ATM ABR의 공평성들을 위한 새로운 스케쥴링 알고리즘 (New Scheduling Algorithm for Fairness Criteria of ATM ABR)

  • WRR 스케줄링 알고리즘은 계산의 단순성과 저 비용 구현의 장점을 가지고 있어서 고속 패킷 스위칭 네트워크에서 널리 쓰이고 있지만 버스티한 트래픽에 대해서는 입력 트래픽을 일정 비율로 스케쥴링하기 때문에 효율성이 낮다는 문제점이 있다. 또한, WRR 알고리즘은 ABR 서비스 클래스의 공정성 기준인 MCR plus equal share와 Maximum of MCR or Max-Min share 공평성을 만족시키지 못한다. 또한 Nabeshima et al의 기법은 여분 대역에 대한 weight 값을 보정하지 않고 RR 방식으로 각 VC에 할당을 해주기 때문에 네트워크의 변화에 신속하게 적응하지 못할 뿐 만 아니라 대역폭을 효율적으로 이용하지 못한다. 따라서 ABR 서비스를 위한 공평성 기준을 만족시키고 빠르게 적응할 수 있는 스케줄링 알고리즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ABR 서비스를 위한 6가지 공평성 기준들 중 MCR plus equal share와 Maximum of MCR or Max-Min share 두 기준을 만족시키는 스케줄링 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘이 공평성 기준을 만족시키고, 네트워크 자원을 각 ABR VC들에게 신속하고 공평하게 할당해 주는지를 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 WRR, Nabeshima et al 알고리즘들과 비교, 분석한다.

전부도재수복물을 위한 수종의 코어 세라믹의 반투명도 및 색 안정성 (Translucency and Color Stability of Various Core Ceramics for All-Ceramic Restoration)

  • Purpose: This investigation was designed to determine the translucency and color stability of various core ceramics for all-ceramic restoration using the CIE $L^*a^*b^*$ system. Material and Methods: IPS e.max Press ceramic(Ivoclar-Vivadent, Liechtenstein), $LAVA^{TM}$ All Ceramic(3M-Espe, Germany), Cercon Smart Ceramic(Dentsply, Germany), and Z-match Ceramic(DentAim, Korea) were used for this study. For the specimens of zirconia oxide ceramics, the as-sintered cylindrical blanks($11.0{\times}25.0mm$) were machined into the shape of a disk(0.4, 0.8, 1.5 mm in thickness, 10 mm in diameters) with a diamond grind machine. The IPS e.max Press specimens ($0.8{\times}10mm$) were fabricated using the "lost wax" technique. CIE $L^*a^*b^*$ coordinates and light transmission were recorded for each specimen with a spectrophotometer(CM-2600d, Minolta, Japan). Color differences were calculated using the equation, ${\Delta}E^*ab=[({\Delta}L^*)2+({\Delta}a^*)2+({\Delta}b^*)2]1/2$. Results: The results were obtained as follows: 1. The most translucent group was IPS e.max Press ceramic that is a glass-ceramic, and $Lava^{TM}$ and Z-match ceramic were more translucent than Cercon Smart ceramic in zirconia ceramic group. 2. In the all groups, there was no significant translucent change after 6 times heat-treatments required to make a final restoration. 3. Colored zirconia was showed more yellowish and dark than uncolored zirconia. 4. After heat-pressing, IPS e.max Press ceramic was showed high ${\Delta}E^*ab$ value(4.1 of eM1, 6.8 of eM2) that means to be more whiter than before heat-pressing. However, there was no color change after additive heat treatments for final restoration. 5. In the colored zirconia groups, there was no significant color change after some heat-treatments required to make a final restoration.

