Local Damage Detection Using Acceleration ARX Model (가속도 ARX 모델을 사용한 국부손상 탐색)

  • The paper presents a signal-based damage detection algorithm of ARX model using dynamic acceleration data. An ARX model correlates acceleration data measured at two locations in a structure by considering those two sets of data as input and output signals. For detecting damage, the error between the measured data and the predicted response from the defined ARX model is computed in time and used for a statistical evaluation. A normal distribution function from the error in time is constructed and its statistical characteristic values are used for the evaluation of damage. By comparing the normal distribution functions before and after damage, three different types of damage indices are proposed. The efficiency and limitation of the proposed algorithm with the statistical evaluation of damage indices have been examined and discussed through laboratory experiments.

  • The theoretical and analytical studies on dynamic signals(force and acceleration signals) measured at SPT rod are actively made. In this paper, the characteristics of stress wave(force signals) in SPT rod were studied experimentally using model rod system. It was noted that the amplitude ratios of reflected wave over incident wave in different end conditions were well matched with theoretical results. The impedance of soil could be determined if the characteristics of incident and reflected waves could be evaluated quantitatively in situ SPT test. On the other hand, the results of model tests showed that the effect of reflected wave caused by side friction was negligible, and therefore, the analysis model considering only end resistance of sampler could be applicable in dynamic analysis of SPT.

  • 본 연구에서는 무선센서노드을 이용하여 강판형 철도교량의 전형적인 손상유형인 거더부의 휨강성 저하와 지점부의 볼트풀림을 효과적으로 모니터링할 수 있는 하이브리드 모니터링 기법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 다음과 같은 연구가 수행되었다. 첫째, 본 연구진에 의해 개발된 가속도 및 임피던스기반 무선센서노드를 간략하게 소개하였다. 둘째, 가속도 및 임피던스 신호를 이용하여 효과적인 손상모니터링이 가능한 기법들을 선정하였다. 마지막으로, 개발된 가속도 및 임피던스기반 무선센서노드를 모형 강판형 철도교에 설치하고, 일련의 손상 시나리오에 따른 하이브리드 모니터링을 수행하여 무선센서노드 및 모니터링 기법의 성능을 평가하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 전역적-국부적 구조건전성 모니터링을 위한 무선센서노드로서 가속도 및 임피던스 응답신호의 계측이 가능한 다기능 무선센서노드를 개발하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 가속도 및 임피던스 응답의 계측이 가능한 다기능 무선센서노드를 설계 및 제작하였다. 둘째, 다기능 무선센서노드의 성능검증을 위하여 트러스교 모형을 대상으로 진동실험을 수행하였다. 셋째, 다기능 무선센서노드로부터 취득된 가속도 및 임피던스 응답을 이용하여 트러스 구조물의 구조 건전성 모니터링을 통해 다기능 무선센서노드의 적용성을 검증하였다.

The Performance Analysis of the Parameter Extracting Technique for the Vibration Monitoring System in High Voltage Motor (고압전동기용 진동 감시 시스템의 계수 추출기법 성능 분석)

  • In this paper, the signals of the sensor for extracting characteristic parameters of the rotor are collected and the performance of the extraction technique is analyzed. To this end, a vibration test league was developed for conducting model tests to analyze the signal characteristics under normal operation. As a result, it is judged that no change in the measured the raw data amplitude will occur in the acceleration sensor with the unbalanced mass measured from the acceleration sensor. Performing FFT showed a significant increase in amplitude of the rotational frequency of 20 Hz as the unbalanced mass increased. The analysis results according to the change in the unequal mass of the speed sensor also showed a significant increase in the 1X Harmonics component, such as the acceleration sensor. There was no change in the amplitude of the acceleration sensor data when the misalignment occurred, and for the Envelope data, the amplitude of 2X (40 Hz) was increased depending on the degree of misalignment. The velocity sensor at change of misalignment also showed similar results to the acceleration sensor, and the peak was reduced at 600 Hz as the load increased in the frequency spectrum.

