Puropse : Disturbances of dopaminergic system might be related to the possible mechanism of panic disorder. This study was aimed to examine the association of DRD2 Taq 1 polymorphism and panic disorder. Methods : One hundred and fourteen patients with panic disorder (62 male (54.4%), mean age $40.96{\pm}0.11$ years) and 200 comparison subjects (114 male (57.0%), mean age $35.57{\pm}8.81$ years)were tested for DRD2 TaqI A polymorphism. We excluded panic patients with comorbid alcohol related disorders, bipolar disorders, and any kinds of psychotic disorders because there have been some reports about association of these disease and DRD2 TaqI A polymorphism. Results : There was significant difference in the frequency of the genotype in DRD2 polymorphism between patients and controls (${\chi}^2$=6.09, df=2, p=0.048). The A1+ allele (A1A1 and A1A2) frequency analysis also showed significant association (${\chi}^2$=4.08, df=1, p=0.043). In addition, we observed a more strong and specific association between panic disorder and the A1+ allele of the DRD2 TaqI polymorphism for men (${\chi}^2$=4.71, df=1, p=0.03), but not for women (${\chi}^2$=0.45, df=1, p=0.50). Conclusion : These results in our Korean sample suggest that the DRD2 TaqI A polymorphism may be associated with panic disorder. Furthermore, we found sex-specific association of DRD2 A1 allele with panic disorder.

Objectives : To investigate the validity of an abbreviated self-rated Korean version of MINI (Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview) patient health survey which screening social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and major depressive disorder. Methods : 115 subjects completed MINI and MINI patient health survey. The validity of MINI patient health survey was assessed by whether the results from MINI patient health survey were compatible with the results from MINI or not. The Cohen's kappa value, specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value was calculated for this purpose. Results : The Kappa values of social anxiety disorder (0.60), panic disorder (0.49), generalized anxiety disorder (0.60) and major depressive disorder without other co-morbid disorder (0.59) were at least moderate in strength of agreement. Conclusion : The abbreviated self-rated Korean version of MINI patient health survey has the moderate to good validity in social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and major depressive disorder without other co-morbid disorders. Our result suggests that this instrument might be useful for screening above 4 disorders if it is used under careful supervision of experienced clinicians.

Objective : We have explored the relationship between suicidal ideation and some very specific characteristics of the symptoms of depression and anxiety in Korean employees. Methods : During the period 2013 through 2014, 100,793 employees who visited the Health Screening Center were asked to complete questionnaires, including the Center for Epidemiologic Study-Depression scale (CSE-D), the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) and the presence of suicidal ideation. We attempted to determine which specific subscale, of each the CES-D and BAI would be more closely related to suicidal ideation by different gender and age by logistic regression. Results : Depression has been found to be a more prevalent and predominant factor in suicidal ideation, when compared to the presence of the condition of anxiety. Of four subscales of CES-D, issues arising from interpersonal relationships were most often associated with suicidal ideation, regardless of the chronologic age or gender of the subject. In BAI, cognitive anxiety showed a more significant association with suicidal ideation than did somatic anxiety in our study participants, showing same pattern in different gender and age groups. Conclusions : Among subscales of CES-D and BAI, the interpersonal relationship in CES-D and cognitive anxiety in BAI showed a higher and more significant association with suicidal ideation in Korean employees.

Korean district heating companies levy comprehensive construction fee on consumers in the beginning of construction period and the consumers' burden is much higher than those in any other network industries in Korea. It has also many problems such as inappropriate fee calculation method, cross subsidization, property right dispute, etc.. I show that the cut of construction fee by 30% and at the same time, the upward adjustment of tariff rates by 4~6% for 20 years on average will maintain current profitability based on the standard model simulation, I also suggest that fixed charge part of double tariff should be increased to 25% of total tariff and the cut of construction fee should be levied on fixed charge, directly to improve efficiency.

