This study is designed to verify structural relations between multicultural family's functions, multicultural family mothers' parental efficacy, and multicultural family children's social competence with the subjects of multicultural family mothers and children. To attain the goal, the researcher collected data through a survey with a self-administered questionnaire conducted to multicultural family mothers and multicultural center workers taking care of multicultural children and utilized 156 sheets for final analysis. According to the study results, multicultural family's functions exert positive effect on multicultural family mothers' parental efficacy, and multicultural family mothers' parental efficacy indicates positive effect on multicultural children's social competence. Also, multicultural family mothers' parental efficacy has completely mediating effect in the relations between multicultural family's functions and multicultural children's social competence. Based on these study results, the researcher suggests ways to intervene with multicultural family mothers and multicultural family in order to help multicultural children grow and develop soundly.

진료 및 간호서비스는 다른 제조업과는 달리 무형의 서비스에 대한 간접비의 비율이 두드러지는 특성을 지니며, 이러한 특성으로 인해 의료기관의 전략적 계획수립, 수익성 분석, 경제성 분석, 의료서비스 제공의 질 관리 등의 의사결정에 적극 활용되어야 하는 원가 분석에 어려움을 겪어왔다. 전문 간호 분야인 가정간호는 1회 방문 시에 다양한 활동들이 모여서 가정간호서비스가 수행되므로 가정간호의 원가분석에는 각 행위들이 모인 활동에 대한 분석에 근거한 정확한 원가 정보가 요구되고 있다. 활동기준원가의 기본 요소는 자원, 활동, 자원 동인, 활동 동인, 원가 대상이며 이에 따라 가정간호사업에서 활동기준원가의 각 요소를 정의하고 전통적 원가 계산이 아닌 활동을 중심으로 가정간호사업의 업무 알고리즘을 분석하여 활동기준원가관리시스템을 설계한다. 가정간호사업의 활동기준원가관리시스템은 가정간호의 효율적 운영과 의료기관의 경영 개선과 항께 실질적 원가계산을 통해 정부가 건강 보험 수가를 결정하고, 보험 수가의 적절성을 평가하는데 중요한 기초 자료를 제공하게 될 것으로 기대한다.

To date, most identity-based key agreement protocols are based on a single PKG (Private Key Generator) environment. In 2002, Chen and Kudla proposed an identity-based key agreement protocol for a multiple PKG environment, where each PKG shares identical system parameters but possesses distinct master key. However, it is more realistic to assume that each PKG uses different system parameters including the PKG's master key. In this paper, we propose a new two party key agreement protocol between users belonging to different PKGs that do not share system parameters. We also extend this protocol to two types of tripartite key agreement protocols. We show that our two party protocol requires minimal amount of pairing computation for a multiple PKG environment and our tripartite protocol is more efficient than existing protocols. We also show that the proposed key agreement protocols satisfy every security requirements of key agreement protocol.

현재 전국 16개 시도교육청에서는 제작한 대량의 인터넷 동영상을 서비스하고 있으나 제작 인터넷 동영상 콘텐츠의 재사용 및 공동활용을 높이기 위해서는 인터넷 동영상 개발 과정에서 필요한 효율적 콘텐츠 개발 방법과 품질관리를 포함한 콘텐츠 관리가 요구된다. 인터넷 동영상 공동 활용을 위해 다수의 정보저장소를 사용함으로 메타데이터 등록의 중복 작업이 발생하며, 이를 해결하기 위해서는 인터넷 동영상 공동 활용을 위한 시스템적인 연계가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 인터넷 동영상 콘텐츠의 유통을 위한 인터넷 동영상 메타데이터의 역할과 요건, 그리고 교육정보 메타데이타의 특성을 살펴보고 인터넷 동영상 메타데이타 적용 원칙 및 메타데이타 필수 구성 요소를 도출하였다. 또한 인터넷 동영상 메타데이터의 전국교육정보공유체제 및 사이버가정학습서비스와 효과적으로 연계 하기 위한 모델을 제시한다