  • One of the main factors related to the deterioration of estimation accuracy in inertial measurement unit (IMU)-based orientation determination is the object's acceleration. This is because accelerometer signals under accelerated motion conditions cannot be longer reference vectors along the vertical axis. In order to deal with this issue, some orientation estimation algorithms adopt acceleration-compensating mechanisms. Such mechanisms include the simple switching techniques, mechanisms with adaptive estimation of acceleration, and acceleration model-based mechanisms. This paper compares these three mechanisms in terms of estimation accuracy. From experimental results under accelerated dynamic conditions, the following can be concluded. (1) A compensating mechanism is essential for an estimation algorithm to maintain accuracy under accelerated conditions. (2) Although the simple switching mechanism is effective to some extent, the other two mechanisms showed much higher accuracies, particularly when test conditions were severe.

고기동 환경의 약신호 추적루프 설계에 관한 연구

  • 위성신호는 저앙각에 위치하거나 재밍 및 간섭신호의 영향을 받으면 약해진다. 이러한 약신호를 안정적으로 추적하기 위해서는 신호추적루프의 대역폭이 가능하면 작아야 한다. 그러나 작은 대역폭의 신호추적루프는 고기동 환경에서 기준주파수의 주파수오차를 포함한 입력오차가 커져 불안정해진다. 본 논문에서는 최대 저크 15g/s의 동적특성을 가지는 항체의 항법정보를 획득하고 동시에 28dB-Hz의 약신호도 안정적으로 추적할 수 있는 신호추적루프를 연구한다. 이를 위해 위성신호 상태를 예측할 수 있는 SNR, 앙각, 항체의 가속도 등을 고려하여 대역폭 및 PIT를 가변적으로 설계한 적응형 신호추적루프를 설계한다. 또한 약신호인 C/No 28dB-Hz 신호를 안정적으로 추적하기 위해 10ms의 PIT(Predetection Integration Time)와 비트동기를 고려한 Coherent 방식을 적용한 반송파 위상추적루프를 설계한다. 이렇게 설계된 신호추적루프의 성능을 검증하기 위해 항체의 동적환경과 위성신호 크기를 묘사해줄 수 있는 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 위성신호 추적성능을 시험하고 결과를 분석한다.

  • The aiming ability is a to improve accuracy performance of the firing vehicle. This paper describes the detection method of chatter vibration using disturbance acceleration in the pointing structure. In order to analysis vibration trends of the pointing system occurred during vehicle drive, acceleration data was processed by using data processing algorithm with moving average and Hilbert transform. Specific mode constants of acceleration were obtained under various disturbances. Vehicle velocity, road condition, property of pointing structure were considered as factors which make change of vibration trend in vehicle dynamics. Finally, back propagation neural networks have been applied to the pattern recognition for the classification of vibration signal in various driving conditions. Results of signal processing were compared and analysed.

  • 본 논문은 다중 회귀 분석을 이용하여 3축 가속도센서기반의 활동량을 추정하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 연구를 위해 총 59명의 피 실험자가 자체 제작한 활동량계를 착용한 뒤 트레드밀에서 일정한 속도로 걷는/뛰는 동작을 수행한 신호를 수집하였다. 수집한 3축 가속도 신호의 에너지 값에서 사전에 정의한 특징들을 산출한다. 그 다음 각 특징별로 선형, 지수, 로지스틱 회귀 분석을 적용하여 적합도가 높은 특징을 선정한다. 마지막으로 산출된 회귀식들을 사용하여 다중 회귀 분석 방법으로 활동량을 추정한다. 호흡가스 대사 분석기(K4B2)를 착용한 뒤 동일한 방법으로 실험을 수행 하고 제안한 방법과 정확도를 비교한 결과 제안한 방법의 정확도는 86.38 %로 산출되었다. 이는 기존의 Kim 외 3인의 연구결과[1]보다 2.70 %, Actical의 정확도보다 4.31 % 높은 수치이다.

  • In this paper, we propose a new method for robot navigation control through EMG and acceleration sensors which is attached to wrist. The method can remote control with intuitive motion like driving a car. It decide to control whether or not through EMG signal processing. And motion inferring through signal processing from acceleration sensor. Inferred motion is mapped to control command such as 'Forward', 'Backward', 'Left', 'Right'. Accuracy of each motions are over 99%. Control is capable naturally without time delay. Entire system has been implemented and we verified its utility through demonstration.
