As a rapid rate of social change and competitive, paradigm of industry environment manufacturing products and services is shifted. Engineers design, develop, manufacture the products and services are strongly asked competency of different new creative practices. This means while industrial structure has been shifted from mass production to various allied production and social engineering based production, qualifications of engineers are required to individual creative competency as alternatives. In order to improve the competency, engineer become the creative people have ability to develop the professional knowledge competency and expand the competency to convergence the new product and services with sensing the life and social structure shift, human engineering, psychology, and emotion. For the competency, we develop the training program "improving convergence, creativity through Art." we intend that the program should be composed of creative engineering mechanism combined creative arts mechanism. It has been operated to the engineers for 17 weeks. we will discuss the program result and research direction and utilization in depth.

Although precision blasting constructions are increased by explosive industry, the studies on the history of explosive are small in number. In this study, we tried to find the origin of explosive and make it, which we found, be storization to develop the technology of modern explosive and blasting. Also, we presented the methods that apply storytelling about the explosive technology to construction project.

In this paper, we investigates the basis of the theological aesthetics and the Bible as the standard of human value standards on the basis of this theological aesthetics. In another approach, unique designs of plants and animals were described in terms of aesthetics. These descriptions were then employed to design and create things, recognised for their beauty as well as practicable applications. From this point of view, we can deduce the relevance of God, the created world, and theological aesthetics. We review the implications of human engineering and the art of convergence and engineering theology. We discussed why the need for a tool of theological aesthetics in convergence engineering is important. We will need more discussion in terms of technological progress in which theological aesthetics is embodied in order to develop more healthy, moral and ethical convergent engineering skills in our society and to provide a better and healthier life for mankind.

본 논문은 원가절감과 신제품 개발에서 사용되고 있는 VE(Value Engineering)중에서 기능을 높이거나 원가를 낮출 수 있는 아이디어 발상단계에서 TRIZ를 적용하는 것에 대한 기법 개선 연구이다. VE는 미 국방성에서 시작되어 지금은 거의 모든 산업분야에서 적용하고 있는 관리.기술 향상을 위한 혁신 tool이다. TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) 는 러시아 과학자 알트슐러에 의해서 만들어진 창조적 아이디어 발상을 도와주는 아이디어 발상 Tool이라고 할 수 있다. 수 십 만 건의 특허를 분석해서 40가지의 발명원리를 도출해내어 체계적으로 정립한 파워풀한 아이디어 발상 도구 인 것이다. VE활동 중에 원가 절감 또는 제품의 가치 극대화 시키는 아이디어 발상단계에서 TRIZ를 접목한다면 VE의 완성도와 성과가 더욱 높아 질 것이라고 판단된다. 지금 까지 사용해 왔던 브레인스토밍, NM법, 오스본 체크리스트 ${\ldots}$ 등의 아이디어 발상 기법도 훌륭한 방법이지만 좀 더 체계적이고 분석적이며 파워풀한 TRIZ 기법을 활용하여 VE 프로젝트 프로세스를 한 단계 발전시키는 계기가 될 것이다.

A plan of construction of subsea tunnels connecting Korea-Japan and Korea-China have been discussing over the past several ten years. This paper were wrote about the present capacity of our engineer, the cooperation plan of politics and economy. Especially we examined and studied resolution method and technical problem in the construction of Sub-sea tunnel. In terms of excavation technology, Blasting and water resistance technology should be cared considering the status of rock such as fault in the deep sea. After of a construction work, it should be carefully designed and constructed for the fire and leakage management in Tunnel, It should be applied to High Construction Management Professional and Value Management(CVS) etc.

The purpose of this study is to find out how we can improve the Registered Cultural Properties System in order to preserve and utilize of modern buildings which have been damaged and destroyed. The main object of the Registered Cultural Properties System is to build the cultural properties preservation system. But nowadays, it is very difficult to preserve modern buildings in city areas because of the desire of development for the site. So we need to approach economically in order to compensate for Registered Cultural Properties System. In this study, I suggested 4 type of system to preserve modern buildings by economical and lawful approach.

As value engineering in design phase is big in the effect of application, analysis by systematic procedures is required. The most important part is the stage of creation for making of idea. It takes much time for us to make good idea involving the brainstorming and delphi in recent making idea. It is expected because most experts in participating in design value engineering is to approach with less effective method. In this study we suggest that application of ASIT(Advanced Systematic Inventive Thinking) is the method as way of creative idea making. ASIT is expected to perform Idea making with systematic procedure and to create effective idea in short time.
