The Effect of Top-electrode Perimeter on the Tunability of Tunable Varactors Based on a BZN/BST/BZN Thin Film (BZN/BST/BZN 박막에 기초한 가변 바렉터의 상부전극 가장자리 길이에 대한 가변성 영향)

  • This paper has presented that fringing-electric fields enhanced by a finger-type electrode can improve the tunability of the tunable capacitor. Its top electrodes with different area and line width are designed in types of the finger for a long conducting perimeter. The tunable varactors were fabricated on a quartz substrate employing a multi-layer dielectric of a para/ferro/para-electric thin film. Compared to the conventional capacitor, finger-type capacitors are analyzed in terms of effective capacitance and tunablility. Their effective capacitance and tunability of the varactors with the long perimeter increase 24~40 % and 7~12 %, respectively, due to enhanced fringing electric fields from 1 to 2.5 GHz.

  • CBD(Component Based Development) can make use of component of block unit that is implementation beforehand and shorten software development cost and time. Also, component can reduce complexity for the large application development because it can hide detail part of internal and offer interface. Common requirement of family in the enterprise framework environment can express workflow, but it is very difficult that express special workflow in single component on various family member's requirement. Therefore, necessity about workflow variability management between component for family member and implementation method had been required constantly This treatise presents implementation techniques for component workflow variability in enterprise framework under .NET base. Presented component workflow variability implementation techniques supposes that commonness business workflow that family can use in enterprise workflow was created already in component, and improve workflow's extensity between component by workflow composition between special component and techniques for practice to various family member.

  • Software product line engineering is an approach to creating core assets by systematically exploits common that can be highly reusableand different characteristics in related system families that is domain. By adapting this approachin object and component paradigm, software productivity is extended. Recently, Software development paradigm is changed to service oriented paradigm which is using services that are core assets. Therefore, to develop service oriented software more flexible, systematic and to enhance business agility about business changes, we need adaptation of product line to creation of services that are core assets. In this paper, we propose an approach to create and specify domain service through combine of product line and service oriented paradigm. Domain service explicitly specifies commonality and variability by domain service common/optional property variability, operation type variability, message type variability. By using this approach, it can support efficient and flexible service oriented development by producing various services through customization of domain service for the purpose.

  • Software product line engineering is a software reuse paradigm that helps organizations improve software productivity and quality by developing software products from reusable core assets. For the satisfaction of common and variable requirements among products in the product line, the core assets must be configurable according to the selection of variable features. Therefore, unlike software architecture model of a single product, product line architecture model must embed and express variabilities among the products. Many researches have proposed methods of embedding and expressing variabilities in the product line architecture models, but there are few comparative studies on the proposed methods. In this paper we discuss strong points and weak points of the proposed methods and compare expressiveness of the methods, which helps select a proper method.

  • 녹색기술 및 친환경 공정의 필요성이 급증함에 따라 재료이용률 향상을 지향하는 차세대 압출공정의 대두가 필요하게 됨에 따라 유압 CNC(Servo) 제어를 이용한 가변단면 압출기술을 개발하게 되었다. 이러한 가변단면 압출(Varied section extrusion, VSE)기술은 공정 중에 압출구를 빠져 나가는 소재의 단면 형상을 변화시켜 재료이용률을 향상을 도모하였으며, 후가공 공정의 생략도 가능하여 국내 압출업체의 생산원가 절감 및 글로벌 기술경쟁력 확보에 큰 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 아직은 소수의 선진국에서 시도한바 있으나 양산품 적용에는 생산원가 및 생산속도, 상품성 등에 문제가 있어 자동차 부품 적용에 한계를 보이고 있는 기술이다. 따라서 본 연구팀이 가변단면 압출용 금형을 포함한 최적의 압출공정 및 양산성 문제의 해결점을 거의 확보하고 있는 단계로 세계를 선도하는 리딩기술(Leading technology)을 보유하게 됨으로써 국가의 기술경쟁력 향상에 중요한 역할을 수행할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구의 내용을 요약하여 정리해 보면 첫째로는 CNC 제어 가변단면 압출공정에 대하여 자세하게 소개하고 특징 및 장 단점을 설명하였으며, 자동차 부품군에로의 적용에 많은 이점들을 갖고 있음을 설명하였다. 두 번째로는 가변단면 압출을 위한 이동 금형(Moving die)부품을 갖는 구조의 압출금형에 관하여 기존의 압출금형과 비교하여 설명하였으며, 가변단면 압출용 금형의 구조 및 메커니즘의 최적화를 이루고자 하였다. 세 번째로는 가변단면 압출공정을 실현하기 위한 CNC 제어 압출시스템에 대하여 간략히 설명하였다. 네 번째로는 자동차 부품 적용을 위한 정밀 압출공정으로서 가변단면 압출공정에 대하여 유한요소해석을 통하여 가변단면 압출공정 변수 및 금형 변수 등에 대한 엄격한 검토를 선행적으로 수행하여 양산성 확보를 위한 정보들을 분석 정리하였다. 끝으로는 세 가지 단면형태를 갖는 가변단면 압출제 시제품에 대하여 CNC 제어 가변 단면 압출공정의 상용화 가능성을 확인 적용성 검토를 완료하였다. CNC 제어 가변단면 압출기술은 압출공정에 있어서 많은 경험과 기술적 검토가 선행되어져야 하는 고부가가치 성형공정으로써 재료 이용률을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 압출공법으로 향후 자동차 부품 뿐만아니라 다양한 알루미늄 제품군에 적용이 가능하다고 판단된다.

