Techniques of Optimizing the Launching Nose under Conditions of Minimizing the Launching Bending Moment (압출가설시 발생하는 휨모멘트의 최소화 조건을 통한 압출노즈의 최적설계)

  • The behavior of nose-deck system during launch was examined by three dimensionless launching parameters, such as the relative flexural stiffness, the relative nose weight, and the relative nose length. The techniques of optimizing the launching nose were illustrated and equations of relationship between relative nose weight and relative nose length were derived under minimum conditions of the launching negative and positive moment. Equations of maximum positive and negative moment were suggested under the conditions. The optimum design method of the launching nose was proposed in launched continuous girder bridges. It was found that the ideal launching nose was to design that with the relative nose weight of 0.167 and the relative nose length of 0.836 to minimize absolute values of the positive and negative moment during launch.

USN-based Real-Time Monitoring System for a Temporary Structure of Concrete Formwork (콘크리트 거푸집 가설구조물 공사 안전관리를 위한 USN 기반의 실시간 모니터링 시스템)

  • During concrete placement, the formwork structure supports the weight of concrete mass. The complexity of the operation can cause concentrated workloads, which in turn brings about a collapse of the temporary structure. As a countermeasure, the operation needs to be constantly monitored to maintain safety and prevent accidents. This paper presents a USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Network)-based safety monitoring system for formwork construction. The system takes advantage of ubiquitous technology in monitoring the behavior of the formwork structure such as deflection, load weight, and tilting. The collected data are sent to the host computer wirelessly for real time monitoring. The data can be then compared with the allowed limits on guidelines. The comparison can indicate whether the concrete placement operation is executed in a safe condition.

  • At the point of changing from the capacity qualification of temporary equipments for building to safety certification system, the meaning of qualification and the present state of main products are evaluated for Capacity qualification system and compare with related system in developed country. These suggest classification of temporary equipments for building construction in safety certification. Now, present state of the capacity qualification system is estimated; according to the reforming system from restating law in 2003, there are a lot of changing of application in every 3 years because of that. The ability of Making business is improved by checking again but, there are limitation to constantly keep the safety as the system to approve form about sent imitation products. Changing from the capacity qualification system to safely certification system make to include the structure of the qualification system and make a plan standard. It make least panic in the building market and set up some standards for capacity by changing building circumstance. The classification of temporary equipment for building construction in safety certification from the module of quotation form classify each duty quotation item, self-regulation safely verification item and option quotation item, these will more improve the system form and quality of temporary equipment for building than before.

  • We propose some properties of fuzzy p-value and fuzzy significance level to the fuzzy hypotheses testing for vague response data with reflected correlation in survey research, Appling the principle of agreement index, we suggest the methods for fuzzy hypothesis testing by fuzzy rejection region.

  • 정보통신 인프라의 확대 및 인터넷 사용자 수의 급속한 증가에 따라 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시장은 방대한 잠재수요를 가진 새로운 시장으로 급부상하고 있다. 본 연구의 주목적은 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자들을 대상으로 한 실증분석을 통해 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자의 재구매의도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 중요한 특성요인을 도출해 보고자 하였다. 연구목적의 효과적인 달성을 위한 이론적 토대로서 정보시스템성공모델 관련 선행연구에 대한 종합적 고찰 결과를 토대로 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 정보품질, 시스템품질, 서비스품질, 고객만족, 재구매의도 등의 여섯 가지 요인을 포함한 연구모델을 구축하였고, 이들 변수들간의 상호 영향관계에 관한 가설을 수립하였다. 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자 204명을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과를 이용하여 공분산구조모델 분석을 통한 연구가설 검정을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 정보품질과 서비스품질이 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 시스템품질은 별다른 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 고객의 만족은 재구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이상의 가설검정 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향에 관하여 논하였다.