Dynamic update of kernel can change kernel functionality and fix bugs in runtime. Dynamic update is important because it leverages availability, reliability and flexibility of kernel. An instruction-granularity update technique has been used for dynamic update. However, it is difficult to apply update technique for a commodity operating system kernel because development and maintenance of update code must be performed with assembly language. To overcome this difficulty, we design the function-granularity dynamic update system which uses high-level language such as C language. The proposed update system makes the development and execution of update convenient by providing the development environment for update code which is same for kernel development. We implement this system for Linux and demonstrate an example of update for EXT3 file system. The update was successfully executed.

The concern about vacuum glass is enhanced as society gets greener and becomes more concerned about energy savings due to the rising cost of oil. The glass edge sealing process needs the high reliability among the main process for the vacuum glass development in order to maintain between the two glass by the vacuum. In this paper, the process of the edge sealing was performed by using the hydrogen mixture gas which is the high density heat source unlike the traditional method glass edge sealing by using the frit as the soldering process. The ambient temperature in the electric furnace was set in the edge sealing to prevents the thermal impact and transformation of the glasses and the temperature distribution uniformity was measured. The parameter of the edge sealing was set through the basic test and the mathematical relation with the area of the glass edge parts according to the parameter was drawn using the multiple regression analysis method.

This study collected data of college students' volunteering for maritime and fisheries and found that only few subjects participated in it. They took part in control for release of oil, services for sea village and coastal cleansing. Most were satisfied with their volunteering referring contributing to environment protection, self-fulfillment, social interaction, gaining special experiences and assimilation with nature. The subjects were not satisfied with lack of systematic and effective services, monolithic activities, insufficient publicity, deficient rewards and a shortage of self-capacity. Based upon the research findings, implications for college students' volunteering policies were suggested to promote volunteering for maritime and fisheries.

In recent years there has been a growing interest in total body, hemibody, total lymphoid irradiation. For refractory leukemia or lymphoma patients, various techniques and dose regimens were introduced, including high dose total body irradiation for destruction of leukemic or bone marrow cells and immunosuppression prior to bone marrow transplantation, and low dose total body irradiation for treatment of lymphocytic leukemia or lymphomas. Accurate provision for specified dose and the desired homogeneity are essential before clinical total body irradiation. Purposes of this paper are to discuss calibrating Cobalt Unit in 3m distance using Rando Phantom, to compare calculated dose, calibrated dose, and compensating filters for homogeneous dose distribution in the head and neck, the lung, and the pelvis. Results were following. 1. Measured dose on the lung was 6% higher than on the abdomen. Measured dose on the head (10%) and neck (18%) were higher than the abdomen because of thinness. Pelvic dose was measured 12% less than the abdomen. Those data suggest that compensating filter was essential. 2. Measured dose according to distance was 3% less than calculated dose which suggest that all doses in clinical use should be compared with calculated dose for minimizing error.

Citrullinemia is a rare inborn error of metabolism of the urea cycle, and was first reported by McMurray, et al. in 1962. It is inherited as an autosomal recessive trait. The normal synthesis of argininosuccinic acid is blocked in this disease due to a deficiency of argininosuccinic acid synthetase(AS), which has been demonstrated in liver cells and fibroblasts. The clinical symptoms are vomiting, lethargy or irritability, convulsion and mental retardation. The diagnosis is made by the finding of an increased plasma citrulline level. Every effort should be made to reduce the blood ammonia level as rapidly as possible before irreversible brain damage occurs. This report describes a case of citrullinemia that was diagnosed through organic acid analysis and amino acid analysis, and reviews the related literatures.

This paper estimated the future traffic volume incoming and outgoing in Incheon port, and analyzed the value of information serviced by tidal current signal operation center in Incheon. The cargo traffic in 2020 will increase twice as much as in 2005 according to the national ports basis plan. The maritime traffic will increase greatly consequently. Also, MOMAF has operated tidal current signal operation center to prevent marine accidents caused by current influence on vessels navigating through Incheon. However the quantitative effect is not known because there is no analysis about its value. Therefore the value of information serviced by tidal current signal operation center in Incheon was calculated with contingent valuation method(CVM), and the information value was analyzed considering future traffic in this study. Thus, the annual information value was calculated at about $170{\sim}280$ million won, considered traffic volume using the information of tidal current directly in 2020 since 2006.
