Research to analyze the future prediction of value is being conducted in various. However, it was found through the research results of each field that such future value analysis has too many variables according to each field, so the accuracy of the prediction result is low, and it is difficult to find objective key influencing factors that affect the result. In particular, since objective standards for the importance of various influencing factors have not been established, the key influencing factors have been judged and applied based on the researcher's subjectivity. Accordingly, there is a need for a reasonable process model for extracting key influencing factors that affect the prediction of volatility goods value that can be objectively applied in various fields. In this study, process modeling for extracting key influencing factors was conducted in seven steps, and the method for extracting key influencing factors was explained in detail in each step. In addition, as a result of simulation by applying Ni metal among the major variable goods in the field of raw materials using the proposed modeling, the predicted value by the existing method was 0.872% and the predicted value by applying the modeling of this study was 0.864%. conformance was confirmed.

To detect bioactive compounds present in unused marine resources, the screening for the 5-lipoxygenase inhitors in Asterina pectinifera, Halocynthia roretzi skin, Nototodarus sloani ink, Anthocidaris crassispina skin, SArgassum horneri, Agarum cribrosum, Odonthalia corymbifera and Desmarestia ligulata was carried out. THe ether and acetone extracts of Sargassum horneri had the strongest antioxygnic activityon lipid oxidation by potato lipoxygenase-1 (one of 5-lipoygenase) among the tested marine samples and their $IC_{50}$ were 0.3 and 1.1g/ml, respectively. The ether and acetone extracts of Asterina pectinifera, the acetone extracts of Halocynthia roretizi, and the acetone extracts of Nototodarus sloani ink had strong inhibitory activity and their $IC_{50}$ were 72.5, 65, 13.3 and $13.3\mu\textrm{g}/ml$, respectively. In addition, the $IC_{50}$ of the acetone extracts of Agarum cribrosum and Desmarestia ligulata, and the ether extracts of Desmarestia ligulata were 15.5, 35 and $30.5\mu\textrm{g}/ml$, respectively. The nonpolar solvent (ether, acetone) extracts of tested marine organism had more antioxigenic effect against 5-lipoxygenase than the polar solvent(water) extracts.

무순에는 비타민 C가 많이 들어 있어 겨울철 비타민 공급원뿐만 아니라 디아스타제라는 효소가 들어 있어 소화를 촉진시키는 역할을 한다. 그 외에도 거담제 및 건위제 작용을 하고 음주로 인한 토혈해소, 천식에도 좋아 약용하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 이용가치는 적지만 농가 소득증대에 기여 할 수 있으며 소화를 촉진시키는 무순, 또는 무싹기름이라고 일컬어지는 무순을 추출용매에 따라 생리활성 효과 분석하고 영양학적 가치가 가장 높은 시기의 무순을 선택함으로써 올바른 섭취의 기초자료를 마련하고 그 기능성을 확인하여 기능성 식품소재 및 기능성 화장품 소재로써의 활용을 검토하고자 하고자 한다. 무순을 4일, 8일, 12일에 따라 incubator에 배양하여 시기별로 채취하여 동결건조 한 후 70% Ethanol, 80% Methanol, 75% acetone, 열수로 환류 추출한 후 시료로 사용하였다. 각 용매 추출물에 대해 DPPH free radical 소거능 실험에서는 acetone 추출물에서 89.18%로 가장 높은 전자공여능을 나타냈으며 각각의 추출용매에서 성장 4일과 12일의 무순에서 높은 전자공여능을 보였다. 아질산염 소거능에서는 pH 1.2의 조건에서 가장 높은 아질산염 소거능을 보였고, 열수 추출물에서 89.70%로 가장 높은 소거능을 보였다. pH 4.2조건에서는 열수추출물의 소거능이 가장 좋았고, pH 6.0 조건에서는 가장 낮은 소거능을 보였으며, Ethanol 과 Methanol 추출물에서 23.55∼37.41%의 소거능을 보였다. SOD유사활성은 성장 8일에서 모두 낮은 활성을 보였으며, 성장 4일과 성장 12일의 무순에서는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았지만, Methanol 추출물중 성장 12일에서 27.41%의 SOD유사활성을 보였다.ic acid는 28.8∼51.7 mg%, 미강에서 321.4∼438.4 mg% 범위로 나타났다. 현미, 백미 및 미강에 함유된 총 폴리페놀의 함량을 표준 페놀화합물로 카테친을 사용하고 비색법에 의하여 측정하였을 때 오대 현미의 폴리페놀 함량은 78.4 mg%, 남평 현미 88.8 mg% 였다. 도정한 백미 중의 총 폴리페놀 함량은 30.3∼56.9 mg%, 미강이 541.5∼472.6 mg%의 범위였다. 이상과 같이 쌀에는 phenolic acid 및 총 폴리페놀이 상당량 함유되어 있으며 특히 배유보다는 강층에 많이 존재하므로 이들 성분의 효율적인 이용을 위한 쌀의 섭취방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 유의적인 상관관계를 나타내고 있어 백편의 조직감은 Compression force 와 Work ratio로 대치할 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다. 수분함량은 기계적 검사보다 관능검사와 더욱 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다.내었다. 항균활성이 우수한 생약재를 농도별로 활성을 조사한 결과, 물 추출물과 10% Ethanol 추출물 모두 낮은 농도에서도 우수한 항균활성을 나타내었다.취와 함께 점질성 갈변물질이 생성되었다. 이와 같은 결과로 볼 때, BAAG의 처리는 BAAC의 경우보다 가격은 저렴하면서도 항균력은 우수한 천연 항균복합제재로써 농산물 식품원료에 적용하여 선도유지 기간을 연장할 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있었다. 과일 등의 포장제로서 이용할 가능성을 확인하였다.로 [-wh] 겹의문사는 복수 의미를 지닐 수 없 다. 그러면 단수 의미는 어떻게 생성되는가\ulcorner 본 논문에서는 표면적 형태에도 불구하고 [-wh]의미의 겹의문사는 병렬적 관계의 합성어가 아니라 내부구조를 지니지 않은 단순한 단어(minimal $X^{0}$ elem

