This research evaluated the present condition of the family voluntary service group and healthy family campaign, which was being carried out as one of the healthy family culture businesses of the Healthy Family-Support Center. Furthermore, it suggests ways to improve these business activities. Research centered on the analysis of business documents created between December 2006 and November 2007. The results were as follows. First, the family voluntary service group and the healthy family campaign business in the Center must be able to have specificity or individuality. Second, the Center must manage the scale, frequency, and contents of the businesses systematically. Third, the businesses must concern themselves with family life in general, make better use of the advisory committee or steering committee, concern variety of business performing system.

품질보증 부분에서 대부분 통계적 수법들은 기지분포를 가정하여 데이터를 분석하고 있다. 예를 들면 공정능력에서는 정규분포를 가정하고 있고, 신뢰성 분석에서는 지수분포, 대수정규분포 또는 와이블분포 등을 가정하고 있다. 만약 이러한 것들이 가정하는 확률분포와 크게 편의될 때 도출된 결론은 그 유효성을 상실하게 된다. 따라서 공정이 정규분포를 하지 않는다면 정규분포에 기초한 공정능력지수의 사용은 부정확한 공정의 정보를 제시하게 된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 그 사례로 소표본일 경우 정규성의 유무를 Lilliefors 검정통계량으로 검정하였다. 그리고 최우추정량(MLE), 수정적률추정량(MME), 및 적률추정량(ME)을 사용하여 모수추정을 하여 그 각각의 경우에 공정능력지수로 평가하였다. 공정능력지수의 평가는 공정이 지수분포를 하는 경우에 적합한 공정능력지수($C_{pe}$)를 제안하고, 이것의 대안으로써 Pearson 시스템, Johnson 시스템 및 Burr 시스템과도 비교평가 하였다.

구매 계약과 구매에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 상품 가격에 반응하는 소비자의 행동은 꾸준한 주목을 받아왔다. 기존의 많은 연구에서 소비자는 상품을 사거나 계약을 할 때 과거 있었던 가격 또는 변할 수 있는 미래 가격을 고려하지 않고 현재 주어진 가격에만 반응을 보인다는 가정을 하였다. 또 다른 연구에서는 소비자는 미래 있을 가격이 어떠한 확률 분포를 따르는 지를 정확히 알고 반응을 보인다고 조금은 과장된 가정을 하였다. 하지만 최근의 연구에서는 소비자가 상품 판매자의 가격 결정 정책을 고려하면서 상품 구매 또는 구매 계약을 한다는 즉 가격에 민감한 반응을 보인다는 가정을 하게 되었다. 이 연구에서는 소비자가 상품 구매나 구매 계약 시 필요한 정보들 중 가장 중요한 상품의 가격을 어떻게 얻어서 이용하는지 분석해 보고자 한다. 즉 상품의 미래 가격 변화를 소비자가 어떻게 추정하여 구매 계약과 구매 시 이용 하는지를 분석하고자 한다. 이 연구에서는 소비자가 상품 구매 계약 시 가격을 추정하는 방법으로 과거의 경험에서 얻어진 가격들을 이용한다는 가정하의 수학적 모형을 세워 소비자의 가격 추정이 실제 상품 구매와 계약에 미치는 영향 그리고 판매자의 가격 결정에 미치는 영향을 분석해 보았다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a remodification of the family resource management curriculum in order to vitalize the entire healthy family specialist program. In January 2005, 'the Act of Healthy Families' was enacted. From then on, healthy family specialists not only have assumed a key role in health family Projects, which is based on the Act of Healthy Families itself, but they have also become key members of the healthy family support centers. Therefore, it can be said that cultivating competent healthy family specialists is vital to the success of the management of the healthy family support centers as well as the entire healthy family project. In order to enhance the quality of the healthy family specialists, we need to modify the current curriculum, which is based on primary courses that offers healthy family specialist licences in the end, into a curriculum that focuses on work-oriented learning and practical education. Especially, the curriculum of public family management should be administered in a way that strengthens the practical management of healthy family support centers. The basic curriculum as well as the guidelines of the practical training that is being conducted through healthy family support centers should also be organized in a way that enhances the professionality and the unification of the healthy family specialist.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the policy demands of the family sector for work-family balance, with a focus on the child care and household labor provisions. For empirical analysis, data were collected from 197 dual-income families with at least one young child under age 10 in the metropolitan area via self-administered questionnaires. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, child care provisions for working mothers and fathers were insufficient and unfair, and the ratio of child care provisions offered by familial child care network was high. The characteristics of child care provisions for working parents were associated with family structure, working conditions, and demographic variables. Second, household labor provisions for working mothers and fathers were also insufficient and unfair, and the ratio of socialization was high. Third, the level of family satisfaction varied by the level of child care and household labor provisions, respectively, controlling family structure, working conditions, and demographic variables. The empirical results of the study provided policy implications for work-family balance.

