Objectives The purpose of this study was to revitalize pediatric emergency care in oriental medical hospital. Methods The study was composed of 281 pediatric patients who visited emergency room of the ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ university oriental hospital, from March 2006 to February 2007. Results The age distribution showed that 1 to 3 year's patients(40.6%) are the most New pediatric patients(59.1%) were more than who received medical treatment in this place. The seasonal distribution of between month's section and the 24 solar terms's section made no differences and pediatric patients who visited in emergency room was most in spring, least in autumn. Moreover the changes of season's patients were more than others. Pediatric patients who visited during the weekends and holidays(50.9%) were more than during the weekdays(49.1%). Systemic division of the major problems were the digestive symptoms(44.5%) and nervous symptoms(30.6%), respiratory symptoms(12.5%), musculoskeletal symptoms(5.3%), dermatological symptoms(1.8%), cardiovascular symptoms(0.7%) and others(4.6%) followed. The time interval between arrival and onset : within 6 hours were the most(54.5%). Pediatric patients who had digestive, nervous, musculoskeletal diseases within 6 hours were the most, but in the case of patients who had respiratory diseases, most of them were visited within 48 hours. Acting and herb-med treatment(77.9%) were the most in medical treatments. Pediatric patients(69.0%) who didn't revisit in this hospital after treatment in emergency room were more than who revisited(29.9%). Conclusions Pediatric patients who visited in emergency room of oriental medical hospital were most not acute form of a serious diseases, patients most visited in disease prefer to oriental medicine; such as dyspepsia, convulsions, crying, ankle sprain. Further studies will be needed for the actual circumstance's reflecion from this hospital and other oriental hospitals nearby or other western emergency rooms for the accurate studies.
Purpose: This study was conducted to develop case-based self-learning multimedia contents for preventing malpractice that frequently occurred among nurses working in the operating room. Methods: Based on the learning needs of operating room nurses, real case reports, and literature reviews, the case-based multimedia learning contents were developed according to the instructional design procedure. The assessment of learning needs was performed by the combination of surveys using structured questionnaire and of interviews for 40 operating room nurses. Results: The learning contents included four learning modules with real malpractice cases from the areas of operating preparation, nursing skills during operation, environmental management of operating room, and patient safety and observation-related. The 80 minute long case-based multimedia learning contents were finally developed after content validity tests from clinical experts. Each module contained photos, sounds and flash animation with voice recording on the contents of nursing error cases and standardized protocols. Conclusion: The developed multimedia learning contents based on real error cases in this study can be utilized as an educational hands-on training materials for nurses to prevent malpractice in the operating room.
Objectives: This study aims at decreasing spatial dose rate through work improvement whilst spatial dose rate is the cause of increasing personal exposure dose which occurs in the process of handling radioisotope. Methods: From February 2013 until July 2013, divided into "before" and "after" the improvement, spatial dose rate in laboratory of nuclear medicine was measured in gamma image room, PET/CT-1 image room, and PET/CT-2 image room as its locations. The measurement time was 08:00, 12:00 and 17:00, and SPSS 21.0 USA was opted for its statistical analysis. Result: The spatial dose rate at distribution worktable, injection table, the entrance to the distribution room, and radioisotope storage box, which had showed high spatial dose rate, decreased by more than 43.7% a monthly average. The distribution worktable, that had showed the highest spatial dose rate in PET/CT-1 image room, dropped the rate to 42.3% as of July. The injection table and distribution worktable in the PET/CT-2 image room also showed the decline of spatial dose rate to 89% and 64.4%, respectively. Conclusion: By improving distribution process and introducing proper radiation shielding material, we were able to drop the spatial dose rate substantially at distribution worktable, injection table, and nuclide storage box. However, taking into account of steadily increasing amount of radioisotope used, strengthening radiation related regulations, and safe utilization of radioisotope, the process of system improvement needs to be maintained through continuous monitoring.

In this paper, the magnetically shielded room for low magnetic field shielding is designed and measured by fabricated. The size of magnetically shielded room was 3.0[m](W)$\times$3.0[m](L)$\times$3.0[m](H) to enter the industrial measuring instruments and analyzed DC and AC shielding characteristics of magnetic materials with a high permeability and AC shielding characteristics by eddy current of conductive materials. As a results, shielded room dimensions were obtained. To verify the analysis results, magnetically shielded room is fabricated and the calculated results are compared with the measured results. The Measured results show good agreement with calculated results. According to measurements, 5 times of 0.1[Hz] and 86 times of 60[Hz] is achieved at low frequency. The fabricated shielding room can be used as the magnetically shielding room for low magnetic field shielding.

