본 연구는 사용자의 시지각 프로세스에 대한 분석을 통해 시선추적 과정을 이해하고, 인간의 정보처리 모델을 기반으로 휴리스틱 가이드라인을 도출하여, 실무에서 적용할 수 있는 인터페이스 디자인의 일반적인 원리를 발견하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 인간의 시각 특성을 이용한 시선추적 시스템을 실험에 적용하여, 상향처리와 하향처리의 시지각 프로세스를 파악하고 인간의 정보처리 모델을 근거로 디자인을 위한 적용점을 분석하였다. 사례 연구로 인터랙티브 미디어를 실험하여 시선의 동선 및 고정점을 통해 사용자의 관심을 확인하고, 사용자의 인지과정을 이해하기 위한 단서를 효과적으로 얻을 수 있었다 그리고, 인간 행위의 각 단계와 정보처리 모델을 기반으로 다섯 가지의 휴리스틱 가이드라인을 도출하였으며, 이를 통하여 디자인 실무에서 직접 적용할 수 있는 인터페이스 디자인의 일반적인 원칙을 발견할 수 있었다.

This paper is to introduce guidelines for standardization and document management. International standards such as ISO/IEC Guide 2, IEC 82045-1, ISO/IEC Guide 72 are considered. This study is to discuss standardization and related activities, and principles and methods for document management, and guidelines for the justification and development of management system standards.

The Practical Guide of Technology Valuation (the guide) by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Energy is dominant in technology valuation in the public sector in Korea. The guide was released in 2011 and revised every three years. However, there are several guidelines or manuals for technology valuation issued by other agencies under different ministries. This paper compares the several guidelines for technology valuation and figures out the similarity and differences, from the view of the US and international standards of valuation. The first aspect found is that the guide is evolving toward the basic principles of valuation. Second, all the guidelines should comply with the guide but have sector-specific characteristics in methods, variables and data. Third, although the guide recommends only two valuation methods, some guidelines introduce various other methods. Fourth, the methods are still too complex and having unnecessary ingredients. Finally, this paper suggests further development of the guide and other guidelines.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has already penetrated deeply into our daily lives, and we live with the convenience of it anytime, anywhere, and sometimes even without us noticing it. However, because AI is imitative intelligence based on human Intelligence, it inevitably has both good and evil sides of humans, which is why ethical principles are essential. The starting point of this study is the AI principles for companies or organizations to develop products. Since the late 2010s, studies on ethics and principles of AI have been actively published. This study focused on AI principles declared by global companies currently developing various products through AI technology. So, we surveyed the AI principles of the Global 500 companies by market capitalization at a given specific time and collected the AI principles explicitly declared by 46 of them. AI analysis technology primarily analyzed this text data, especially LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) topic modeling, which belongs to Machine Learning (ML) analysis technology. Then, we conducted a Delphi technique to reach a meaningful consensus by presenting the primary analysis results. We expect to provide meaningful guidelines in AI-related government policy establishment, corporate ethics declarations, and academic research, where debates on AI ethics and principles often occur recently based on the results of our study.

The purpose of reproductive toxicity studies is to evaluate all effects resulting from paternal or maternal exposure that interfere with conception, development, birth, and maturation of offspring. In 1966, the US Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) published guidelines for a three-segment study for drug testing to examine adverse effects on fertility and pregnancy. Three segments were proposed: Segment I, Study of Fertility and General Reproductive Performance, to provide information on breeding, fertility, nidation, parturition, neonatal effects and lactation: Segment II, Teratological study, to provide information on embryo toxicity and teratogenicity: and Segment III. perinatal and Postnatal Study, to provide information on late fetal development, labour and delivery, neonatal viability, and growth and lactation. The classic guideline is still used to this day with only monor modification throughout the world. In the present review, the principles and methods of reproductive toxicity studies are discussed with special attention given to scientific issues.

