In serious crimes, bloody fingerprints are crucial evidence that make links between suspects and victims. There have been many studies related to bloody fingerprints for a long time. There are many comparative studies for effectiveness of Acid Fuchsin and Acid Yellow 7, but nothing about Eosin-Y in this country. Acid Fuchsin is a useful reagent that has unique red color distinguishing from light colored background. but it is useless on dark surfaces. In order to make it visible, we should use BVDA Gel lifters. On the contrary this, Acid Yellow 7 makes stronger fluorescence on a dark background. In this study, we got the conclusion that Eosin-Y is more useful than the others not only on dark background but also light background.

What made stand out among these police procedurals was its focus on the importance of history to understand both the past and contemporary society and culture. Many of the cases involve aspects of history that are not part of mainstream narratives and constitute the unfinished business of America. The flashback sequences throughout the show visually and affectively transport the viewer back to an earlier historical moment. What all the victims have in common is that they refused to be silent or passive in the face of circumstances they believed were wrong, or they refused to conform to dehumanising and destructive social and cultural expectation. Those promoting these lies have the power to establish their version as the power to establish their version as the "truth" of what happened in context, but viewers are positioned to see the truth as the victims experienced it and to identify with them and against the power abusers. The Cold Case detectives pursue the ghosts of American history, restoring to our view stories of lives and experiences rendered invisible and unspeakable by dominant forms of knowledge and power. The series invites viewrs to empathize with the victim and to develop an ethical commitment to social justice in the future.

Powder method is one of the most commonly used techniques for developing latent fingerprints on non-porous surfaces. While fingerprint powders become more diverse, there is no standard for the number of stroking a brush. For this reason, crime scene investigators need to stroke a brush as they try to figure out how much latent fingerprints are developed. Also, results vary from individual to individual. According to the combination of material and manufacturing, there are various results that powder particles hold together. It is called auto-adhesion which means the interaction between powder particles. This study showed auto-adhesion of 13 kinds of fingerprint powders expanding the number of stroking time. Consequently, some fingerprint powders had strong auto-adhesive property and others had weak auto-adhesion. Furthermore, the others did not change.

A rhetorical segment in traditional abstract displaying a sign of particular function is frequently referred to as a move. One of the most common moves is the Background, Aim, Method, Results, and Conclusion (BAMRC). The objective of this paper is to investigate the move patterns of research article abstracts in the field of social sciences based on BAMRC moves. Using the Scopus bibliographic database, a total of 467 abstracts from 298 research journals in the field of social sciences were analyzed. The result showed a wide range of move patterns. The implication of the result of this study suggests the existing traditional abstracts in social sciences might not be sufficiently "informative" due to missing moves and due to various move orders. To this end, automatically mapping moves in traditional abstracts to sub-headings in structured abstracts can be a more challenging task, requiring additional procedures to resolve these types of compatibility issues. Future studies can compare this study's result to other fields or disciplines within social sciences in order to find a more precise nature of abstracts in the field of social sciences.

In the marine accidents judgment, investigation of truth of matters is one of important process to find out the reason of ship collision accidents. In this paper, reproduce system of ship collision accidents using ship manoeuvirng simulator technique will be introduced with which marine accidents can be easily reproduced in visual display at the case of marine accidents trial. In this system if the users select the type of ship and location of accidents, the process of ship collision will be provided in 2D and 3D display. The system also provides environmental visualizationdisplay such as fog whether and day-night view including various view angle that can be helpful to find out the reason of accidents.

It is necessary to respond to criminal cases on board of pelagic fishing boats in the international waters with domestic legal judgement and international legal judgement due to a natural limitation by geographical long distance while it is possible to deal with domestic criminal cases with prompt response by using air crafts or patrol vessels. In other words, according to the flag of the vessel, the legal status of the water where is the crime scene, the nationalities of the victim and the perpetrator, it is required to judge if Korea can exert their jurisdiction and there is an issue if Korea Coast Guard exert their law enforcement effectively with this natural problem. In this paper, I propose a systemic improvement for a swift investigation for henceforth similar case's occurrence by analyzing the jurisdiction, the suspect's handling, the basic cause of the murder on-board which are based on the case of the vessel No.803 Gwang-Hyeon which was happened recently.

The purpose of this study: firstly, investigate cognition of affiliated members about manpower distribution of the South Regional Headquarters Korea Coast Guard(SRH-KCG) and danweis. Secondly, seek ways to reasonable manpower distribution of SRH-KCG and danweis. And this study's research subjects are five coast guards(Busan coast guard, Tongyeong coast guard, Yeosu coast guard, Jeju coast guard, Seogwipo coast guard) belonged to SRH-KCG. The results of this study: firstly, 56.7% of affiliated members approved the need to organizational diagnosis. Secondly, must manpower loading in order of Busan coast guard Tongyeong coast guard Jeju coast guard. Thirdly, must manpower loading in order of maritime safety division the security division criminal investigation divition.

A damage scale of information property has been increasing rapidly by various illegal actions of information systems, which result from dysfunction of a knowledge society. Reinforcement in criminal investigation requests of network security has accelerated research and development of Intrusion Detection Systems(IDSs), which report intrusion-detection about these illegal actions. Due to limited designs of early IDSs, it is hard for the IDSs to cope with tricks to go around IDS as well as false-positive and false-negative trials in various network environments. In this paper, we showed that this kind of problems can be solved by using a Virtual Protocol Stack(VPS) that possesses automatic learning ability through an optimum-adaptive mobile code. Therefore, the enhanced IDS adapts dynamically to various network environments in consideration of monitored and self-learned network status. Moreover, it is shown that Insertion/Evasion attacks can be actively detected. Finally, we discussed that this method can be expanded to an intrusion detection technique that possesses adaptability in the various mixed network environments.

The tourism police force has been established on 16th October 2013 for foreign tourists' safety and security. The major roles of tourism police officers were provided a crime prevention patrol and maintenance of order in tourist destination, a clampdown on illegal activities for foreign tourists, a controlling for overcharging of restaurants accommodations taxi, an administrative guidance and controls on tourism industry and worker in union relative organ like the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism local government. However, the roles of tourism police officers overlap the work of general police officers and work of tourism police officers need a cooperative business with relative organs. It is caused a role ambiguity conflict between tourism police officers and general police officers. The object of this study is to improve the tourism police system through investigate a perceived gap of role ambiguity conflict between tourism police officers and general police officers and influencing relationship of role ambiguity conflict between job Satisfaction and job Performance.

Lately, it is a trend that diffusion of Mobile Information Appliance that do various function by development of IT technology. There is function that do more convenient and efficient exchange information and business using mobile phone that is Mobile Information Appliance, but disfunction that is utilized by pointed end engineering data leakage, individual's privacy infringement, threat, etc. relationship means to use mobile phone is appeared and problems were appeared much. However, legal research of statute unpreparedness and so on need research and effort to prove delete, copy, integrity of digital evidence that transfer secures special quality of easy digital evidence to objective evidence in investigation vantage point is lacking about crime who use this portable phone. It is known that this Digital Forensic field is Mobile Forensic. In this paper. We are verify about acquisition way of digital evidence that can happen in this treatise through mobile phone that is Mobile Forensic's representative standing and present way to prove integrity of digital evidence using Hash Function.