Variability-based Service Specification Method for Brokering Cloud Services (클라우드 서비스 중개를 위한 가변성 기반의 서비스 명세 기법)

  • As the prevalence of cloud computing increases, various cloud service types have emerged, such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. The growth and diversification of these cloud services has also resulted in the development of technology for cloud service brokers (CSBs), which serve as intermediate cloud services that can assist cloud tenants (users) in deploying services that fit their requirements. In order to broker cloud services, CSBs require the specification of structural models in order to facilitate the analysis and search for cloud services. In this study, we propose a variability-based service analysis model (SAM) that can be used to describe various cloud services. This model is based on the concept of variability in the software product line and represents the commonality and variability of cloud services by binding variants to each variation point that exists in the specification, quality, and pricing of the services. We also propose a virtual cloud bank architecture as a CSB that serves as an intermediate to provides tenants with appropriate cloud services based on the SAM.

  • This study is on the design and performance evaluation of a multi medium access control(MAC) protocol for multimedia access in the wireless ATM network. In general, MAC protocols for multimedia data transmission are classified into the fixed slot allocation algorithm that allocates base-station slots equally over terminals, and the dynamic slot allocation algorithm that with flexible penetration. The conventional slot allocation algorithms assign slots based on the average bandwidths required for various services types. Although the algorithms have a wide bandwidth for real-time-variant services, the slots are being wasted due the service types. To improve the slot waste problem, this thesis proposes a method that minimizes the waste by assigning variable slots based on the most appropriate bandwidth after a base-station analyzes the service type requested from terminals.

  • The business component for satisfying a variety of domain requirements should be developed to provide a variety. But, although components are developed by analyzing the variety of requirements when they are developed, developing components that satisfy all requirements is not easy since unexpected requirements occur as it is used components. For this reason, components are not provided as black boxes but as white boxes, and there by components are not modified in the interface only but the source codes are directly modified. Accordingly, a Time-To-Market by the use of components is not easy and a reusability of the components also decreases. This study proposes a customization technique that can be satisfied requirements of many different kinds of domains by analyzing variable spots of components. The initial variability of components is designed in the component development phase. and a customization technique is used to apply the variability. The variability can be redesigned during the development of application by using the components to which the variability is applied. Through this process, a variability of components evolves and a generality of the components can be improved. The proposing customization technique in this study can change the component to extend without changing the existing component when it is redesigned.

  • In the Product Line Engineering (PLE), current studies about an analysis of the feature have uncertain and ad-hoc criteria of analysis based on developer’s intuition or domain expert’s heuristic approach and difficulty to extract explicit features from a product in a product line because the stakeholders lack comprehensive understanding of the features in feature modeling. Therefore, this paper proposes a model of the analyzing commonality and variability of the feature based on the Ontology. The proposed model in this paper suggests two approaches in order to solve the problems mentioned above: First, the model explicitly expresses the feature by making an individual feature attribute list based on the meta feature modeling to understand common feature. Second, the model projects an analysis model of commonality and variability using the semantic similarity between features based on the Ontology to the stakeholders. The main contribution of this paper is to improve the reusability of distinguished features on developing products of same line henceforth.

  • 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 개발이 소프트웨어 복잡성, 비용, 그리고 품질을 해결하기 위한 새로운 대안으로 소개되고 있다. COM, Enterprise JavaBeans, CORBA 컴포넌트 모델등과 같은 다양한 컴포넌트 아키텍쳐들이 소개되고 있으며 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 개발 방법론과 여러 CASE 도구들이 이를 지원하고 있다.[1,2,3,4]. 그러나 현재 컴포넌트를 구현할 수 있는 기술은 제시되어 있지만 컴포넌트를 모델링하는 기법들에 대한 연구는 미약한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 도메인 분석에서 공통성과 가변성 추출 및 클러스터링 기법을 이용한 컴포넌트를 분석하는 기법을 제시한다. 즉 컴포넌트 추출 기법, 컴포넌트의 핫스팟(또는 가변성)표현 기법, 컴포넌트 요구사항 정의 기법 등을 제시한다. 컴포넌트 개발에 있어서 이러한 모델링 기법을 적용함으로써 컴포넌트를 효율적으로 개발할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 재사용성이 높은 고품질의 컴포넌트 개발을 지원할 수 있다.