이 연구는 국내외의 어린이서비스 가이드라인을 탐색하여 공공도서관 어린이 서비스에서 지향하는 핵심 가치와 서비스의 기본 원칙을 제시하였다. 우리나라의 도서관기준에 포함되어 있는 어린이 서비스 관련 내용을 비롯하여 국제도서관연맹의 어린이 서비스 가이드라인을 살펴보았으며, 영국, 미국, 캐나다. 호주 등의 다양한 어린이 서비스 가이드라인의 형식과 내용을 면밀히 검토하였다. 이를 통해 우리나라 공공도서관 어린이 서비스에 반영되어야 하는 핵심적인 가치와 운영의 기본 원칙을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 변화하는 연구 환경에 맞춘 국내 대학의 연구윤리지침의 방향성을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내외 연구윤리지침과 연구진실성 관련 원칙을 분석해 연구데이터 관리와 연구진실성 간 연관성을 파악하였으며 해외 연구전문대학의 연구데이터 관련 지침 현황을 확인하였다. 이러한 분석 결과와 국내 4년제 대학 204개교를 대상으로 대학 연구윤리지침에서 나타난 "연구데이터" 관련 내용의 통계 결과를 비교해 본 연구는 국가 차원의 연구윤리지침인 연구윤리 확보를 위한 지침과 각 대학의 연구윤리지침의 연구데이터 관련 측면에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다.

Identity of the place where the physical location and time and spatial context, and is structured as socially agreed symbols to build a consistent image, while fraught with Differentiation can be achieved through integration. And discrimination and the practical and effective deployment of an integrated image to be useful as a guide for the top design 'Design Guidelines' are, The findings, where the identity used to establish guidelines for the design for the following conclusions can be drawn. First, of public space design guidelines agreed upon by the public and social identity as the basis to establish a new identity as a contemporary and practical plan for this is to provide guidance. Second, the design guidelines in principle, the physical elements and activities of the parent and the temporal and spatial context and meaning were overridden. Third, the horizontal axis with respect to the identity and principles to guide development in the detail, and the vertical axis as a place to build an image in order for the specific design items are listed. Fourth, the guidelines can set a specific motif, and coverage including identity of the place. Fifth, by applying image and schematic the identity can be Implemented effectively and clearly. Without interfering with the designer's creativity and implement new image of the place, Design guidelines should study how a reasonable instructions.

본 연구는 현상설계제도의 운영 개선과 설계의 질적 제고를 위해 지침과 출품작의 내용관계를 상호 비교한 것이다. 연구대상 환경은 서울 외곽 그린벨트에서 최근 이루어진 항동 보금자리주택지구 조경현상설계로서, 그 설계지침과 이에 상응되는 입상작 3점의 내용관계를 비판적 안목에서 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 설계의 단초를 형성하는 원론 및 개념화 단계지침에서 작품의 전개방향을 미리 규정하는 측면이 다수 발견되었으며, 지침구성에 있어서도 내용적 가이드라인과 표현에 관한 지침이 비위계적으로 혼재하고 있었다. 지침의 이러한 구조양상은 응모안의 내용형식과 다음과 같이 연결된다. 즉, 설계전개방향과 관련된 지침이 지나치게 규정적이고 그 분량이 많아, 설계관점이 전체적으로 획일화되는 경향을 야기하고 있다. 이러한 점은 동시대의 가치를 반영하는 것처럼 보이는 현상설계 출품작에서 대안적 변화의 가능성을 읽기 어려운 까닭이 된다. 아울러 작품의 변별적 우수성을 드러내야 하는 현상설계의 속성상, 네이밍(naming)에 편승케하여 의미의 과잉을 야기하는 요인으로도 작용하고 있었다. 반면, 이와 대조적으로, 설계의 자율성이 보장되거나 심지어 당해 지침이 결여된 상태에서 응모안의 내용적 차별성과 변별성이 드러나고 있었다. 이러한 점은 현상설계 발주 당시 대상지의 여건과 환경특성, 그리고 요구되는 목표 등을 보다 면밀하게 감안하는 별도의 노력을 통해 지침의 내용과 구조형식이 마련되어야 할 것이라는 점을 잘 보여준다.

The user interface (UI) is the part of the systems that users can see, hear and feel. That means, a user can interact with the systems through the user interface. Effective user interfaces create positive feelings of success and competence. In addition, they enable users to concentrate on their work, exploration, or pleasure. The German word "Gestalt" means "whole" as well as a figure or a shape. A comprehensive information systems (IS) literature review found that there has been little empirical evidence on the Gestalt principles in UIs that affect online users' perceived usability in a Web context. Therefore, the goals of this study are to 1) examine the relationships between Gestalt principles in UIs and online users' perceived usability in a Web context and 2) come up with design guidelines to enhance user success. Using a survey, this study explored the relationships between Gestalt principles used in six Web sites and 17 aspects of usability. The results showed that in terms of 16 aspects of usability, there are significant differences among the UIs that have different levels of Gestalt principles. In practice, online stores may use these findings to improve their Web pages. Specifically, the sixteen usability attributes can be used to check whether online stores' Web pages meet customers' user interface quality expectations.
