Transaction Pattern Discrimination of Malicious Supply Chain using Tariff-Structured Big Data (관세 정형 빅데이터를 활용한 우범공급망 거래패턴 선별)

  • In this study, we try to minimize the tariff risk by constructing a hazardous cargo screening model by applying Association Rule Mining, one of the data mining techniques. For this, the risk level between supply chains is calculated using the Apriori Algorithm, which is an association analysis algorithm, using the big data of the import declaration form of the Korea Customs Service(KCS). We perform data preprocessing and association rule mining to generate a model to be used in screening the supply chain. In the preprocessing process, we extract the attributes required for rule generation from the import declaration data after the error removing process. Then, we generate the rules by using the extracted attributes as inputs to the Apriori algorithm. The generated association rule model is loaded in the KCS screening system. When the import declaration which should be checked is received, the screening system refers to the model and returns the confidence value based on the supply chain information on the import declaration data. The result will be used to determine whether to check the import case. The 5-fold cross-validation of 16.6% precision and 33.8% recall showed that import declaration data for 2 years and 6 months were divided into learning data and test data. This is a result that is about 3.4 times higher in precision and 1.5 times higher in recall than frequency-based methods. This confirms that the proposed method is an effective way to reduce tariff risks.

Analysis of Shipping Markets Using VAR and VECM Models (VAR과 VECM 모형을 이용한 해운시장 분석)

  • This study analyzes the dynamic characteristics of cargo volume (demand), ship fleet (supply), and freight rate (price) of container, dry bulk, and tanker shipping markets by using the VAR and VECM models. This analysis is expected to enhance the statistical understanding of market dynamics, which is perceived by the actual experiences of market participants. The common statistical patterns, which are all shown in the three shipping markets, are as follows: 1) The Granger-causality test reveals that the past increase of fleet variable induces the present decrease of freight rate variable. 2) The impulse-response analysis shows that cargo shock increases the freight rate but fleet shock decreases the freight rate. 3) Among the three cargo, fleet, and freight rate shocks, the freight rate shock is overwhelmingly largest. 4) The comparison of adjR2 reveals that the fleet variable is most explained by the endogenous variables, i.e., cargo, fleet, and freight rate in each of shipping markets. 5) The estimation of co-integrating vectors shows that the increase of cargo increases the freight rate but the increase of fleet decreases the freight rate. 6) The estimation of adjustment speed demonstrates that the past-period positive deviation from the long-run equilibrium freight rate induces the decrease of present freight rate.

  • The characteristics of internet traffic was dramatically changed recently. Especially, the ratio of video traffic in internet network is highly increased. Because the video traffic changes the traditional interactive traffic transport into one way contents delivery, internet network pricing structure is not efficient to reflect this changes. The fundamental reason for these is the discontinuity between the cost and revenue of the internet traffic. Although the internet traffic is forecasted to grow highly, the revenue of network provider is not expected to increase as such. The present paper investigates various alternatives to improve the present business model and to accommodate traffic growth. Then, the desirable options is proposed to invoke the innovation and to reflect the price signal according to some criteria.

A Smart Refrigerator System based on Internet of Things (IoT 기반 스마트 냉장고 시스템)

  • Recently, as the population rapidly increases, food shortages and waste are emerging serious problem. In order to solve this problem, various countries and enterprises are trying research and product development such as a study of consumers' purchasing patterns of food and a development of smart refrigerator using IoT technology. However, the smart refrigerators which currently sold have high price issue and another waste due to malfunction and breakage by complicated configurations. In this paper, we proposed a low-cost smart refrigerator system based on IoT for solving the problem and efficient management of ingredients. The system recognizes and registers ingredients through QR code, image recognition, and speech recognition, and can provide various services of the smart refrigerator. In order to improve an accuracy of image recognition, we used a model using a deep learning algorithm and proved that it is possible to register ingredients accurately.

