본 연구는 기업의 전략적 성과를 향상하기 위한 고려되고 있는 정보시스템의 전략적 활용에 대한 올바른 방향을 설정하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 조직적 특성으로 업종, 집중화, 공식화, 정보시스템 성숙도 변수가 정보시스템의 전략적 활용에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 62개 기업의 국내 기업에 대한 실증조사를 통하여 조직적 특성변수와 정보시스템의 전략적 활용(SUIS)에 대한 가설이 검증되었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceived quality toward user performance and corporate performance in production information systems. For this purpose, a research model and hypotheses are developed based on the relevant literature reviews. Data have been collected from 132 enterprises which have implemented production information systems, and the research hypotheses were tested by covariance structural model analysis. The results of this empirical study are summarized as follows. First, production information quality and support service quality are confirmed to have a positive effect on user's satisfaction, however, I found no evidence of a statistically significant relationship between system quality and user's satisfaction. Second, all of three quality factors which are production information quality, system quality, and support service quality have positive influence on system usage. Third, user's satisfaction has positive influence on system usage, and both of user's satisfaction and system usage have positive influence on performance improvement. Based on these findings, this study suggested the implications, as well as limitations and further research directions.

최근 EDI, EC, CALS 등과 같은 조직간 정보시스템을 가반으로 한 전자적 파트너십에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 조직간 정보시스템의 도입은 거래비용절감뿐만 아니라 거래 파트너와의 관계 개선 및 협력 증진을 목적으로 한다. 조직간 정보시스템의 한 유형인 전자자료교환의 도입과 성과에 대한 사례연구 및 실증연구들은 활발하게 진행되고 있으나 조직간 정보시스템이 조직간 관계 변화에 미치는 영향을 실증한 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰을 통해 이 주제에 대한 연구모형과 가설을 도출하였다. 향후에 모형을 더욱 정치화 시켜 경험적 자료를 토대로 검증하고자한다.

국내에서 아웃소싱은 선진국들과 다르게 비용절감을 목적으로 도입되고 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 아웃소싱을 하는 기업들 중에는 서비스 인력을 충분히 내부화 할 수 있음에도 불구하고 단순히 관리상의 편의를 위해 아웃소싱을 하는 기업들도 적지 않다. 그리고 실제 기업에서 아웃소싱을 할 경우 기대치에 미치지 못하는 위험성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 선행연구에서 여러 학자들의 견해를 정리해서 아웃소싱의 성공에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인인 기술적 위험과 통제적 위험, 비용적 위험과 업무 유연성, 신뢰성, 시스템 확장성, 우수한 정보기술, 전문화된 인력으로 분류하여 연구모형과 가설을 설정하고 향후 실증연구 분석을 위한 토대를 마련하고자 한다.

The importance of smart learning is increasing as the speed of development of non-face-to-face services increases due to the influence of COVID-19. This study is the user satisfaction evaluation model that utilizes the causal relationship between variables used for evaluation, focusing on the usability evaluation results of the learning disability intervention service (www.basic-edu.net) according to the need to evaluate the use satisfaction of the smart learning system. To this end, theoretical studies were conducted on smart learning and learning disability intervention services, www.basic-edu.net, usability evaluation of learning disability intervention systems, and use satisfaction evaluation models. And based on the results, a hypothesis was presented on the user satisfaction evaluation model of the smart learning system. The experimental method allowed 40 students and parents across the country to use the www.basic-edu.net service and was evaluated for its usability. In addition, using this data, the hypothesis was verified using regression analysis based on four variables: ease of use, interest, self-learning, and satisfaction with use. As a result of the hypothesis verification, it was found that the causal relationship of all hypotheses from H1 to H4 was significant.

In this study, in order to find out how the quality factors of information system affected the technology acceptance model and user intention, the importance of IT security which had been recently emerged by including the security in the system, information and service is considered as the factors of information system quality. To verify how the information system quality affected the technology acceptance model and user intention, the study was conducted with expanded information system by classifying the technology acceptance model with perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use and classifying user intention with acceptance and utilization whether user had only acceptance intention or both acceptance and utilization intentions. The study results are as follows. First, the hypothesis that quality factors of information system affected the technology acceptance model significantly was partially adopted. Second, the hypothesis that the technology acceptance model affected user intention significantly was adopted.

