All of the disease which was referred in ${\ulcorner}$Diagnosis and Treatment of the Woonded, Carbuncle, intestinal infection and acute eczema in Synopsis of Golden Chamber${\lrcorner}$ are belong to surgery. Woonded in this chapter, specially, come under in case occur by metal, and spoke that this thing is metal wounded(金瘡). I am considered by something to use Wangbulryuhaengsan(王不留行散) in wound that is not festered, Baenongtang(排膿湯) and Baenongsan(排膿散) in wound that is festered. Carbuncle is one of Venus festering nature file that happen in skin and muscle because blood does not circulate with flag and part's flare, calorification, pain, puffiness are characteristic. Carbuncle is agreed with concept of inflammation of modern medicine. When treat carbuncle, without using surgery medical treatment, used together internal medicine surgery medical treatment. Intestines carbuncle(腸癰) is come in inflammation in abdominal cavity as kind of inflammation, partiality peritoneum festering disease round present cecum as one of inside carbuncle. I think, when treat intestines carbuncle, in case cold and moisture become stasis and heat is less, Uiibujapaedoksan(薏苡附子敗毒散) can be used. Independently of festering, Daehwangmokdantang(大黃收丹湯) can be used in case heat and extravasated blood become stasis. Saliva ulcer on the vulva is comes in impetigo In Case of young child, and is come in Venus eczema in case is general. Prognosis of saliva ulcer on the vulva widespread thing can treat by arm, leg at Lips region, but it does not treat to grow at Lips region from limb, and treatment uses Hwangryunbun(黃連粉)

The policies of oriental medicine, changes of medical systems, development of oriental medical education and research activities of oriental medicine were reviewed in this paper from 1945 to 1995 and several opinions were suggested to relevant government authorities and doctors of oriental and western medicine. The history of oriental medicine had to come a long and winding road since the Political Reform in 1894. However, national effort of oriental medicine people in Korea has kept the oriental medicine as national medicine. It has been a misfortune that oriental and western medical doctors did not get along well each other. In this paper, the right direction of the medical systems for government were suggested together with timely roles of medical doctors of both oriental and western medicine. 1. Government should carry out reasonable and future-oriented medical systems. 2. Medical doctors of both oriental and western medicine should co-operate and try to promote mutual understanding. 3. Oriental medicine should be lectured in western medical college. 4. Medical researches of both oriental and western medicine should be carried out together.

The marine terraces often offer come important clues to understand the topographic development during the Quaternary and the present landforms in korea. We examined the mechanism of the marine terraces formation along the coast from Samjung-Ri(community), Guryongpo-Eup(county) to Haseo-Ri, Yangnam-Myun(county), Gyungju-Si(city). Among the various but unique factors of the given coastal environment, which should contribute to the marine terraces formation together, we focused on five possible factors for the present stydy. Geologic difference in bedrocks, protrusion degree of coastiline, topological relief of sea-bottom, fluvial characteristics on land, and pattern of the waves appeared to act cooperatibely on the terrace formation of Southeastem coast in korea, while the fluvial characteristics seemed play a significant but localized role in it. Wide distribution of middle surfaces on the coast of Samjungri-Janggilri could be due to the concentration of the high waves and the weakness of the Tertiary volcanic rocks. For the sporadic distribution of the terraces on the coast of Gupungri-Gyewonri, it seemed attributable to the erosion -susceptible weak bedrock, the coastline of inner bay, shallow sea-bottom with the gentle relief, and other fluvial characteristics with the low divides. Together with the geologic difference in bedrock, other factors including protrusion degree of coast, topological relief of sea-bottom, and the transportation loads by the stream Daejongchon are believed to act cooperatively on the mechanism of the marine terraces formation on the coast of Duwonri-Upchonri.

