Family Life Education for The Actualization Family Welfare - Focus on Recipients of Family Welfare Service - (가정복지 실현을 위한 가정생활교육 확산 기초연구 - 가정복지서비스 수혜 가정을 중심으로 -)

  • It was quite an achievement to actualize family welfare, announcing' Healthy Family Basic Acts(2004)', which enabled to pursue comprehensive welfare policy including family life as a unit. This has enhanced family function, converting into consolidated family-centered service system, creating a new paradigm. The family life education must be spreaded and activated in the way of family welfare service, as to improve the quality of life, while reducing social problems regarding to the boundary of family. So This study aims at investigating the level of aspiration out from the family life education and the fact-revealing of training program within the family life. To examine these matters, 356 married women living in Seoul were selected. The results are as follows family life education and the training program each other showed little relevance that merely $45{\%}$ attended the program. Life planning program for Elderly was mostly asked in the research of the degree of family life education program. Besides, many of them demanded for the family care program for those who have divorced, remarried or adopted the child, showing their active will to solve them which have been dealt quite privately. Family life education is dealing with the current problem solving and future life planning. In this regard, it is strongly needed to experience and learn the dynamics of family life for lifetimes. Systemic family life education must be accomplished to solve, prevent and to cope with family problems.

Work-family Conflict and Work-family Enhancement among Married Men in Korea (기혼남성근로자의 일-가정 갈등과 일-가정 향상)

  • This study investigates the work-family interactions of married men, the variables affecting these interactions, and the differences between the variables affecting work-family conflict and those affecting work-family enhancement. The subjects of this study were 1,249 married men. The major findings are as follows. First, married men perceived moderate levels of work-family conflict and work-family enhancement both from work to family and from family to work. Second, the level of work-family conflict was higher than that of family-work conflict, and the level of family-work enhancement was higher than that of work-family enhancement. Third, work-family conflict was influenced by external occupational rewards, the relative importance of work and family life, a family-friendly work environment, perceived working hours, and spousal support. The variables that have an effect on work-family enhancement are perceived working hours, a family-friendly work environment, the relative importance of work and family life, and spousal support. Fourth, family-work conflict is influenced by age, spousal support, perceived family-work enhancement are spousal support, seeking internal and external occupational rewards, the relative importance of work and family life, and a family-friendly work environment. Finally, the variables that affect work-family conflict and those affecting work-family enhancement are similar, but the variables affecting family-work conflict and those affecting family-work enhancement are very different.

Impact of Family Care Leave and Vacation Systems on Work-Family Balance of Female Managers (가족돌봄휴직·휴가제도가 여성관리자의 일·가정 양립에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the effects of the revised and newly established family care leave and vacation systems in 2019 on the work-family balance of female managers. A total of 1,040 female managers with experience in using the systems were selected as the analysis subjects from the 2020 Women Managers Panel data. Propensity score matching and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The propensity score matching results showed that the family care time of the users of the family care leave was significantly lower than that of non-users, and both the work-family conflict and home-work conflict levels were significantly higher for the users than the non-users. For the family care vacation, the family care time of its users was significantly higher in national and local government organizations than that if its non-users. The results of multiple regression analysis indicated that the use of the family care leave had a significant positive impact on home-work conflict. These findings suggest that the current family care leave and vacation system have insufficient positive effects on work-family relationships.

  • 본 연구에서는 생산능력제약이 주어지는 경우에 있어서 가동준비시간의 절감효과 분석을 위한 모형을 수립하고 이 모형을 이용하여 여러가지 분석을 하고 마지막으로 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 특히 동적수요를 가정함으로써 기존의 EOQ모형연구에서 분석할 수 없었던 분석이 가능하였고, 수요가 변동하는 상황이라 하더도 생산능력제약이 없는 경우의 결과가 나올 수 있음을 보였다.

  • 살상면적을 이용한 기존의 효과분석방법론 SQ2는 표적중심점을 조준점으로 하여 사격하는 것으로 가정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 조준점 좌표에 관계없이 표적의 피해확률을 계산할 수 있는 효과분석방법론 MOSSE를 소개한다. MOSSE는 조준좌표에 관계없이 표적의 피해확률을 계산할 수 있다.