  • 귀농귀촌 문화가 유행하고 농업의 미래 가치에 대한 인식이 변화되면서 농산업으로의 새로운 진출을 계획하는 인구가 늘고 있다. 우리의 농업은 자급자족경제로부터 상업경제로 발전되어 왔고, 글로벌 시장 개방 및 생산 기술의 지속적 발전으로 공급이 수요를 초과하며 가격이 점점하락하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 농업 현장의 여러 어려움에도 불구하고 농산업의 긍정적인 여건들도 형성되고 있다. 올바른 먹거리를 추구하는 식품 소비패턴의 변화, 환 생태 치유 자연에 대한 소비자의 관심고조, 스마트 팜과 같은 생산환경의 자동화, 지역 자원을 근거한 공동경영체 운영 등과 같은 현상이 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 이러한 시점에 농산업분야에 새로이 진출하고자 하는 개인 또는 소규모 사업주체들은 자신의 사업에 대한 정체성을 이해하고, 효율적인 사업운영을 위한 차별화 전략을 확보할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 개별 또는 소규모 조직의 농업인과 예비농업인들이 자신의 사업에 대한 정체성을 이해하고, 사업운영을 위한 전략 선택을 돕는 비즈니스모델 템플릿 개발을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 농업 전문가, 창업 전문가, 비즈니스모델 전문가 풀을 구성하여 농산업 특성을 이해하고 최근 농업 농촌에서 이슈가 되고 있는 농업비즈니스 트랜드를 분석하였다. 근거 자료 및 전문가 토론을 통해 농산업 비즈니스를 '시장가치 추구형', '사회적가치 추구형', '연대하는 시장가치 추구형', '연대하는 사회적가치 추구형'의 4가지 유형으로 구분하고, 각 유형별 사례기업을 조사하여 비즈니스모델을 분석하였다. 비즈니스모델은 비즈니스모델 젠 캔버스를 이용하여 표현하였다. 비즈니스모델 젠은 비즈니스 유형에 따라 일반 창업형, 협동조합형, 임팩트비즈니스형 등 차별화된 캔버스 모델을 제공하고 있으며, 고객중심의 비즈니스 관점을 보다 세밀히 제공하는 툴이다. 본 연구에서는 비즈니스모델 젠을 통해 4가지 유형의 농산업 비즈니스 모델을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 농산업에 진출하는 사업주체의 사업진행 방향 및 전략선택을 위한 교육 컨설팅 현장에서 널리 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Analysis of Diversion Demands for the Rapid Railway (급행철도 도입에 따른 전환수요 분석)

  • A diversity of railway network function enhancement projects such as the double tracking, electrification, and direct operation have been actively executed to improve the railway service. When the new rapid railway is provided, how many people will use it instead of other transports? How will the railway choice behavior be changed? Accordingly, in this paper, the applicability of diverted travel demand forecast method by Stated Preference(SP) and Transfer Price(TP) data was reviewed for Daegu metropolitan railway service. As the result of implementing the Revealed Preference(RP) and RP+SP model, the total travel time and travel cost parameters are of the right sign and are highly significant. In particular, when TP data is used as the complementary investigation of SP, the boundary value of diverted travel demand can be easily identified by railway fare and travel time service level. Therefore, it is considered that this will practically apply even in other regions as well as Daegu metropolitan railway.

  • In suddenly changing multimedia periods, department store not only plays the role of local culture centre but also meets keen competition in working out marketing strategies, especially in the field of differentiating Promotion Surroundings Image, in order to cope with the varied consumers' pattern according to customers' pursuing new lifestyle. In particular, cosmetic stores located in the first floor of the department store have high sales rate in spite of its comparative small area, because cosmetic stores have been much essential to women's daily life who are very strong for desiring the Beauty and also in them men's buying trends have been upwards speedily. The color and P.P.(Point of Sale Presentation) of the cosmetic store design are preferred after the quality and the price of the goods, staff's services by this survey of female clients' attitude to buy cosmetics at department store in Seoul. So that cosmetic companies seem to be needed to offer the differentiated color code in each brand and display the goods' P.P.(Point of Sale Presentation) intensively to promote the sales effectively. This thesis aims at suggesting the way how cosmetic firms get and enhance their goods' competitiveness when they develop their visual merchandising strategy by considering each brand's attribute and customers' life style by age, preference factors for buying the goods through showing high qualified sonics in their differentiated displayed stores.

Design and Development of Hybrid Documents Authoring Tool (하이브리드 문서 저작도구의 설계 및 개발)

  • Digital documents takes place of paper (off-line) documents, because of the advantages of digital (on-line) documents: supply of information using dynamic contents and good to communize. However, users prefer paper documents to digital documents with the advantages of paper documents: inexpensive, handy to carry, and good to read. Therefore, for providing advantages of digital documents to users who prefer paper documents, many laboratories study about methods which augment digital documents to paper documents. In this paper, we propose the Hybrid Documents Authoring Tool (HDAT), which can insert, delete, and modify on-line information to the off-line. The proposed system is a unified authoring tool for reading and writing of on-line information. And we provide the most natural environment to users using computer vision technology without additional devices such as markers or patterns to retrieve documents. As shown by experimental results, we make sure that our proposed system has high usability and good efficiency on various environments through we measure the low-level of system requirement.

