플라즈마 에칭 및 $PdCl_2/SnCl_2$ 촉매조건이 무전해 동도금 피막의 성능에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Plasma Etching and $PdCl_2/SnCl_2$ Catalyzation on the Performance of Electroless Plated Copper Layer)

  • Cu/PET film composites were prepared by electroless copper plating method. In order to improve adhesion between electroless plated Cu layer and polyester (PET) film, the effect of pretreatment conditions such as etching method, mixed catalyst composition were investigated. Chemical etching and plasma treatment increased surface roughness in decreasing order of Ar>HCl>O$_2$>NH$_3$. However, adhesion of Cu layer on PET film increased in the following order: $O_2$<Ar<HCl<NH$_3$. It indicated that appropriate surface roughness and introduction of affinitive functional group with Pd were key factors of improving adhesion of Cu layer. PET film was more finely etched by HCI tolution, resulting in an improvement in adhesion between Cu layer and PET film. Plasma treatment with NH$_3$produced nitrogen atoms on PET film, which enhances chemisorption of Pd$^{2+}$ on PET film, resulting in improved adhesion and shielding effectiveness of Cu layer deposited on the Pd catalyzed surface. Surface morphology of Cu plated PET film revealed that Pd/Sn colloidal particles became more evenly distributed in the smaller size by increasing the molar ratio of PdCl$_2$; SnCl$_2$from 1 : 4 to 1 : 16. With increasing the molar ratio of mixed catalyst, adhesion and shielding effectiveness of Cu plated PET film were increased.d.

  • Block copolymers of the general formula $[(-CO-R'-CO-HN-Ar-NH-CO-R'-CO)_xNH(CH_2)_3-(Me_2SiO)_y(CH_2)_3NH_2]_n$, [n=18.00 to 1175.0] where $R'=CH_2CH(CH_2GeCl_3)$;$CH_2CHGeCl_3CH_2$; and $Ar=-C_6H_4$;$-(o.CH_3C_6H_4)_2$;$-o.CH_3OC_6H_4)_2$;$-(o.CH_3C_6H_4)$ were prepared by a polycondensation reaction of polyamide containing a pendant trichlorogermyl group and terminal acid chloride $Cl(-CO-R'-CO-NH-Ar-NH-CO-R'-CO-)_xCl$ with aminopropyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane $H_2N(CH_2)_3(Me_2SiO)_y-(CH_2)_3NH_2]$, (PDMS). These polymers were characterized by elemental analysis, $T_g$, FT-IR, $^1H$-NMR, solid state $^{13}C$-NMR, and molecular weight determination. The thermal stability of these copolymers was examined using thermal analysis techniques, such as TGA and DSC. Their molecular weights as determined by laser light scattering technique ranged $5.13{\times}10^5$ to $331{\times}10^5\;g/mol$. These polymers display their $T_g$ in the range of 337 to $393^{\circ}C$ with an average decomposition temperature at $582^{\circ}C$.

  • Compound III and IV were formed from I and II with $NH_{2}(CH_{2})_{3}NH_{2}$ respectively. Reduction of I with $LiAlH_{4}$ bollowed by $PoCl_{3}$ treatment affored VIII. Compound VI which was asumed by IR-data were obtained by treatment of $NH_{2}NH_{2}$ upon I or V.

  • Methylammonium lead bromide ($MAPbBr_3$) has attracted a lot of attention due to their excellent optoelectronic properties such as the compositional flexibility relevant to photoluminescence (PL) and UV-Vis absorbance spectrum, high diffusion length, and photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY). Despite such advantages of organic-inorganic perovskite materials, more systematic study on manipulation of their optoelectronic properties in homo- or heterovalent metal ions doped halide perovskite nanocrystals is lacking. In this study, we systematically investigated the optical properties of colloidal $CH_3NH_3Pb_{1-x}Sn_xCl_{2x}Br_{3-2x}$ particles by addition of $SnCl_2$ into the typical methylammonium lead tribromide ($CH_3NH_3PbBr_3$) precursor solution. We found that only 1% addition of $SnCl_2$ shows a significant blue-shift from 540 nm to 420 nm in UV-Vis absorbance spectrum due to the strong quantum confinement effect. Furthermore, continuous blue-shift in photoluminescence spectra was observed as the amount of Cl increases. These experimental results provide new insights into the replacement of Pb within $MAPbBr_3$, required for the broadening of their application.

클로라민의 소독특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Chloramination as an Alternative Disinfectant in Drinking Water)

  • This study was carried to investigate the characteristics of chloramination as a disinfection in drinking water distribution system. The raw water comes from midstream of Han river. In the range of pH 6~8, preformed chloramine of $Cl_2/NH_3-N$ ratio 5:1 had the HPC inactivation of more than 99% with lower pH and shorter contact time and available chloramine residual was decreased a little. In the chloramines of $Cl_2/NH_3-N$ ratio 3:1~5:1, the higher $Cl_2/NH_3-N$ ratio, the much inactivation of HPC was increased, but as contact time was longer, HPC inactivation of $Cl_2/NH_3-N$ ratio 3:1~5:1 were equaled. Bactericidal activity of three chlorine and postammoniation was influenced by free available chlorine completely and that of preammoniation was as follows : free chlorine ${\fallingdotseq}$ postammoniation>preammoniation>preformed chloramine.

