of Seoul were designated according to the Natural Environment Conservation Act and the Natural Environment Conservation Ordinance. With the adoption of the "Rapid Assessment of Wetland Ecosystem Service (RAWES)" approach and the "wetland ecosystem service" for the Ramsar Wetland City Accreditation at the 13th Meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands in 2018, the need for data evaluating wetland ecosystem services has become a necessity. Therefore, in this study, we selected five wetlands from the ecosystem and landscape conservation areas in Seoul, having high ecological conservation values, and evaluated their carbon sequestration and economic value assessment using the InVEST model, which is an ecosystem service evaluation technique. The evaluation results for carbon storage in each wetland are as follows: Tancheon Wetland: 3,674.62 Mg; Bamseom Island in the Hangang River: 1,511.57 Mg; Godeok-dong Wetland: 5,007.21 Mg; Amsa-dong Wetland: 7,108.47 Mg; and Yeouido Wetland: 290.27 Mg. Particularly, the Tancheon Wetland showed the lowest carbon sequestration of 1,130.37 Mg, as compared to the results acquired in 2013, of 4,804.99 Mg. When the average effective carbon rate of $16.06 (US) was applied to the decreased carbon sequestration value, a loss of $15,910.58(US) was calculated. Furthermore, if the average social cost of carbon ($204 (US)) is considered, which includes the impact of climate change on productivity and ecosystems, the total loss is equivalent to $202,101.97 (US). This study aims to examine the natural resource value of urban wetlands by evaluating selected major wetlands in Seoul. This study can be utilized as basic data to plan for the protection and management of the ecosystem and landscape conservation areas. Additionally, because wetland value assessment is considered essential, the results of this study can be used in future research to provide measures for evaluating ecosystem services in the Ramsar Wetland City Certification System. Moreover, this study can be utilized for selecting important wetlands as Ramsar sites, and to raise awareness about the significance of conserving urban wetlands, and for expanding international exchange among the Ramsar Wetland sites.
