This paper discusses so called the non-DP subject constructions in English. In general, a subject is a DP that bears Nominative case and that occupies 〔Spec, IP〕. However, in some examples under investigation, it looks as if non-DP categories such as Prepositional Phrases(PP), Adjectival Phrases(AP), Adverbial Phrases (AdvP), Small Clauses (PreP or SC), and VP occupy the canonical subject position, 〔Spec, IP〕. Under the framework of Chomsky's (1993, 1995) along with his previous works (Chomsky 1981, 1986), the Case Checking mechanism undoubtedly assumes that only DPs can have Case Therefore, the Case Checking/Agree mechanism is stated such that the strong uninterpretable feature, in this case Case feature (D or NP) feature must be checked off in a certain manner. Therefore, any phrasal categories other than DPs are not included in the considerations. Nonetheless, there are many instances of non-DP categories in English that occupy the seemingly canonical subject position, 〔spec, IP〕. In this paper, it is proposed that the actual position of these non-DP subjects in English is not in Spec of IP. Rather, they occupy 〔Spec, TopP〕 under CP in the sense of Lasnik & Stowell (1991), Rizzi (1997), and Haegeman & Gueron (1999). In its effect, therefore, this paper extends the idea of Stowell (1981) who argues that the clausal subjects in English is not in 〔Spec, IP〕, but in 〔Spec, TopP〕. We further argue that Stowell's version of Case Resistance Principle must be extended in order to accomodate many more occurrences of so called non-DP subjects.

Let R be a commutative ring with identity, and ${\phi}:{\mathfrak{I}}(R){\rightarrow}{\mathfrak{I}}(R){\cup}\{{\varnothing}\}$ be a function where ${\mathfrak{I}}(R)$ is the set of all ideals of R. Following [2], a proper ideal P of R is called a ${\phi}$-prime ideal if $x,y{\in}R$ with $xy{\in}P-{\phi}(P)$ implies $x{\in}P$ or $y{\in}P$. For an ideal I of R, we define the ${\phi}$-radical ${\sqrt[{\phi}]{I}}$ to be the intersection of all ${\phi}$-prime ideals of R containing I, and show that this notion inherits most of the essential properties of the usual notion of radical of an ideal. We also investigate when the set of all ${\phi}$-prime ideals of R, denoted $Spec_{\phi}(R)$, has a Zariski topology analogous to that of the prime spectrum Spec(R), and show that this topological space is Noetherian if and only if ${\phi}$-radical ideals of R satisfy the ascending chain condition.

360 VR(Virtual Reality) 비디오와 같이 고품질의 비디오를 기존 케이블 망에서 IPTV 또는 OTT(Over the Top) SettopBox과 같은 저사양 미디어 서비스 기기를 통해 저지연 라이브 스트리밍 서비스를 할 수 있도록 MPEG DASH(Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP) 기반의 스트리밍 서버를 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한, 서버 응답 지연 시간을 줄이기 위해 스트리밍 영상 파일(MPD, Segment Files)을 메모리상에 캐싱 하여 서비스 할 수 있는 관리 프로세스를 설계하고 적용하였다. 그리고 실험을 통해 bitrate가 50,000kbps 이상이고, 8K@60P 급의 고품질 분할 영상 스트리밍을 지원하는 것을 확인하였다

한우 거세 비육우에 출하 전 90일간 지방유화제를 첨가 급여하거나 지방유화제를 함유사료 급여시험의 결과는 다음과 같다. 일당증체량은 대조구에 비하여 TP구에서 낮았으나 DSP구와는 차이가 없었다(P>0.05). 사료요구율은 대조구와 DSP구에 비하여 TP구가 개선되는 경향을 보였다(P>0.05). 수송감량과 도체수율에는 지방유화제의 첨가 유무가 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 조사되었다. 지방유화제 첨가유무가 육량형질(등지방두께, 등심단면적, 냉도체중 및 육량지수)에 영향하지 않았고, 등지방두께는 통계적 유의성은 인정되지 않았으나 TP구와 DSP구에서 대조구에 비해 두꺼운 경향을 보였다(P>0.05). 근내지방도는 대조구에 비하여 TP구와 DSP구가 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였고 처리간의 차이도 유의차가 인정되었다(P<0.0001). 조직감과 성숙도가 대조구에 비하여 TP구와 DSP구가 개선되어(P<0.01), 육질등급은 대조구에 비하여 TP구와 DSP구가 매우 유의하게 개선되었고 TP구에 비해서 DSP구 역시 유의적인 개선효과가 인정되었다(P<0.0001). 지육 kg 당경락가격은 대조구(17,650원)에 비하여 TP구(18,586원) 및 DSP구(19,266원)가 높았다(P<0.01). 육질등급출현율(1등급이상)은 대조구 55.4%, TP구 88.9% 및 DSP구 100%의 출현율을 보였다. 도체형질간의 상관관계에서 출하체중은 등심단면적(r=0.41), 냉도체중(r=0.93) 및 성숙도(r=0.38)와 정의 상관관계 (P<0.01)에 있고 조직감과 부의상관 (r=-0.24, P<0.05)이었다. 등지방두께는 육량지수와 육량등급에 부의 상관(r=-0.97, -0.89, P<0.01)이었고 등심단면적과는 정의상관(r=0.30, P<0.05)을, 근내지방과는 정의상관(r=0.34, P<0.01)이 있었다. 등심단면적과 정의 상관에 있는 형질은 냉도체중(r=0.44, P<0.01), 근내지방도(r=0.39, P< 0.01) 및 육질등급(r=0.41, P<0.01)이었다. 수용성 지방유화제를 한우 비육후기 사료에 이용할 경우 포화도가 높은 우지의 함량을 줄이면서 불포화지방산의 체내 저류시간을 장기화함으로써 사료중의 지방급원의 이용율을 높일 수 있을 것으로 사료되며 근내지방도를 현저하게 개선하는 효과를 나타내어 한우 비육후기사료에 활용할 경우 농가의 소득증대에 기여할 것으로 판단된다. 다만 한우 거세우에서 수행한 본 연구의 이 같은 발육성적과 도체의 성적을 고찰함에 있어서 단계별 혈액분석과 등심중의 지방산조성 등에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
