A Study on Reconstruction and Remodeling's Selection Factors of Old Apartment Houses Using PROMETHEE-AHP (PROMETHEE-AHP 기법을 이용한 노후 공동주택의 재건축과 리모델링 사업선택요소 선정에 관한 연구)

  • Reconstruction and remodeling have been introduced as a part of renewal (redevelopment) projects for old apartments built after the mid-1970's and government policies for revitalizing each project has been changed continually. However, the frequent changes of the policies have caused conflicts among business entities in selecting business methods. The conflicts from their early stages have made serious problems in the entire business process. Therefore, this study deduced factors of business selection by applying comparison analysis between the two business projects on how certain factors have an influence on selecting reconstruction and remodeling business projects. Based on the analysis, four categories and 26 factors were finally selected. After then, the priority of each selection factor was deduced through the AHP method and PROMETHEE method used for analysis of relative importance and impact values regarding to the business selection.

  • This study sought to find importance factors for the quality of delivery food service, identify the mutual importance of delivery food service quality studied in the preceding study, and derive the order of importance of each factor. To compare the priorities of factors determining the choice of quality of delivery food service, this study used a decision model using the appropriate Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and carried out the process of quantifying the mutual evaluation. This process allows us to view the relative importance and priority of the selection factors. Through a prior study, the main factors of quality of delivery food service were classified and the main people of high importance were selected. According to the results of AHP the quality of deliver service is the main factor for the quality of delivery food service, and the quality of order service and food service is the key factor of the quality of delivery food service, which should take the upper hand in importance. This study results in how important specific factors are by giving relative self-weights to the lower factors, showing that convenience and accuracy always have the first and second place weight priorities in the lower factors, despite differences such as gender age and frequency of making them more convenient and accurate.

  • The fishing village new-deal 300 project covers 300 fishing villages and ports for integrated development including reforming backward facilities and utilizing regionally indigenous resources for specialized programs. An analysis was conducted to decide selection factors in the fishing village new-deal 300 project through the expert interview based on AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). The results of high-class appraisal items showed that the weights were ranked in the order of the development conditions and basic plan, project effects, project plan, and project execution and management. The project effect obtained 15.57 point in the AHP analysis, whereas the guideline stipulated the point as 6 point for the project effect item, The derived weights for each appraisal item in this study will hereafter be referred in determining the assessment points for the fishing village and port development projects.

  • Mobile game users tend to value the opinions from their friends or SNS when making a decision on which game to play. This is because they are not satisfied with the information on suggestions provided by the conventional mobile game recommendation systems. In this research, we made a system that can reflect user preference directly by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). In the system, the hierarchy of AHP is composed of final goal(Level 1), evaluation basis(Level 2) and alternative(Level 3). And the system is made up of an input module, an AHP processing module, a recommendation module and database. Through comparison analysis with two conventional systems to test the performance of the system, we could find that the system got more higher satisfaction than the other systems.

  • This study presented how to evaluate the inland inundation risk considering the characteristics of inland flood. Fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), which can deal with the uncertainty or ambiguousness of the decision-making process, was used to estimate the inundation risk. The criteria used for inland inundation risk include the physical index, social index and inland flood. Each index contains three detailed indicators then total nine indicators were employed in this study. The inundation risk evaluation was carried out for each node (manhole) within the drainage system, not to the administrative extent, which enabled us to point out nodes with high risk. The proposed Fuzzy AHP was applied to Geoje district in Busan. The results indicated that the junction of Oncheoncheon and Geojecheon has high risk which is consistent with the fact that this junction has already experienced floods in the past. The proposed method can be used for evaluating inland inundation risk and preparing flood prevention plans in inland flood-prone urban areas.

  • The detection of blood at a crime scene is an important process for identification and case reconstruction. However, blood may be difficult to observe with the naked eye on dark or multi-colored surfaces. Acidic hydrogen peroxide (AHP) is a recently reported blood enhancement reagent that can enhance blood with high sensitivity by increasing the exposure time of the camera. However, it has never been compared to previously known techniques on dark or multi-colored surfaces. For this purpose, the method of observation/photographing (UV and IR photography), alginate casting, leuco rhodamine 6G (LR6G), and AHP were applied to bloody impression on dark or multi-colored surfaces and the results were compared. As a result, blood treated with AHP had a higher contrast to the surfaces than UV and IR photography, and it was applicable on all surfaces, opposed to alginate casting. In addition, AHP successfully enhanced blood on dark or multi-colored surfaces, similar to LR6G.