With the current evolution from paper to electronic records the documentary credit market has been looking to ICC to provide guidance in this transition. To allow bankers and traders to familiarize themselves with this trend, eUCP has come into force from April 1st 2002. The eUCP provides definitions to allow current UCP terminology to accommodate the presentation of the equivalent of paper documents electronically and to provide necessary rules to allow the UCP and eUCP to work together. It is important to understand that many of the Articles of the UCP are not impacted by the presentation of electronic equivalent of paper documents and do not require any changes to accommodate electronic presentation. When read together the UCP and the eUCP will be broad enough to allow for developing practice in this area. The eUCP is not a revision of the UCP. The UCP will continue to provide the industry with rules for paper letters of credit in conjunction with the eUCP. This study comments that some characteristics of the eUCP have unique properties, such as juncture, envelope, homotheticity functions, and some applicable interpretations including abstraction of letter of credit, notice of completeness, notice of discrepancies and corruption of electronic records.

The purpose of this paper is to propose ways to remove false color noise (FCN) generated during de-mosaicing on RGB Bayer pattern images. In case of images sensors adapting Bayer pattern color filters array (CFA), de-mosaicing is conducted to recover the RGB color data in single pixels. Here, FCN phenomena would occur where there is clearer silhouette or contrast of colors. The FCN phenomena found during de-mosaicking process appears locally in the edges inside the image and the proposed method of eliminating this is to convert RGB color space to YCbCr space to conduct smoothing process. Moreover, for edges where different colors come together, censoring based smoothing technique is proposed as a way to minimize color blurring effect.

이동성이 활발한 모바일 애드 혹 네트워크에서는 노드들이 특정 지역들에 집중 분포되어 불균일한 네트워크가 형성될 가능성이 높다. 불균일하게 분포된 네트워크의 경우 밀집한 클러스터 사이에 존재하는 노드에 부하가 집중되는 현상이 발생하여 네트워크의 성능이 저하될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 트래픽이 집중되는 모바일 노드들이 트래픽 부하에 따라 능동적으로 대처함으로써 손실되는 패킷을 줄이고 종단 간 전송 지연 시간을 향상 시키는 라우팅 알고리즘을 제안한다.

The main topic covered in this paper is that of the impact process, that is, where two bodies come into contact and rebound or stick together. This paper presents how to determine the rebound velocities of a microparticle that approaches a surface with arbitrary initial velocities and relate the impact process to the physical properties of the materials and to the adhesion force. Actual adhesion forces demonstrate a significant amount of energy dissipation in the form of hysteresis, and act generally in a normal to the contact surfaces. Microparticles must also contend with forces tangent to the contact surfaces, namely Coulomb dry friction. The developed model has an algebraic form based on the principle of impulse and momentum and hypothesis of energy dissipation. Finally, several analyses are carried out in order to estimate impact parameters and the developed analytical model is validated using experimental results.

Design of shape for visco-elastic vibration isolation elements, which are very cost-effective and so popular in many applications is frequently based on experiences, intuitions, or trial and errors. Such traditions in shape design make it difficult for drastic changes or new concepts to come out. In this paper, both topological method and shape optimization method are combined together to find out a most desirable isolator shape efficiently by using two commercial engineering programs. ABAQUS and MATLAB. The procedure is divided into two steps. At the first step, a topology optimization method is employed to find an initial shape. where density of either 0 or 1 for finite elements is used for physical realizability. At the second step, based on the initial shape, finer tuning of the shape is done by boundary movement method. An illustration of the procedure will be presented for a mount of an air-conditioner compressor system and the effectiveness will be discussed.

Supply Chain Management (SCM) has drawn high attention and been discussed and under investigation for over two decades. However, how Hong Kong manufacturing firms carry out SCM is still unclear. In order to open the myth on what essentials are critical for SCM implementation, a large-scale questionnaire survey was conducted together with Expert Interviews in 2003. A SCM framework was then developed in which all the critical factors were summarized, categorized and prioritized to come up with a foundation for a self-assessment system for improving SCM performance.

With changing systems of wealth creation around the 21st century, crafts(traditional and industrial crafts) are affected by the trend of changes or lead the trend, that is to say, a turning point of paradigm has come. Values of crafts give the value of users, and the tradition and modern coexists in the trend of times changing from the tradition to the modern so crafts artists’ works are diversified and used in design industries. Based on a place of expression showing various beauty of crafts, identity of design is established through ‘Craft Consilience’ of intangible cultural assets, master craftsman, crafts artists, crafts industries, and crafts departments. As master craftsman and furniture designers meet together to mix master craftsman’s idea with designers’ idea, the new Korean crafts furniture is suggested.