지배적 피드백 루프는 구조가 시스템의 행동을 유발한다는 점에 있어서 매우 중요한 개념이다. 본 논문에서는 지배적 피드백 루프의 전환을 완만한 전환(continuous shifts)과 급격한 전환(discrete shifts)의 두 가지로 분류하였다. 본 연구에서는 지배적 피드백 루프의 전환에 대한 인지적 편향을 세 가지의 가설로 분류하여 제시하였다. 이에는 1) 완만한 전환에 대한 인식의 실패, 2) 의사결정 자들의 급격한 전환에 의존하는 경향, 3) 지배적 피드백 루프의 인식에 있어서 수준변수와 변화율 변수간의 차이 등이 포함된다. 마지막으로 본 논문에서는 지배적 피드백 루프에 의한 인지적 편향이 의사결정과정의 시간지연과 정책 개입의 시기에 대하여 어떠한 시사점을 주는지에 관하여 논의하였다.

광물미립자(50$\mu$ 이하)는 무한에 가까운 표면적을 가지고 있다. 이들 미립자가 사육수에 교질(膠質)상태(colloidal)로 현탁(懸濁)되어 그 표면에서 사육수에 존재하는 노폐물질들을 흡착, 분해하고, 포말분리장치를 통하여 사육시스템 밖으로 배출된다면 사육수 정화에 필요한 제 과정과 이에 따르는 시설을 단순화시킨 새로운 순환여과시스템이 가능하다는 가설 하에 넙치를 대상으로 하여 본 사육실험이 시도되었다. (중략)

In this paper the factors are analyzed, which influenced on the acceptance of Electronic Medical System (EMR) of healthcare organization in Korea. The measured variables and factors were defined on the base of former research works. The questionnaires with Likert's 5 scale were administrated in the 102 general hospitals in Korea. This data was analyzed with SPSS v. 20. According to the result of factor analysis, the 4 influencing factors were grouped. They are, "ICT-infrastructure of healthcare organization", "Management strategy of healthcare organization", "EMR acceptance" and "EMR-performance". 5 hypotheses about the correlations between factors were formulated and analyzed with structural equation model(SEM). The result of this paper could be the good reference to the healthcare organizations on how they should implement and operate the EMR system.

영업사원들은 자동차산업에서 유통시스템의 핵심적인 역할을 담당하고 있다. 자동차라는 상품의 특성상 고객들은 구매의사 결정과정에 있어 높은 수준의 정보와 지원을 요구한다. 영업사원들은 고객의 요구사항에 맞춰 서비스를 제공함으로써 고객의 결정과정을 돕는다. 따라서 자동차 영업사원의 개인적 역량은 자동차 판매 성과를 높이는데 있어 매우 중요한 영향을 미치게 된다. 이와 같은 배경을 바탕으로 본 연구는 자동차 영업사원의 개인역량과 판매성과 사이에 정(+)의 상관관계가 있을 것으로 보고 실증 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 개인역량을 1) 판매기술 전문성 2) 영업사원의 태도 및 고객과의 관계형성 3) 감성활용 4) 감성조절 네 가지의 독립변수로 구분하여 종속변수인 판매성과와의 상관관계를 측정하였다. 연구 가설을 검증하기 위해 기존의 선행연구와 문헌을 토대로 가설을 설정하고 검증하였으며 경기도와 강원지역의 자동차 대리점에 근무하는 영업사원 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회부된 유효 설문지 268부는 통계 프로그램 SPSS WIN24.0를 이용해 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 자동차 영업사원의 개인역량의 요인으로 판매기술 전문성과 감성활용은 영업사원의 판매성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 태도 및 관계형성과 감정조절이 판매성과에 정의적인 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 기각되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 개인역량은 영업사원을 채용하는데 있어 고려해야할 중요한 요소임을 시사한다.
