Along with the mood of 'Beyond GDP', it is necessary to explore how these subjective concepts such as happiness and well-being are quantified to be compared among many countries. The concept of 'Work-life balance (WLB)' is likely to be located on the boundary between the subjective and objective areas. Thus, this article aims to examine the policies related to WLB and how to change or develop those policies considering the concept of WLB and the circumstantial particularity of Korea. There are several suggestions on certain developments in the existing policies interfering WLB at three levels. First the government needs to conduct campaigns to transform traditional gender roles through active advertisement. Second, the company needs to use the long-lasting 'hierarchical organisation culture' for employee's work-life balance for regulating working hours and exhausting paid holidays and maternity or paternity leave. Finally, families should understand and support their wives' current circumstances facing the struggle between a mother and economic worker.

사람들은 항시 시간, 경제적인 부담 등의 핑계로 자신의 건강을 수시로 체크하지 못한 채 생활에 쫓기다가 겉으로 나타나는 증상이 있어야만 급하게 서둘러 치료를 받고저 허둥댄다. 사람들은 작은 증상이 나타나더라도 깊은 고민과 상념에 빠져 자신의 일을 망그러뜨리는 일이 허다하다. 또한 증상이 악화되면 본인은 물론 가족 그리고 제삼자까지 피해를 입혀 정상적인 생화의 분위기를 파괴하는 수가 많다. 그때는 후회해도 이미 늦은 일, 성인병의 경우는 더욱 심하다. 특히 당뇨병은 증상이 천천히 나타나기 때문에 자신도 모르는 사이에 점점 확대되어 상태가 어느정도 진전된 다음 표면적으로 나타나 치료하기가 더욱더 어렵다. 이번에는 당뇨병의 증상을 자기가 다니는 회사에서 실시 한 신체검사에서 발견한 이집중씨(37세, 주부)와 함께 겪은 체험담을 소개한다. 만에 하나라도 자신의 건강에 대해 항시 궁금점이 있는 사람들에게는 참으로 귀중한 자료가 될 것이다.

On May 23, 1990, an acute self-limited gastrointestinal illness was reported by twenty-seven persons. They were some of the employees and family members who attended a company open house picnic in Bergen County, New Jersey. Food questionnaires implicated that ziti was the vehicle of transmission (chi square 9.05). Median incubation period was 9.0 hours, and the median duration of illness 24 hours Clostridium perfringens organisms and enterotoxin were isolated from stool samples.

''인간의 존엄과 자존을 중시하고, 고객의 만족과 가치를 중시하며, 가족의 행복과 사회에 공헌한다''라는 경영이념 하에서 대상㈜ 중앙연구소는 심화되어 가는 기술경쟁시대에서 발효와 소재 및 전분,당을 기반으로 3대 중점 연구개발 분야를 선정하여 국제 경쟁력 우위의 기술로 육성하고자 1980년 기술연구소를 시작으로 확대 개편을 통해 현재의 경기도 이천으로 95년 이전 했다. 연구기관으로는 식품연구소와 중앙연구소가 있는데 전자는 식품을 가공 처리하여 일반소비자가 소비하는 제품에 관한 연구를 하고 후자는 식품가공회사에서 사용되는 소재의 개발에 관한 연구를 하고 있다. 규모는 대지 $33,919\;m^2$, 건평 $12,347\;m^2$인 지하1층, 지상 3층 건물로 구성되었고 본고에서는 중앙연구소의 조직과 연구업무에 관해 기술하고자 한다. 조직은 바이오연구실, 소재연구실, 전분당연구실 3개실과 연구지원팀으로 이루어져 있으며 총 80여명의 전문연구원들이 지난 50여년간 축적해 온 발효공학기술을 기반으로 발효 미생물의 게노믹스(Genomics) 연구와 이를 응용하기 위한 플랫폼 기술 개발 및 전통식품의 선진과학화에 전념하고 있다. 또한 날로 심각해지는 환경문제를 해결하기 위하여 자연에서 완전히 분해되는 생플라스틱 소재, 기능성 전분 및 당류, 고부가가치 아미노산 유도체 개발에도 집중하고 있다. 이제 각 실에서 추진중인 주요 연구개발 분야에 대해서 알아 본다.

포장이란 사람이 아이를 안전하게 감싸다라는 의미를 가진 '포'자와 겉을 아름답게 꾸민다는 의미의 '장'자가 합쳐져 만들어진 단어로 포장은 보호성, 편리성, 심미성 3가지의 목적과 기능을 가져야 한다. 세계 포장 시장은 약 1,030조원 규모이며, 국내 포장재 시장은 플라스틱 연포장(비닐포장), 용기, 지류, 금속 등 44조 2000억 원 규모로 매년 3% 이상 성장 중이다. 식품 포장은 이 중 55%를 차지하고 있으며, 과거 주로 일본 포장 전문 회사의 노하우를 채택하였지만 최근에는 한식에 맞는 포장법에 대한 연구와 개발이 활발해지고 있다. 또한 1인 가족, 핵가족, 맞벌이,노령화 등 한국 사회의 가구 형태 변화로 개별 포장의 필요성에 따라 식품 분야 포장 산업의 성장세가 급증하고 있다. 한편 식품 산업은 부가가치 창출이 최우선되는 4차 산업혁명의 가장 핵심적인 산업이 될 것이라는 통계가 나오고 있으므로 성장 가능성이 높다고 전망되고 있다. 현재는 새로운 푸드테크, 소재 개발, 소재 도입이 중요한 시기로 여겨지고 있다. 따라서 본 기고에서는 글로벌 시장에서 새롭게 떠오르고 있는 식품 포장재 기술의 발전 방향과 시장 성장단계 및 동향을 제시하고자 한다.

A photograph used in a film poster summarizes the story of the film that lasts for around two hours. The image must contain a picture that represents the story and text including the title, with various design elements composed in a harmonious way. However, given that a photograph is the most noticeable element in a film poster, this study aims to examine the function, role, and types of a film poster and analyze poster photographs. Currently, there are companies specialized in photography for film posters, but sometimes recognized photographers are commissioned to take a photograph that will be used for a film poster. Hein-kuhn Oh actively produced such photographs in the early and mid-2000s, and this study deals with 'how the photographs recreate the content of the films' focused on three selected photographs taken by him. Also, There were commonalities found between the tree photographs and Oh's personal portrait photographs, which were then analyzed from the photographic aesthetic point of view. This study is to test the relationship between job stress, social support and subjective well-being among security agents. From 2. 23 to 3.30. 2009, covering a 35day period, 14 private security companies in Seoul were selected. Total 356 copies were picked up as the final sample. First, job stress of security agents showed that it was related to social support of neighbor and there's no relation to social support of family. Second, it showed that job stress of security agents negative affected on subjective well-being. Third, social support attentively affected on social well-being. Especially, it showed that the more social support by family was, the more subjective well-being was. Considering all the factors, social support by neighbors functions as an important parameter in relationship between subjective well-being and job stress among security agents.

In this paper we investigate relation between participation and satisfaction of industry-university co-program with the view of evaluating performance of industry-university cooperation. The importance rank and satisfaction of university-industry co-programs have statistically positive correlation. In regression model, the number of participating co-programs affects the general satisfaction positively. These results implement that the companies have interest in 'industry-university cooperation forum' in initial stage of industry university cooperation, and take part in 'technology co-development program' and gradually enhance availability of other co-programs.