본 고에서는 불확실성을 고려한 전원개발계획방법에 대하여 간단히 소개하였다. 수요의 불확실성에 대하여 예를 들어 소개하였지만 연료비 등의 불확실성도 분석할 수가 있다. 우리는 자주 확정적 전원개발계획모형(WASP, EGEAS 등)의 결과를 최적으로 받아들인다. 그러나 그 모형의 최적계획은 계산에 사용되는 모든 자료가 반드시 미래에 그대로 나타난다는 가정하에서 만들어진 것이다. 이러한 가정을 간과하고 그 결과를 받아들인다면 커다란 오류에 빠질 것이라고 IEEE위원회는 경고하면서 불확실성을 고려한 전원개발계획 모형의 운영과 개발이 필요하다고 지적하고 있다. 한국의 전원개발계획의 환경(수요, 연료비, 건설비, 기술, 환경규제 등)은 불확실하며 이러한 불확실성에 얼마나 탄력적으로 대처하느냐가 2000년대를 향한 전원개발계획의 가장 큰 과제라 하겠다.

This essay was written with the purpose of finding an effective outline of reorganizing the theoretical establishments of institutional household management. We have proposed a few alternative models for the reorganization of the theoretical system of institutional household management after analyzing the theoretical systems of Management and Administration: First, institutional household management should embrace the concepts of positive management. Second, we should organize a plan where such factors as organization system, human resource development, advertisement and consumer satisfaction surveys could be introduced and strengthened within the theoretical system of institutional household management.

The purpose of this study is to examine support policies regarding work and family reconciliation, to suggest plans to improve workplace policies, and to suggest directions for further studies. This study looks at OECD's work-life reconciliation policies as well as family friendly workplace policies in Korea to find a way to enhance business' receptiveness and implementation of the policies. By examining women's labor conditions, this study finds that family friendly workplace policies are necessarily imminent in our society of low fertility and ageing. Along with the evaluation of benefit level and the effectiveness of current policies, this study uses data from interviews with working mothers who have had the experience of family friendly benefits. The results of the analyses suggest that the government should focus on improving the workplace environment in companies that do not show bias against the use of family friendly policies. In order to farm more successful policies, future studies are needed to analyze the changes of fertility, working conditions, support programs, and benefits.

손익분기점분석이란 기업의 이익계획이나 의사결정 방법으로 널리 이용되는 유용한 기법이다. 간단한 정보만으로 사업을 분석하고, 경영전략을 세울 수 있다는 점에서 손익분기 점분석이 매우 유용한 분석방법이기는 하지만 비현실적인 가정을 전제조건으로 하는 단점이 있다. 이런 가정은 전통적인 손익분기점 분석의 과정을 단순화하지만 경영분석기법으로 적용하는 데에 한계성을 갖게 한다. 이 논문의 목적은 손익분기점분석의 간편함을 유지하면서 장기적인 투자사업에도 적용할 수 있도록 하여 손익분기점분석의 적용성을 향상시키는데 있다. 따라서 전통적인 손익분기점분석의 비현실성을 개선하기 위해 수리적인 모형의 개발을 지양하고, 비용이나 수입에 대한 실제자료를 최대한 반영시킴으로써 분석의 정확성을 높일 것이다. 또한 기업 실무에서도 쉽게 적용할 수 있도록 스프레드시트를 활용하여 손익분기점분석의 해를 구할 것이다.

Improving the quality and level of the research of institutional household management is one of major issues in the field of study on family resource management and human ecology In this context the purposes of this study were to develop the scheme for the theoretical reconstruction of the subsystem in the institutional household management and to present the applicational contents focused on the marketing management. This study reached a conclusion that the marketing management has to include more practical contents such as PR(public relations), the development and management of supporters and volunteers in order to enhance the useful community resources.