  • 클라우드 서비스가 다양해지고 그 수가 급격히 증가하면서 클라우드 서비스 사용자에게 적합한 서비스를 제공하기가 어려워지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 서비스 사용자와 제공자 사이에서 클라우드 서비스를 중개해주는 클라우드 서비스 브로커라는 개념이 제시되었다. 클라우드 서비스 브로커의 핵심적인 역할은 사용자의 요구사항에 적합한 서비스를 찾아주는 것이다. 그러나 현재 제시된 클라우드 서비스 브로커 대부분은 클라우드 서비스 전문가의 도움으로 사용자의 요구사항을 분석하는 수동적인 과정이 수행되고 있으며, 체계적으로 기능적 요구사항을 분석하는 과정이 미흡하다. 따라서 유사한 기능을 가지고 있는 클라우드 서비스들 중 사용자의 요구사항의 중요도를 분석해서 가장 근접한 서비스의 선택을 지원해 줄 수 있는 요구사항 분석 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)의 쌍대비교법을 응용하여 클라우드 서비스에 대한 사용자의 기능적 요구사항을 분석하고 그 결과에 따라 클라우드 서비스를 선택하는 방법을 제시한다.

Application of the Balanced Scorecard for the Performance Measurement in Health-care Organization (의료기관에서의 Balanced Scorecard를 이용한 성과측정)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a performance measurement factor of Balanced Scorecard(BSC) for health-care organization. We did also the research to evaluate the validity and reliability of these indicators. Fifty six health-care organizations are participated in a survey questionnaires. This questionnaires consists of 53-questions, which are the performance evaluation indicators designed by researcher, which are based on the Norton and Kaplan's BSC-Framework. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was carried out and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to analyze the weight and significances of each factor. Factor analysis of the BSC resulted in 11 major measurement factors (Eigenvalue >1.0). The AHP analysis showed the list of the hospital BSC measurement factors and its KPI(Key Performance Indicator) weighted by its significance priorities. The recommendable degree of reliability and validity of these BSC factors suggests that these factors are adequate for performance measurements of the health-care organizations in Korea.

A Study on Locational Factors of Korean Shipping Companies (우리나라 해운기업의 입지요인에 관한 연구)

  • There have been lots of studies on locational factors of companies, but, very few studies for Korean shipping companies. This study analyzes locational factors for Korean shipping companies using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. For the study model, the first level is consisted by software, hardware and city policy factors. As more specific factors, the second level is formed by three factors of the first level. The third level consists of Seoul and Busan to evaluate competitive advantage for location of shipping companies. We carried out an analytical survey focused on the executives of shipping companies and related experts, and derived the priority order for locational factors of Korean shipping companies as follow. Firstly, software factors turned out the most important factor for location of Korean shipping companies. Next, Busan has a competitive advantage only in city policy factors. However, there are much of competitive disadvantages in both software and hardware factors for location of shipping companies compared against Seoul.

  • The building construction projects include a variety of risk factors due to uncertainties. To succeed in the projects, it is important how risks are managed. Risk management is composed of identification, analysis and response. Especially, the risk analysis is important to objectively calculate significance of risk factors. This paper evaluates a method to find priorities of risks using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). The method has some defects; (1) the consistency becomes weak as the number of pair-wise compared risks is large, and (2) the input and output procedures are complex when risks are added to or removed from a risk database. Thus the paper adopts the PROMETHEE(Preference Ranking Organization METHod Enrichment Evaluations) analysis process which is able to overcome the limitation of the AHP restricted to 9 risk factors. The PROMETHEE makes the procedure of risk analysis simple, when the risk factors pull out and put in the risk database. The purpose of this study is to provide process of risk analysis to use the PROMETHEE.