  • 본 논문은 제어대상인 현수형 케이블의 수학적 모델을 작성하고 이것에 장력을 발생하는 교류서보 전동기의 수학적 모델을 구하였다. 제어 방법은 제어대상의 동적 모델이 비선형 시변계이기 때문에 강인성이 있는 퍼지제어를 적용하고 차대가 움직이기 시작할 때 발생하는 오버슈트을 억제하기 위해서 피드포워드제어를 채택한다. 케이블의 동적 모델에 기초하여 퍼지제어기와 피드포워드제어를 도입하여 시스템을 구성하고 시뮬레이션 실험에 의해 그 유효성을 평가하였다. 현재 로프제조 공정, 전차 트롤리선 가설공사는 장력의 제어가 필요하지만 거의 수동으로 행하고 있는 실정이고 제품의 균질성과 생산성 향상을 위하여 제조 공정의 자동화가 필요하다. 따라서 전차의 트롤리선 가설공사는 케이블을 탑재한 차대가 주행하면서 드럼에 감긴 케이블을 풀어주고 양단의 장력을 일정히 유지하도록 조절할 필요가 있다. 그러나 전기공사에서 시행하고 있는 송 배전 선로의 전력케이블 가선공사나 전차 트롤리선 가설공사는 수동으로 하고 있는 실정이고 이것의 자동화기계가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 현수형 가선 케이블 가설장치의 자동화이다. 본 연구에서는 제어대상인 현수형 케이블의 수학적 모델을 작성하고 이것에 장력을 발생하는 교류서보 전동기의 수학적 모델을 구하였다. 제어 방법은 제어대상의 동적 모델이 비선형 시변계이기 때문에 강인성이 있는 퍼지제어를 적용하고 차대가 움직이기 시작할 때 발생하는 오버슈트를 억제하기 위해서 피드포워드제어를 채택한다. 케이블의 동적 모델에 기초하여 퍼지제어기와 피드포워드제어를 도입하여 시스템을 구성하고 시뮬레이션 실험에 의해 그 유효성을 평가하였다.

A Study on the Effect of High Performance Work System on Organizational Effectiveness - Focusing on the regulating role of HR management effectiveness - (고성과 작업시스템이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 인사관리 효과성의 조절역할을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of the high performance and the work system recognized by the organizational members participating in the NCS enterprise utilization consulting on the organizational effectiveness and the influence of the organizational performance. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the research hypotheses were verified by applying multiple regression analysis and co-integration regression analysis on the 145 usable results from using the statistical program of SPSS 24.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, hypothesis 1, the analysis of positive(+) influence on organizational effectiveness on the characteristics of the system (selection system, evaluation and compensation, education and training opportunity, member participation system, job stability) was adopted due to its' positive(+) and significant relationship. Second, hypothesis 2, an analysis that the organizational effectiveness would have a positive impact on organizational performance was adopted due to its' proven work. However, its' effectiveness will need verification. Third, regression analysis was conducted to confirm the role of the hypothesis 3, personnel management effectiveness, between the high performance and the work system (selection system, evaluation/compensation, education/training opportunity, member participation system, job stability). As a result, Hypothesis 3 showed that the selection system (H3-1), evaluation and compensation(H3-2), education and career opportunities(H3-3), member participation system(H3-4), job stability(H3-4) showed that organizational effectiveness has a moderating role in HR effectiveness. The main implication of this study is that the positive and working system recognized by the organizational members has positive affects on organizational effectiveness and organizational performance. In order to enhance the substantiality management system through improvement of organizational performance, a regular implementation plan on a high-performance working system along with education & training system to improve organizational effectiveness is required so that the members of the organization could form a consensus. Second, as a result of confirming the moderating effects of HR management effectiveness, the moderating role of HR management system and organization effectiveness was verified positive. Therefore, this study shows that the part that verifies both organizational effectiveness and organizational performance through high-performance working system and the part that confirmed the role of control between high-performance work system and organizational effectiveness are the biggest difference from the previous research.