Synthesis and Characterization of the Layered Type $(C_nH_{2n+1}NH_3)_2PbCl_4$ System

  • Layered $K_2NiF_4$type ($C_nH_{2n+1}NH_3)_2PbCl_4$(n=6, 8 and 10) system, or alkylammonium tetrachloroplumbate compound, has been synthesized from $PbCl_2$ and $C_nH_{2n+1}NH_3Cl$ solutions under argon ambient pressure for 12hrs at $90^{\circ}C$. The crystal structure of the compound has been analyzed using X-ray powder diffaction in the range of $5^{\circ}{\leq}2{\theta}{\leq}55^{\circ}$, and all samples assigned to an orthorhombic system. Local distances of the Pb-Cl bond have been determined by Pb $L_{III}$-edge extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) spectroscopy. The vibration modes of alkylammonium chains and the absorpton peaks of an excition have been examined by FT-IR and UV-Vis. reflectance spectra, respectively. The phase transition temperatures of the compounds have been studied by using DSC. According to the thermal analysis, two phase transition temperatures have been observed in the compositons of n=8 and 10.

Clostridium ljungdahlii 배양에서 배지 조성에 따른 균주 성장과 바이오에탄올 생산에 대한 영향 (Effect of Medium Composition on Cell Growth and Bioethanol Production in Clostridium ljungdahlii Culture)

  • 무기탄소원으로부터 에탄올을 생산하는 acetogenic 박테리아인 Clostridium ljungdahlii 발효공정에서 배양 배지 조성에 따른 영향을 분석하여 균주 성장과 에탄올 생산 향상을 시도하였다. 균주 성장 및 에탄올 생산에 영향을 줄 수 있는 배지 구성성분으로 yeast extract, fructose, $NH_4Cl$, $K_2HPO_4$를 선정하였다. Yeast extract 농도가 증가할수록 균주 성장과 에탄올 생산이 증가하였으며 에탄올 비생산성은 yeast extract 기본 배지 농도보다 낮은 0.05 g/L에서 가장 높았다. Fructose 농도가 증가할수록 균주 성장은 증가하였지만 5 g/L을 초과하는 fructose 투입은 에탄올 생산을 감소시켰다. Yeast extract 5 g/L인 조건에서 fructose 5 g/L와 넣었을 때 에탄올 생산농도가 0.297 g/L로 가장 높았으나, fructose를 넣지 않았을 때 매우 낮은 균주 농도로 인해 에탄올 비생산성은 0.281 g/g DCW로 높았다. $NH_4Cl$은 균주 성장이나 에탄올 생산은 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으며 30 g/L 이상 과다 투입하면 성장저해가 나타났다. $K_2HPO_4$에 대해서는 농도가 증가할수록 균주 성장과 에탄올 생산이 모두 증가하였다. $NH_4Cl$$K_2HPO_4$를 사용한 경우 에탄올 비생산성은 yeast extract를 적게 사용한 경우 크게 나타났다.

백금착물 (II) 의 항암성에 관한 분자궤도론적 해석 (제1보) (MO Interpretation for Anticancer Activity of Pt-complexes)

  • 본 연구에서는 백금착물, $[PtA_2Cl_2]\;(A:\;NH_3$ 및 en과 그 유도체)형의 항암성 메카니즘의 첫 단계에서 두 개의 염소 원자가 분리된다고 가정하고 이 분리의 용이성을 Extended Huckel법에 의해서 양자화학적 양을 조사하였다. 백금착물의 전체에너지가 높을수록, Pt의 d-전자의 전이가 용이할수록, Cl의 net charge의 (-)값이 클수록, Pt-Cl사이의 Cl의 이탈이 용이하여진다고 생각된다. 그리고 실험적으로 항암성이 있다고 보고된 Pt(II)착물에서 Cl의 이탈용이도가 컸다. 따라서 $PtLCl_2$형 항암제(L:NH$_3$, en)$에서 항암작용의 첫 단계로서 Cl의 해리과정이 중요하다고 예측된다.

Enhanced Photovoltaic Performance of Perovskite Solar Cells by Copper Chloride (CuCl2) as an Additive in Single Solvent Perovskite Precursor

  • In this letter, we have introduced copper chloride ($CuCl_2$) as an additive in the $CH_3NH_3PbI_3$ precursor solution to improve the surface morphology and crystallinity of $CH_3NH_3PbI_3$ films in a single solvent system. Our optimized perovskite solar cells (PSCs) with 2.5 mol% $CuCl_2$ additive showed best power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 15.22%. The PCE of the PSCs fabricated by $CuCl_2$ (2.5 mol%) additive engineering was 56% higher than the PSC fabricated with pristine $CH_3NH_3PbI_3$.

Zn2SiO4:Mn,Al 녹색 형광체의 제조와 발광특성 (Preparation and Luminescent Properties of Zn2SiO4:Mn,Al Green Phosphors)

  • [ $Zn_2SiO_4:Mn$ ] green phosphors doped with $NH_4Cl$ and Al for PDP were synthesized by solid state reaction method. The luminescence of 532 nm in $Zn_2SiO_4:Mn$ phosphors was associated with $^4T_1{\to}^6A_1$ transition. Photoluminescence intensity of $Zn_2SiO_4:Mn$ doped with $NH_4Cl$ 15 mol% increased about two times as compared with that of $NH_4Cl$ non-doped sample. The color of the emission of Al-doped $Zn_2SiO_4:Mn$ phosphors changed to yellowish green.
