  • 본 논문에서는 2[MVA]급 배전용 몰드변압기의 온도분포를 유한요소해석을 통하여 수행하였다. 몰드변압기의 온도상승한도와 허용최고온도를 전자기적 열원에 대한 분석을 통하여 계산하고 그 계산된 열원을 바탕으로 열적 해석의 열원으로 사용하여 계산하였다. 일반적으로 변압기의 수명은 내부의 전반적인 열적 특성보다는 특정 부위의 온도 분포에 의해 결정되며, 특히 변압기 내부 최고점의 온도(hot spot temperature)값이 허용치 이상으로 상승할 경우 절연내력의 저하로 인해 변압기의 수명은 급격히 감소한다. 이러한 수명개선을 위해 몰드 변압기의 철심과 고압.저압권선의 Joule's loss을 계산하여 열원을 계산하였고, 그 결과를 토대로 배전용 몰드변압기의 철심과 고압 저압권선의 온도상승 분포와 최고점의 온도분포를 예측하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 전기설비의 전기적 접속부 또는 전기배선 등에서 발생하는 발열상태를 실시 간으로 모니터링하는 전력설비 진단시스템에 사용되고 있는 광온도센서에 대하여 열원에 따른 동작특성을 실험, 분석하였다. Heimann Sensor사의 광온도소자를 이용하여 광온도센서를 제작하여 실험에 사용하였으며, 열원으로는 Black Body와 Hot Plate를 사용하였으며 각각에서의 열원의 온도변화에 따른 광온도센서의 출력전압값을 측정, 비교 분석하였다. 실험결과, Black Body에 의한 온도 측정이 Hot Plate에서보다 더 정밀함을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석 결과는 향후, 전력설비 진단시스템의 현장 적용에 있어 광온도센서의 출력값과 실측값의 매칭을 위한 기본 자료가 될것으로 기대된다.

  • Cycle simulaton of the double effect parallel flow model is applied to a Lithium-Bromide/water system, with the objective of evaluation the possibilities of effectively utilizing waste-heat as a secondary heat source for the low-temperature generator. In this study, cycle simulation has been carried out to clarify the effect heat exchange in order to predict the performance of absorption refrigeration cycles using waste heat.

A Study on Charring Rate of Wood Exposed to a Constant Incident Radiation Heat Flux (일정한 복사열원에 노출된 목재의 탄화속도에 관한 연구)

  • We tested five specimens of each species at each of five constant external heat flux levels (10, 15, 20, 25. and 35㎾/㎡). An Cone heater was used to expose the wood specimens to the heat flux. The 100-by 100-by 50-㎜ specimens were of four species: Redwood, White oak, Douglas fir, Maple. In result of test, charring of wood exposed to a constant external heat flux can be considered a linear with function of time. As compared with the charring rates Redwood is most rapidly, but on the other hand Douglas fir is most slowly. When the external heat flux is 35㎾/㎡, the charring rate is rapidly about twice then 10㎾/㎡. Using the Equation (2), the estimates for u were 1.02, 1.16, 1.23, 1.32, and 1.44 for the 10, 15, 20, 25, and 35 kw/m2 constant external exposure levels, respectively.

  • An ultra-precise infrared microscope consisting of a high-resolution infrared objective lens and infrared sensors is utilized successfully to obtain location information on the plane and depth of local heat sources causing defects in a semiconductor device. In this study, multi-layer semiconductor chips are analyzed for the positional information of heat sources by using a lock-in infrared microscope. Optimal conditions such as focal position, integration time, current and lock-in frequency for measuring the accurate depth of the heat sources are studied by lock-in thermography. The location indicated by the results of the depth estimate, according to the change in distance between the infrared objective lens and the specimen is analyzed under these optimal conditions.

  • The use of energy pile foundation has been increased for economic utilization of geothermal energy. In particular, a coil-shaped ground heat exchanger (GHE) is preferred than conventional U-shaped heat exchanger to ensure better efficiency of heat exchange rate. This paper presents experimental results by changing different pitch spaces of spiral coils. Joomunjin sand was filled in a steel box of which the size was $5m{\times}1m{\times}1m$. Thermal response tests (TRTs) were conducted to measure the ground thermal conductivity with temperatures of circulating water using line source model and ring coil model. Experimental results and analytical solutions were compared to validate the applicability of these models. Ring coil model showed more accurate similar results with experimental data rather than line source model and cylindrical source model.
