안철수연구소(www.ahnlab.com)의 발표에 따르면 2000년 상반기에 국내에서 발견된 신종 바이러스가 346종에 달한다고 발표했다. 이는 99년 상반기(127종)대비 172% 증가한 수치로, 1일 2종 꼴로 신종 바이러스가 제작된 셈이다. 종류별로는 매크로바이러스 65.3%(226종), 트로이목마 23.7%(82종)가 주종을 이루었고, 러브레터를 비롯한 스크립트 바이러스가 급증해 12종(3.5%)에 달한다는 것이 특징적이다. 출처별로는 외산이 83.2%(288종), 국산(16.8%, 58종)보다 비중이 높게 나타났다.

This article aims at analyzing melodramas in films of Northeast Asia for seeking comparative studies of popular narrative which have been widely favored in Korea, China and Japan since the 1990s. It is explored of expectation and desire of public who have taken pleasure in watching the films in each countries of Northeast Asia as well. It is selected to Letter(1997) made in Korea, The Road Home(1999) in China and Love Letter(1995) in Japan for the research as above Melodrama of each countries has been searched at not only maintaining the traditional melodramatic convention but also corresponding to sociocultural environment of each countries for meeting tastes of public 'in the 1990s' when cultural interchanges have been more active along each countries of Northeast Asia. It will be concretely pursued to the interchanges and influence-reception relation of melodrama for follow-up research as it has been sprightly enjoying as well as transforming common cultural contents at each countries of Northeast Asia since the 1990s.

A standard rose cultivar, 'Love Letter' was selected for cut flower from the progenies of a cross between 'Red Giant' and 'Ensemble' by the rose breeding team of the Gyeonggi-do Agricultural Research & Extension Services (GARES) in 2011. A standard rose cultivar 'Red Giant' with red colored (RHS Red Group 45C) petals and 1.8 prickles per stems of 10 cm was used as a mother plant. A standard rose cultivar 'Ensemble' with white and red purple colored (RHS White Group 155C + RHS Red Group N57B) petals and 2.4 prickles per stems of 10 cm was used as a pollen parent. 'Love Letter' was crossed in 2007 and seedlings were produced. After tests of specific characters from 2008 to 2011, this cultivar was finally selected and named. As a standard type with large sized flower, it has red colored (RHS Red Group 46A) petals with 9.3 cm flower diameter and 32.4 petals per flower. Vase life of this cultivar could be as long as 12 days. It takes 43 days from pruning to blooming and cut flower productivity was 152 stems/$m^2$ in a year. The stems of cut flower have no thorn and the length is about with 70.5 cm. When this cultivar grew below $15^{\circ}C$ and 1,000 lux, the petals color became dark red in winter season. 'Love Letter' was registered as a new cultivar on Korea Seed & Variety Service (KSVS) with No. 4482 on May 8, 2013.

Botrytis cinerea is the pathogen for a gray mold generating problems during the cultivation and transportation of roses. But there is little information about the difference of the symptom severity caused by gray mold on rose varieties and pathogen strains. 16 strains were collected from the rose cultivation area to confirm the degree of disease occurrence against strains and each variety. Collected 16 strains were identified based on the sequences analysis of ITS region of ribosomal DNA by using specific primers. The sequence analysis was performed by comparing the sequences to find a difference. To confirm the difference in disease occurrence for each strains, the difference was classified from 0 to 5 stages using charmant variety as a control. The data was confirmed through Kruskal-Wallis ANOVA. The result showed the significant difference in the pathogenicity caused by strains. WNG6_5 showed the lowest pathogenicity with 0.24 and WNG6_3 showed the highest with 3.20. The difference between two strains were almost 3.0. In addition, nine varieties of roses were more investigated with three strains such as the strains of WNG6_5, Hwa_1, and WNG6_3. The result showed that the Love Letter variety showed resistance and the Ice Bear variety was sensitive to three strains. Taken together, this study showed the significant difference by the interactions of rose varieties and gray mold strains.

This study analyzed five official entries in the 3rd Cheong Kong Festival contest and analyzed the patterns of teen audience empathy. The tools used for this analysis were 'characters, acting, background and theme'. Firstly, characters were mostly teenagers and out-of-school teenagers, but there were other performances that focused on the relationship between teenagers and adults or focused on the youth, which the teen audience preferred. And they preferred realism acting to emotional acting and preferred musical acting to realism acting. In addition, the background of the events covered in the performance was evaluated to be like this: the closer the audience was to the youth, the higher the audience sympathized with the performance, and the closer the subject matter was to the youth's interest, the more positive it received. In summing up the opinions of the youth evaluation team, the first audience-participating Sinpa Theater, "Mr. X" was evaluated to expand the scope of teenagers to 20s and to show the negative and heavy reality as fun and beneficial one. Secondly, when it comes to non-prejudiced youth theatre "The Turtle", which have a high level of empathy, it was evaluated to shape the prejudice about others through the symbol of 'bag'. Thirdly, regarding the time-traveling retro-style youth theatre of the 'a jam-packed Bus', it was evaluated to be a well-made retro-style youth theatre. Regarding the 'Lunar Eclipse', which showed the aesthetic of the relationship, scenes were evaluated to be built with omission and restraint. Regarding "B Officer on and Love Letter", it was evaluated to be adapted to a musical from Hyun Jingun's novel, which was released 100 years ago. Lastly, the performance desired by the youth evaluation team was a performance with a high level of 'sympathy' and 'education'. In other words, they preferred performances that empathize with the emotions and thoughts of teenagers, and on the other hand, they wanted to see performances that allowed them to see the world broadly outside their own worlds. If youth theater is created by referring to the evaluation of youth as it is in this study, the audience will be more sympathetic to performances.