The purpose of this study is not only to provide students in the fishery high schools with source materials and opportunity, but also to contribute to a comprehensive development in educational program of the fishery high schools. It investigated various factors of aquarium related 6 new occupations : job contents, educational-level for job performance, training period, worker's capacity, the degree of physical activity, working place, and working environment. First, the work intensity is a normal work. The physical activities such as crawling, bending, accurately seeing a nearby thing and using hands are frequently used. The work is mainly conducted inside a room. The condition for a work environment is very moist and humid. Second, the work intensity is a light work. In order to see the effects of talker sidetone on a talker's speech level quantitatively when he converses with others on a telephone, we reviewed the measuring algorithm of speech level and assessed variation of speech level due to that of sidetone masking rating(STMR). We measured room noise effects on speech level, when STMR values were changed, as well. If we consider the effects of talker sidetone and room noise on speech level, the results of experiments suggest that a talker continuously tries to keep the psychological loudness of his own speech, heard by himeself via a telephone handset, at the constant and comfortable level by controlling his speaking level according as STMR value and room noise are change. That is, because the amount of his speech masked by his talker sidetone and room noise is different when STMR value and room noise are changed, we can see the tendency that he controls his speaking level in order to keep the perceived psychological loudness of his own speech to be constant.
The purpose of this study is getting information for making a plan of immigrant workers in Korea. As a first step to suggest plans for immigrant workers who have multi-cultural background, this study investigated to the domestic living of Koreans(ChoSun-Tribe) of Gillim province in China. For this, usage of domestic space questionnaire were used. Results of the research were as follows. 1. The most popular LDK type was the one which kitchen was separated from living room and dining room. Most of them thought that kitchen and living room have to be separated. 2. There was no plan for laundry room specially and most houses have a washing machine in the bathroom. Most houses didn't install a bathtub in the bathroom and they didn't think that it was indispensable. 3. It was estimated that they used a living room as a multi-purpose room for the family but used a master bedroom for its own purpose. 4. They used a table and chair for meals normally but they took meals sitting on the floor with a large family or guest. 5.All of them took off the shoes inside of the house for hygienic reason. There was no plan for the space to take on-off shoes in most houses and they just put the mat on the floor for it. 6. Modified Ondol system which use water pipe under the floor was popular in apartment while most detached houses had traditional Ondol system. The satisfaction about Ondol system was very high compared to other ones and also Ondol system was the most desirable one for ChoSun-Tribe.

In this study, in order to suggest the design method for supports in the room-and-pillar underground structure, the case study was carried out. In the case study, shape of rock pillar and room was mainly considered. From the analysis, a displacement at the roof, the maximum principle stress and plastic state were examined. To optimize variables in the case study, cases from the Seoul metro station were analyzed, then a target depth of the underground structure and ground conditions were determined. And the height of rock pillar and room were chosen from the assumed purpose of underground space, i.e. living/office and warehouse. Total cases of analysis was 180 cases including 3 types of ground condition, 5 types of rock pillar and 6 types of roof span. It is expected that results from analysis can be used to determine the installation of support in room-and-pillar underground structure with stability, utilization efficiency of underground space and applicability of vehicles.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of treatment temperature and time on the, of easy-care and strength properties of the wet fixation processed rayon fabrics. Viscose rayon fabrics were treated with mixed resins of melamine formaldehyde (MF) and DMDHEU by one bath and two bath wet fixation processes. The MF/DMDHEU mixed resin concentrations were 50/100, 50/150, 100/100 and 100/150(g/1). Magnasium chloride was used as a catalyst. The wet fixation conditions were 24hrs at room temperature,20 mins at $75^{\circ}C$ and 5 mins at $105^{\circ}C$ Wet fixation processed fabrics did not show the difference in the resin add-one, DP ratings and wrinkle recovery angles by the different treatment temperatures and times. DP ratings were in the order of $105^{\circ}C>75^{\circ}C>room$ temp, in one bath and two bath wet fixation. Breaking and tearing strength of one bath processed fabrics showed in the order of $75^{\circ}C>room\;temp>105^{\circ}C$ The breaking strength of two bath processed fabrics showed in the order of $105^{\circ}C>75^{\circ}C>room$ temp. Tearing strength showed in the order of $75^{\circ}c>105^{\circ}C>room$ temp. Abrasion resistances were in the order of $75^{\circ}C>105^{\circ}C>room$ temp. in one bath and two bath processes.
The purpose of this study was to suggest optimum guidelines apartment rooms by conducing survey among residence whose apartment floor size is between $66-198m^2$ and whose apartment is less than 3 years old. The effective numbers of survey questionnaire turned in was 226 and the survey analysis has been made by using of SPSS WIN 12.0. The results and conclusion of the studies are as follows; (1) $66{\sim}98m^2$ : The recommended numbers of bedroom is 2 and 3. The size of maser bedroom needs to be decreased whereas the size of living room be increased. (2) $99-131m^2$: The recommended numbers of bedroom is 3 and 4. The size of maser bedroom and maser bathroom needs to be decreased whereas the size of living room, 2nd bedroom, kitchen and dining room needs to be increased. (3) $132-164m^2$: The recommended numbers of bedroom is 3 and 4. The size of maser bedroom and bathroom needs to be decreased whereas the size of dress room, kitchen and dining room, and 2nd bedroom needs to be increased. (4) $165-197m^2$: The recommended numbers of bedroom is 3 and 4. The size of maser bedroom and maser bathroom needs to be decreased and the size of dressroom and kitchen /dinning room needs to be increased. (5) $198m^2$ and above: the recommended numbers of bedroom is 3,4 and 5. The size of dressroom needs to be increased. It is revealed that the number of bedroom doesn't need to be increased as the size of apartment is increased. Larger space is required for the public space for the family and dressroom. And smaller space is required for the maser bedroom and master bathroom.