This paper provides a database about the IPTV VOD usage behavior of children as well as mother's perception at home. We analyzed the correlation of mother's background with IPTV VOD using time of children through a survey. We analyzed how does the mother's background influences usage time of IPTV VOD for children through a survey. The survey was conducted by 500 mothers who have two to seven years old children with IPTV users in Korea. Compilation of the data reveals that 1) 36.6% of the children have watched IPTV VOD for the first time at two years old, 93.4% have encountered by family members among them. 40.8% of users have played IPTV VOD for children four days a week and the main genre was the animation. 2) The main reason for watching VOD was by the needs of their children, but the 66% of mothers concern for an excessive level of watching. 3) educational background of mother and monthly house income were significantly correlated with the usage time of IPTV VOD for children.

본 논문에서는 실제 건설중인 초고층건물을 대상으로 상시 풍하중을 이용한 풍진동 모니터링을 통해 고유주기와 감쇠비를 예측하고 이를 설계단계에서의 구조해석 및 가정에 의한 고유주기 및 감쇠비와 비교하였다. 이를 위해 시공중 풍진동계측을 실시하여 고유주기와 감쇠비를 측정하고, 시공단계를 고려한 구조해석모델을 통해 고유주기와 감쇠비가 유사하도록 모델을 수정한 후 이를 바탕으로 완공단계에서의 구조해석모델을 재구성하였다. 이 완공단계에서의 구조해석모델을 바탕으로 완공후의 고유주기 및 감쇠비를 예측하고 이를 설계단계에서의 값과 비교하였다. 향후 이러한 실계측 및 분석을 충분히 축적된다면 초고층설계시의 보수적인 가정사항들을 개선시키고, 풍동실험에 의한 풍진동 산정시의 정확성을 크게 향상시킬 것으로 기대된다.

A theoretical analysis is developed for an annular-injection-type supersonic ejector having a second-throat downstream the ejector under the assumption that the Fabri choking is placed in mixing chamber. Non mixing theory is applied to formulate secondary flow pressure in the region between inlet of the mixing chamber and Fabri choking. To describe the shock standing at the inlet of the mixing chamber, two dimensional oblique shock relations are used and it is assumed that the shock affects only primary flow at Fabri choking plane. Physical constraint, which is that primary flow pressure and secondary flow pressure are same at Fabri choking plane, is added. In conclusion, it agrees well with experiments in case of small contracting angle of mixing chamber, under 4degrees.

Respondents, in the willingness to pay (WTP) survey, may have preference intensity about their stated WTP values. This study elicited a post-decisional intensity measure for each observed WTP answer for gathering information on the degree of preference intensity. In order to deal with the WTP data with preference intensity, this paper considers using the Type 3 Tobit model. This is usually estimated by the parametric two-stage estimation method assuming homoskedastic and bivariate normal error structure. However, if the assumptions are not satisfied, the estimates are inconsistent. The author has tested the hypotheses of homoskedasticity and normality, and could not accept them at the 1% level. The assumptions required to estimate the parametric Type 3 model are, therefore, too strong to be satisfied. As an alternative the parametric model, this study applies a semiparametric Type 3 Tobit model. The results show that the semiparametric model significantly outperforms the parametric model, and that more importantly, the mean WTP from the parametric model is significantly different from that from the semiparametric model.

A group key agreement protocol allows a group of user to share a key which may later be used to achieve certain cryptographic goals. In this paper, we propose a new scalable two-round ID-based group key agreement protocol which would be well fit to a Pay-TV system, additionally. to the fields of internet stock quotes, audio and music deliveries, software updates and the like. Our protocol improves the three round poop key agreement protocol of Nam et al., resulting in upgrading the computational efficiency by using the batch verification technique in pairing-based cryptography. Also our protocol simplifies the key agreement procedures by utilizing ID-based system. We prove the security of our protocol under the Computational Diffie-Hellman assumption and the Bilinear Decisional Diffie-Hellman assumption. Also we analyze its efficiency.
