원격제어용 Pan/Tilt 카메라 모듈은 최근 보안산업의 발전과 더불어 고부가가치 산업으로 대두되고 있으며, 특히 9.ll 테러 이후 시장이 급성장하고 있다. 현재 국내에 보안관련 DVR, WEB Camera 관련기술 및 제품의 경우 세계적인 수준에 도달하였으나, Pan/Tilt 카메라 모듈의 중저가 제품의 경우 값싼 노동력을 바탕으로 대량생산을 하는 중국산에 비해 가격 경쟁력이 없는 상태이다. 이에 따라 가격이 저렴하면서도 연구실, 사무실, 가정집, 학교, 유치원 등에서 일반 사용자들이 쉽게 설치 및 사용이 가능한 Pan/Tilt 카메라 모듈의 개발이 국가경쟁력 강화차원에서 요구되고 있다.(중략)

In this paper, we analyse the comparative competitiveness of the 10 major logistic hub cities in China. First, using the input distance function, we calculated the technical efficiencies and the opportunity costs of the transport infra structure investments. Then, based on not only these supply side factors but also demand side, the overall comparative competitiveness by cities are analyzed. Our main findings are as follows: early developed, larger cities such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen are technically efficient but their opportunity costs of the additional transport investments are higher than the other cities. We also found that overall competitiveness of these larger and leading logistic hub cities are dominant over the small and newly developed logistic cities.

우리나라 니트 산업은 노동력, 자본, 범용 적인 차용기술, 원자재 등의 생산요소에서 원가절감을 통한 경쟁력의 이점을 추구하던 시기는 이미 지나 최근에는 중국의 중저가품 위주의 니트 제품들이 대량 유입되는 추세를 보이고 있다. 생산현장의 인력부족과 인건비 상승, 고유 기술 개발 미흡, 국제 원자재 의존성 등의 이유로 이미 대 선진국 수출에서 비가격 부문의 경쟁력을 상실한 국내 니트 업계는 선진국들의 니트 제품과의 가격 경쟁력까지 상실해 가고 있는 것이 현실이다. (중략)

본 논문에서는 경유가격에 의한 시장왜곡의 한 측면으로서 우리나라 기업의 물류 투자가 상대적으로 낮게 이루어지고 있음을 지적하고자 한다. 낮은 경유가격으로 상품의 원가는 당분간 낮게 유지될 수 있었을지 모르나 결국 물류투자의 수준을 낮추어 물류설비 수준을 적정이하로 만든 요인이 되며, 이는 다시 물류비용을 증가시키고 결국 원가상승(原價上昇) 요인으로 작용하여 국제경쟁력에 미치는 종합적 효과는 불분명하다고 할 수 있는 것이다. 이러한 문제점은 비단 경유가격에만 한정되는 것이 아니라 산업용 전력요금 등 여타의 경우에도 적용된다. 산업의 경쟁력과 물가안정을 위해서 특정재화의 가격을 낮게 유지하는 것은 결국 가격구조를 왜곡하게 되고 다른 부수적인 문제점을 수반하게 되어 적정수준이 아닌 자원배분(資源配分)을 일으키게 된다. 따라서 산업정책(産業政策)의 일환으로 추진되어온 경유에 대한 가격규제는 보다 합리적인 자원배분(資源配分)을 위하고 장기적인 산업경쟁력(産業競爭力)을 고려하여 신중히 재검토되어야 할 것이다.

최근 국내 양계산업을 둘러싸고 있는 여러 여건들을 볼 때 가슴조이는 긴장의 연속이라고 말할 수 있다. 작년 12월 전 세계를 놀라게 한 조류독감(AI)은 우리 닭고기 시장을 얼어붙게 하였으며, 또한 국제 옥수수 수송비 상승과 함께 국내 사료 가격은 불과 6개월 사이에 3차례에 걸쳐 $30\%$ 가까이 올랐고 국제유가도 가파른 상승세를 지속하고 있다. 이러한 고유가, 고사료가 시대를 맞은 우리 양계산업의 경쟁력은 상대적으로 약화됨과 동시에 닭고기 수입량의 증가와 계란 소비의 둔화, 그리고 불안정한 가격체계 등 여러 어려운 문제점들이 현안으로 떠오르고 있다. 이와같이 국제화 시대에 가격 경쟁력을 약화시키는 주요인으로는 병아리 품질 저하와 낙후된 계사시설을 들 수 있으며, 이중 병아리의 품질저하는 우리나라 종계장과 부화장이 영세한데다 병아리의 수급 물량이 쉽게 급변하는데 기인하고 있으며 계사 시설의 낙후는 아직도 생산농가의 사육규모가 영세한데 따른 것으로 볼 수 있다.