The Relation between Wage and Price Under Low Inflation Rate (저(低)인플레이션하의 임금과 물가의 관계에 대한 연구)

  • Even though the foreign currency crisis in 1997 and the introduction of Inflation Targeting(IT) have been considered as key factors for current low inflation, there have been few attempts to explain what is the contribution of the dynamics of wage and price to the low inflation. This study is to analyze the relation between wage and price especially focusing on how it through the economic events using cointegration instability tests. The result shows that the short and long-run relation between two have variables have changed through the period of 1997~1999. In the first subperiod, wage tended to respond immediately to inflation shocks, whereas price responded to wage shocks in a long-run. Moreover, the cointegration coefficient of price was equal to 1. In the second subperiod, however, the dynamics from price to wage has been weakened and the real wage has declined apparently. These findings mean that the workers have failed to raise their wage at the rate of inflation, that is, the so-called wage-price spiral was broken for the second subperiod. The implication of this study is that the relatively weak bargaining power of workers, or the condition of labor market, is one of the primary factors of the current low inflation.

국내 광업현황과 당면과제

  • 국내광업은 '90년대 이후 석탄산업합리화조치와 국제금속광물시장 가격안정화로 그동안 광업을 주도한 석탄산업과 금속광업은 급격히 위축되는 한편, 산업원료의 수요증가 추세에 힘입어 비금속광물 개발은 비교적 활발한 상태이다. 이와 같이 국내 광업의 주된 영역이 석탄광과 금속광에서 비금속광 중심으로 개편되고 있으나, 현재 가행중인 비금속광은 고품위광체 확보 미흡, 고부가가치 기술낙후 등으로 고가의 주요 산업원료는 주로 수입에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 국내광업으로서는 비금속광 중심의 단순한 원광석 생산$\cdot$판매체계를 고부가 산업으로 전환시키기 위한 전략적인 방안이 필요한 시기이다. 본 발표문은 이러한 국내광업의 향후 발전방향을 모색하기 위하여 국내 광업이 국가 경제에서 차지하는 영역을 중심으로 $\ulcorner$광업동향$\lrcorner$ $\ulcorner$광업의 국내$\cdot$외 환경분석$\lrcorner$ $\ulcorner$광업의 경제활동 현황$\lrcorner$ $\ulcorner$광업의 경제적 위치와 역할$\lrcorner$로 분류하여 자료분석을 실시하였으며, 분석한 자료를 토대로 국내광업의 중요성과 당면과제를 도출하고 이에 따른 광업의 새로운 역할을 제시하고자 하였다. 국내광업은 각종 지표에서 나타난 바와 같이 여러 가지 구조적인 문제점으로 인해 개발에 어려움을 겪고 있지만 각종 산업원료의 중간재 공급원으로서의 전통적인 역할을 충실히 담당하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 과학기술의 급격한 발달, 소비패턴의 변화, 생활환경과 삶의 질을 중시하는 새로운 가치관의 확산 등으로 광업의 역할도 새로운 변화의 전기를 맞이하고 있음을 볼 수 있다. 국내광업이 21C 급변하는 산업환경에 적응하여 생존하기 위해서는 각종 첨단산업에서 요구하는 소량 다품종의 원료광물을 적기에 공급 할 수 있는 전문화된 기술력을 하루속히 확보해야 하며, 이를 위해 고품위의 원료광물 확보를 위한 탐사 및 개발을 적극 추진하고 가공기술의 선진화를 위해 선진국과의 기술제휴 등 자원산업 글로벌화 정책이 절실히 요구되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 삶의 질을 향상시키려는 현대인의 가치관에 부합하기 위해서는 각종 소비제품의 원료를 제공하는 광업의 본래 목적 이외에도 자연환경 훼손을 최소화하며 개발 할 수밖에 없는 구조적인 어려움에 직면할 수밖에 없다. 이처럼 국내광업이 안고 있는 여러 가지 난제들을 극복하기 위해서는 업계와 정부가 합심하여 국내광업 육성의 중요성을 재인식하고 새로운 마음가짐으로 관련 정책을 수립 일관성 있게 추진해 나가야 할 것으로 보인다.