This study aims to prove the connection between satisfaction and re-visit intention of customers by examining shopping value and store image depending on product types purchased at Internet shopping malls. The finding of this study revealed that shopping value could be classified into hedonic and utilitarian value, while store image could be extracted into six dimensions such as reputation, product and information service, customer service after purchase, atmosphere, convenience, and safety. Both search goods and experience goods among store image factors were found to have stronger effect on utilitarian shopping value than hedonic shopping one. In addition, it was found that store image and shopping value had an effect on customer satisfaction and re-visit intention depending on product types, with a significant difference. These findings are expected to provide marketing complications for the understanding of differentiated market segments in the Internet shopping mall market, which is facing ever-growing market.

The value of the library has always been recognized positively. Economic valuation of libraries and their services uses a concrete methodology that enables the quantification of library value and communication of said value among library stakeholders. This paper presents a comprehensive review of literature on economic valuation of the library based on a total of 89 studies conducted over the last quarter-century. Research on library valuation began in the mid-1990's with the formal exploration of the value of public libraries from a theoretical point of view. In the 2000's, various theories and methodologies were reviewed and put into actual measurement studies. The comprehensive review and analysis point to the need for the development of consistent and reliable set of methods, which will facilitate further application of methods and comparison of results.

Due to the expansion of freeway networks in Korea, drivers have more routes to choose. Traffic information on various alternative roadway sections and routes may help drivers choose the optimal route that minimizes travel time or cost. Traffic information on roadways is, therefore, invaluable in sense that individual drivers could reduce their travel time or cost by selecting optimal routes, and furthermore total travel cost of the system could be lowered. However, consensus about the price of traffic information that drivers are willing to pay is not made yet. Current price of traffic information is decided according to the price of similar information such as stock, weather and so on. To investigate the value of traffic information, a survey was conducted at freeway rest areas near Seoul Megalopolis area including Kyunggi Province. Eight hundred drivers who had travelled on freeway within a year were randomly selected. Purposive Quota Sampling was used. A price-response function, a relationship between price and sales, was obtained based on the survey, followed by sensitivity analysis

This research explores strategy for game developers to select platforms in the game industry where are traditional two-sided market focusing on mobile game platforms. We conducted content qualitative analysis by collecting data through contents on online and offline and interviewed four CEO of game developers to secure validity and reliability as well. The results of the research are the following: First, platforms selection factors of game developers are game implementation ability and technical stability, marketing competence of platforms, and profitability creation. Second. the initiative of mobile game platforms has handed over from first generation of mobile games to second mobile games according to their value creation and value capture.

Big data analysis refers the ability to store, manage and analyze collected data from an existing database management tool. Meta-analysis refers to a statistical literature synthesis method from the quantitative results of many known empirical studies. We conducted a meta-analysis and review of between external factors on perceived value in e-commerce researches. This study focused a total of 11 research papers that established causal relationships between external factors on perceived value in e-commerce published in Korea academic journals during 2000 and 2016. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed with the difference from previous researches.

This research old age chestnut tree that loss function chestnut leaf renewal efficiency enlargement and development of cosmeceutical product by purpose. Chestnut leaf (CL) exhibits numerous pharmacological effect including anti-allergy and anti-microbial properties. However, the anti-wrinkle effect of CL is not completely understood. In this study, to find a possible explanation for the anti-wrinkle effects of CL, we evaluated the effects of CL on radical scavenging activity, elastase inhibition activity and collagenase inhibition activity. CL was extracted with various solvents including water (CLW), 70% ethanol (CLE) and 70% acetone (CLA). The results showed that CLW, CLE, and CLA have the radical scavenging activity. In addition, we showed that CLW, CLE, and CLA have the elastase inhibition activity and collagenase inhibition activity. Consequently, the CL has a potent anti-wrinkle effect and it could be a useful cosmeceutical product for anti-aging purposes.

To evaluate the feed value of starfish, antimicrobial effects of its extract, nutrients contents, concentration of amino acids and its bioavailability were tested. Steaming and ether processes were applied to obtain the extract from starfish for antimicrobial effects examination. The starfish was dried at $60^{\circ}C$ for 3 days before grinding for processing and fermentation. Ground starfish(GS), extruded starfish(ES), fermented starfish(EFS) were added with enzyme and without enzyme(Non enzyme fermented starfish : NEFS). Then the nutrient composition and bioavailability of those were analyzed. The extract from starfish showed no inhibition of the growth of lactobacillus and pathogenic bacteria. Protein content showed significantly higher 62.86% and 52.82%, respectively in EFS and NEFS than GS and EGS(p<0.05). The Ca content of GS, EGS, EFS and NEFS was 17.26%, 18.26%, 5.37% and 8.55%, respectively. It was low in EFS and NEFS due to measure the Ca content after fermentation. Total amino acid was 17.17 mg/g, 20.28 mg/g, 36.30 mg/g and 29.96 mg/g in GS, EGS, EFS and NEFS, respectively. The ratio of total amino acid to protein tended to show the similar tendency as total amino acid. Both total amino acid and its ratio to protein were increased by the fermentation. Bioavailability of the protein and Ca showed more 80% in EFS and NEFS. The nutrients availability of EFS were significantly higher in laying hens than other treatments. The results of these experiments indicate that starfish would be applied as a feed ingredients if it was properly treated.