급변하는 시장환경에서 고객수요가 불확실한 상황에서 고객서비스를 최우선으로 하는 기업에서는 전략적인 제휴를 통해 기업의 경쟁력을 확보하는 것이 최우선이라고 하겠다. 이러한 환경에서 대두된 경영혁신 기법들이 공급체인관리와 아웃소싱 개념이라고 할 수 있는데, 이에 본 연구에서는 제조기업의 입장에서 제품가격 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 일환으로 재고량을 줄이고, 판매량을 늘리는 방안을 제고하고자 한다. 비용과 서비스 관점에서 볼 때 이들은 서로 상충관계에 있지만, 본 연구에서 제안하는 재고 공유 시스템을 통한 공동 재고정책은 기업의 입장에서 볼 때, 보다 적은 재고를 보유함으로써, 재고유지비용을 절감하고, 이는 최종 제품가격의 하락으로 이어져 가격효과를 통한 매출량의 증대시킬 수 있게 된다. 이를 검증하기 위해 본 연구에서는 시스템 다이나믹스 방법을 이용하고, 이를 통하여 본 연구에서 제시된 재고 공유 시스템구축의 타당성을 검증하고, 분석하였다

LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) bunkering has become an important issue with the enforcement of environment regulations in shipping industry required by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). With increased attention on LNG bunkering, many studies that focus on safety, regulation, demand forecasting, and the feasibility of LNG fueled ships have been carried out. However, most of the existing research has not included considerations of the price of LNG bunkering and its competitiveness. This paper, therefore, suggests ways to increase price competitiveness in the LNG bunkering market in the Busan Port. This paper analyzes the LNG bunkering supply mechanism by investigating various LNG bunkering terminal business in the LNG supply market. Factors that determine LNG bunkering price and its elasticity are also identified. Market players who want to operate LNG bunkering terminals in the Busan Port should introduce a merchandising trade method that is able to exclude the "Korea premium" in order to increase price competitiveness. This paper also suggests adoptable strategies such as the use of TPS (Terminal to Ship via Pipeline) type of bunkering service and the importance of location for minimizing initial investment cost.

This study is an empirical analysis completed based on a survey of the members of major construction companies and is analyzed to verify the relationship between the ethical characteristics of major construction companies and firm's competitiveness and its effects. In this study, based on previous researches in domestic and foreign, the factors that are affected by the business ethics were analyzed, and the competitiveness of firms, which is a dependant variable, was divided into four different types: quality, price, sales, and promotion. The proposal and final conclusion regarding the relationship between job satisfaction and concentration was made after the investigation of research hypothesis. The conclusions described below:(By the Linear regression analysis) 1. The product competitiveness is affected by moral competence, will to act ethical management, transparency of fairness, customers, and social responsibility. 2. The price competitiveness is affected by will to act ethical management, transparency of fairness, customers, and social responsibility.

일반적으로, 전력시장은 가격기능을 통하여 공급과 수요의 균형을 이룬다. 경쟁적 전력시장은 가격신호를 통하여 공급측에는 투자 유인을 북돋우고 수요측에는 수요 감소 등의 반응을 유도한다. 이와 같은 전력시장의 특성상 본질적으로 가격 변동성과 신뢰도 유지 및 확보 문제가 수반된다. 본 연구에서는 에너지 단독시장에서의 가격신호를 보완해주는 효과를 지닌 용량의무 mechanism을 선택한 PJM 시장을 중심으로 분석함으로서 해외 전력시장에서의 적정 설비공급 메커니즘을 분석하고자 한다. 따라서, 본 연구의 결과는 향후 우리의 전력시장 설계 및 운영에 일조하리라 믿는다.
