Real-time Object Tracking System using Variable Searching Window (가변 탐색창을 이용한 실시간 객체 추적 시스템)

  • This Paper describes the method of real time object tracking using variable searching window. Monitoring systems require real time object tracking in video, efficiencies depend on environment of monitoring target. To get a position of object using a difference between background image and input image, the system extracts contour and centroid of the object. This method track motion of object using variable searching window from size and position of object. The background imgaes and camera are limited as fixed environment. The test result of proposed method Is 17-23FPS, this shows more fast process speed than average(10-14FPS) of existing object tracking method.

  • Recently, from a global perspective, the use of small unmanned aerial vehicles in terrorism and warfare is increasing, and the need for anti-drone shooting training targeting small UAVs is increasing. However, in reality, there are many cases in Korea where anti-drone shooting training is restricted, due to complaints such as noise. In this paper, we describe the development and testing of an electric-powered direct strike type high-speed, low-noise small aerial target drone. To achieve the flight speed and endurance required for shooting training, target drone sizing was performed, and aerodynamic performance analysis was conducted using a CFD program. Based on the performance analysis, the motor propulsion system was selected and a variable pitch propeller system was designed, and performance tests were performed on a ground test rig. Finally, the target flight speed, flight time, and flight noise level were confirmed through flight tests.

  • This study have been carried out as a part of R&D project to develop a low cost high efficiency combined grain drying & storage system. The design of sweeping auger must meet the various conditions : capacity and dimensions of silo, discharging capacity of auger, operation conditions of auger such as revolution and rotation and density of grains and even the first-in & first-out of grains in the system. Through the experimental observations with the apparatus which enables the direct observation of discharging behavior of grains, the limitations of the performance of existing straight type auger was observed. Generalized mathematical model for the profile of new variable section sweeping auger was obtained, which ensures the uniform descending of grains and also meets various operating conditions. The experimental results with a prototype sweeping auger showed that the mathematical model for the variable section sweeping auger was quitely correct.

  • 본 논문에서는 단상입력을 가지고, 직류단에 소형 캐패시터를 사용하는 인버터를 사용해 3상 전동기 가변속 구동을 한다. 이때 주기적으로 크게 맥동하는 직류단 전압 조건에서 어떻게 전동기를 제어하는가에 대해 언급한다. 평균 전압 제한원을 전류 영역에 표현하고, 새로운 약자속 영역을 정의한다. 이를 바탕으로 전류 지령을 생성하는 제어기를 구성하여 전동기를 제어할 수 있는 기법을 제안하고 이를 실험을 통해 검증한다. 이를 통해 입력 전류의 고조파를 줄여 역율도 개선할 수 있다.

  • In case of field weakening region, torque is directly affected by flux. In this region, the flux reference is cIecreased inversely proportional to the rotor speed. As the flux is decreased, the magnetizing inductance is nonnally increased The increased magnetizing inductance limited voltage for controlling current In this paper, rreasuring q axis voltage in field weakening region, magnetizing inductance in flux calculating can be readjusted. Computer simulation and experiment results demostrate the efficacy of the prqx>sed rrethod. Proposed algorithm is expected to the application of the adjustable drive system in the spinning and weaving field. field.

  • The basic design concept of the DACS(Divert and Attitude Control System) propellant is presented and the geometry optimization of the DACS propellant with limited outer diameter and maximum burning rate of the propellant is performed. Two-side burning surface conditions burned at the core and the one side of the propellant are applied to the propellant. And the optimized values for the radius of core, length of propellant, angle of end-side surface are obtained by the PSO algorithm. The direction for DACS propellant design is suggested by analyzing optimized design points for various burning rate.

  • A smart phone subscriber needs wide bandwidth services for more fast data communication on the internet. The conventional MIMO system is now developing to resolve these problems with limited device space for antenna and frequency band environment reserved. One of way to make it practically is to add the number of antennas theoretically. But it is difficult to increase the antenna element as a limited space on the system. Therefore an active beam forming scheme is known as a way of constructing a Compact MIMO system for that. In this paper, the fast switching control block was suggested to adjust a reactance of the antenna element and verified experimentally the effects by switching signal on an orthogonal beam forming through a spatial domain.

Realtime Compensation of PCC Voltage Variation by Injection of Required Reactive Power in a Grid Connected Variable Speed Wind Turbine (계통 연계형 가변속 풍력발전기의 무효전력 주입을 통한 PCC 전압 변동량 실시간 보상)

  • In a grid connected variable speed wind turbine, the PCC voltage and the wind power fluctuate as the wind velocity changed. And this voltage variation is changed due to location of PCC. This paper calculate the value of PCC voltage variation which is proportional to the product of the line impedance from the ideal generator to the PCC and the wind turbine output current. And to reduce this PCC voltage variation, this paper calculate the required reactive power analytically using the vector diagram method. Output reactive current is changed, if the reactive current is limited by inverter capacity or grid code have the margin of voltage variation. If the grid connected inverter is controlled by proposed algorithm, the PCC voltage variation is minimized though the wind turbine output change at random. To verify calculated voltage variation and required reactive power, this paper utilized Matlab and PSCAD/EMTDC simulation and real small wind turbine and power system in Sapsido, island in the Yellow Sea.

  • 친환경 차량에 대한 관심이 급증함에 따라 고효율 운전이 가능한 하이브리드 전기자동차(이하 HEV)에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있다. HEV에는 효율이 높고 단위 체적당 토크가 큰 고성능 전동기가 적용되고 있으며 자동차에 적용되는 특수성으로 인해 고속영역에서의 안정된 출력 특성이 요구되고 있다. 회전계자부에 권선을 적용한 계자권선형 동기전동기는 영구자석형 전동기에 비해 효율이 다소 감소하는 단점이 있으나, 공극 자속을 임의로 제어할 수 있기 때문에 저속영역부터 10,000rpm 이상의 고속영역까지 탁월한 가변속 능력을 발휘하는 장점이 있으며, 저용량 HEV에 매우 적합한 특성을 지니고 있다. 그러나, 일반적인 영구자석형 동기전동기와는 다르게 d,q축 전류 뿐만 아니라 자속성분 전류까지 제어 대상에 포함되므로 제어계가 복잡해지는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 HEV용 계자 권선형 동기전동기의 단위 전류당 최대토크 제어(MTPA)에 대하여 연구를 진행하였으며, 전압-전압제한 하에서 이론적으로 발생 가능한 최대토크 능력 커브를 기반으로 실제 시스템에서 쉽게 구현할 수 있는 약계자 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다.

  • 광간섭계는 물체의 기하학적 구조 및 의료영상계측등 다양한 분야의 광계측에서 매우 일반적으로 사용된다. 이러한 광간섭계에서 광지연단은 측정대상의 기준을 위해 사용되고, 광간섭계의 계측속도는 광지연단에 의해 제한된다. 본 논문에서는 고속 광 지연단을 위해 기존의 기계적 방식을 배제하고, 광학적 방식의 광 간섭계를 구성하였다. 고속 광간섭계의 구성은 1304nm의 10GHz광원을 이용하였으며, 광지연단으로 광위상변조기와 광섬유를 이용하여 안정적이고 고속의 광 간섭계를 구성하였다. 구성된 광간섭계는 광위상변조기의 변조전압, 변조주파수에 의해 광지연시간을 가변할 수 있으며, 10MHz 반복율에 대해 11ps의 광지연시간을 얻을 수 있었다.
