Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine immediate effects of 15 minutes plantarflexor static stretching in quite stance. Methods : Twenty-nine subjects were measured static balance during 1 minute in quite stance with eye closed condition before and after 15 minutes plantarflexor static stretching. Static stretching range was limited from $15^{\circ}$ to $20^{\circ}$ dorsiflexion within comfortable range. Results : The result of this study showed that postural sway significantly increased during 1 minute quiet stance after 15 minutes static stretching(p<.05). Before stretching, postural sway significantly decreased during 41-60 seconds compared to 0-20, 21-40 seconds(p<.05). After stretching, postural sway was decreased significantly over time 0-20, 21-40, and 41-60 seconds(p<.05). Conclusion : The prolong plantarflexor static stretching may require biomechanical, neurological adaptations prior to walking or sport activities for safety.

The purpose of this study were to analyze agricultural practice of schools in foreign countries, especially Germany, France, Netherland, Japan, to attain its implications and to get implications for improving KNCF's workplace practice program. This study was conducted through an extensive review of literature related to agricultural practice system of educational institutes of foreign countries. Some implications were summarized as followings: (1) the preparing program should be built in long-term workplace practice, (2) the manual for students and workplace professors should be made and supplied, (3) the web-site sharing the information of practice farms should be established, (4) KNCF should effort to manage the workplace practice, (5) the several standard model should be applied by kinds of crops and livestocks.

In this paper, we propose a generalized index independent stability condition for a descriptor systemwithout any transformations of system matrices. First, the generalized Lyapunov equation with a specific right-handed matrix form is considered. Furthermore, the existence theorem and the necessary and sufficient conditions for asymptotically stable descriptor systems are presented. Finally, some suitable examples are used to show the validity of the proposed method.

Annual energy consumption in detached houses are affected mainly by thermal performance of envelope. In particular the performance of glasses are critical due to global wanning and climatic change. Therefore, this research analyzes annual consumption of cooling and heating energy with various combination of U-value, shading coefficient and building orientation. The simulation results shows that shading coefficient of glazing contributes to the changes of proportion of heating and cooling energy demand and the optimized shading coefficient for minimizing energy consumption varies with buildings orientation.

Recently, FlexRay was developed to replace controller area network (CAN) protocol in chassis networking systems, to remedy the shortage of transmission capacity and unsatisfactory real-time transmission delay of conventional CAN. FlexRay network systems require correct synchronization and complex scheduling parameters. However, because platform configuration register (PCR) setting and message scheduling is complex and bothersome task, FlexRay is more difficult to implement in applications than CAN protocol. To assist a network designer for implementing FlexRay cluster, this paper presents an analysis of FlexRay platform configuration register and automatic generation program of PCR. To demonstrate the feasibility of the automatic generation program, we evaluated its performance using experimental testbed.

In this paper, we consider the problem of a robust passive filtering with low-order for discrete-time singular systems with polytopic uncertainties. A BRL(bounded real lemma) for robust passivity with a dissipativity of discrete-time uncertain singular systems is derived. A low-order robust passive filter design method is proposed by new reduced-order method and LMI(linear matrix inequality) technique on the basis of the obtained BRL. Finally, illustrative examples are presented to show the applicability of the proposed method.

This paper focuses on human adaptive HVAC system that can regulate the thermal comfort of the resident in intelligent buildings. The thermal comfort is represented in this paper by PMV (Predicted Mean Vote) as defined by ISO 7730. This PMV value indicates how hot or cold a resident feels by considering temperature, humidity, resident's metabolic rate, relative air velocity, and clothing insulation. In order to develop such a system, a location detection system based on ZigBee module was used along with temperature sensors, other environment sensors. The human adaptive HVAC system was evaluated experimentally on a test bed emulating a room.

This paper analyzes how IT adoption affects differently on the shippers' make-buy decision, depending on the changes through agency and coordination problems. Empirical findings are consistent with the theoretical predictions on the changes of shippers' decision, summarized as follows. First, while the adoption of agency-cost reducing IT leads to the increase in the proportion of private fleets, the adoption of coordination-cost reducing IT leads to the increase in proportion of for-hire carriage. Second, the extent of private fleets changes depends on the primary product type that trucks load, with products of important service task experiencing more increase. Third, the extent of for-hire carriage changes depends on the truck's trip distance, with long-trip trucks experiencing more increase. With the results, we present different policy implications from the conventionally advocated ones.

본 연구에서 개발한 포토앨범/다이어리 어플리케이션은 아기의 성장과정을 사진/음성으로 기록할 수 있는 다이어리 기능을 제공한다. 또한, 아기와 관련된 각종 기념일(생일, 예방접종일 등)에 대한 일정을 관리할 수 있다. 음성녹음도 지원하기 때문에 아기와 부모의 대화, 그리고 부모의 음성일기 등을 빠짐없이 기록할 수 있다. HTML5기반 하이브리드 애플리케이션(Hybrid Application)은 다중 플랫폼을 지원하기 때문에 한번 개발하면 여러 플랫폼에서 사용할 수 있으므로 개발비용을 절약할 수 있을 뿐더러, HTML5 Device API를 사용함으로써 네이티브 앱과 동일하게 디바이스를 제어할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 포토앨범/다이어리 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 HTML5 개발하여 아이폰 iOS와 안드로이드를 지원하며, 다양한 스마트폰 센서/장치에 접근할 수 있도록 개발되었다.

REST 웹 서비스는 HTTP 프로토콜을 통해 손쉽게 적용 및 배포할 수 있다. 최근 다양한 정보시스템의 데이터베이스가 REST Open API 웹서비스를 통하여 배포되고 있으며, 이는 스마트폰 애플리케이션, 웹(Web) 등의 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 오픈 API 에 대한 시스템의 성능의 포인트에 서비스 평가를 제공하는 것이다. 본 연구는 REST 오픈 API 의 수행 성능 평가를 통하여 REST 오픈 API 웹 서비스의 확장성에 초점을 둔다. 이를 위해 REST 오픈 API 가 미래에 모바일 클라우드 플랫폼으로써 충분한 성능 및 활용될 수 있는지 검증할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 큐잉 네트워크(Queueing Network)을 활용하여 REST Open API 웹서비스 서버 시스템을 모델링하고 성능을 분석하였다.