디지털 서명을 위한 고속 RSA 암호 시스템의 설계 및 FPGA 구현 (Design and FPGA Implementation of a High-Speed RSA Algorithm for Digital Signature)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 Montgomery 알고리듬을 개선한 고속 모듈러 곱셈 알고리듬을 제안하고, 이를 기본으로 하여 디지털 서명에 적용 가능한 1024비트 RSA 암호 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 기술한다. 제안된 방법은 부분합 계산시 단지 1번지의 덧셈 연산이 필요하지만, 기존 Montgomery 알고리듬에서는 2번의 덧셈연산이 요구되므로 기존 방법에 비해 계산 속도가 빠르며, 하드웨어 면적도 매우 감소된다. 제안된 RSA 암호 시스템은 VHDL(VHSIC Hardware Description Language)을 이용하여 모델링하였고, $Synopsys^{TM}$사의 Design Analyzer를 이용하여 논리합성(Altera 10K lib. 이용)을 수행하였다. 또한, FPGA 구현을 위하여 Altera MAX+PLUS II상에서 타이밍 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 실험을 통하여 제안된 방법은 계산 속도가 매우 빠르며, 하드웨어 면적도 매우 감소함을 확인하였다.

Bioavailability Test of TestoTM Tablets (Methyltestosterone, 25 mg) in Male Healthy Volunteers by a Gas-chromatography/Mass Selective Detector

  • A simple and specific method for determination of methyltestosterone (MT) has been established by a gas chromatography/mass selective detector and applied in plasma of healthy male volunteers received a single oral dose of 50 mg MT $(Testo^{TM}\;tablets,\;25\;mg)$ for bioavailability test. This method involves using liquid-liquid extraction of the sample with diethyl ether and derivatization with MSTFA. MT showed good resolution in this condition. The detection limit of quantitation was 5 ng/ml. A good linearity (r>0.996) was obtained at the range of 5-250 ng/ml of MT. Intra-day precision and accuracy were 2.76-12.56% and 0.39-8.01 %, and inter-day precision and accuracy were 2.29-17.69% and 0.42-7.99%, respectively. The established method was applied on bioavailability test of MT in human volunteers. The value of $AUC_{0\;to\;last}$ to last was $264.5{\pm}123.9\;ng{\cdot}hr/ml$ and that of $AUC_{0\;to\;inf}$ was determined to be $275.2{\pm}126.5\;ng{\cdot}hr/ml$. The values of $C_{max}$ and $T_{max}$ were $95.9{\pm}67.1\;ng/ml$ and $1.13{\pm}0.9\;hr$, respectively. The mean elimination half-life $(t_{1/2})$ was $4.4{\pm}0.9\;hr$. This analytical method is suitable and useful for the pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence studies of MT.

고속 페이징 시스템을 위한 FLEX 프로토콜 신호처리기의 구현 (Implementation of a FLEX Protocol Signal Processor for High Speed Paging System)

  • 본 논문은 휴대용 고속 페이징 시스템을 위한 FLEXTM 프로토콜 신호 처리기의 설계 및 FPGA 구현에 관한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 A/D 변환기의 입력 단에서 수신된 interleaved 4-level 비트 심볼 데이터의 동기를 위한 심볼 동기 알고리듬과 (31,21)BCH 부호에 대해 실시간 2중 오류정정이 가능한 개선된 복호 알고리듬을 제안한다. 설계된 프로토콜 신호처리기는 6개의 기능 모듈로 구성되어 있으며, 각 모듈은 VHDL(VHSIC Hardware Description Language)로 모델링을 행하였다. 제안된 프로토콜 신호기는 Axil-320 워크스테이션 상에서 Synopsys/sup TM/툴을 이용하여 기능 시뮬레이션 및 논리합성(Altera 10K 라이브러리 이용)을 수행하였다. 논리합성 결과 전체 셀의 수는 약 2,631이었다 또한, 설계된 FPGA 칩의 설계검증을 위하여 Altera MAX+ PLUS Ⅱ 상에서 타이밍 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. PCB 상에서 testbed를 구축한 후, Logic Analyzer를 이용하여 제작된 FPGA 칩의 동작상태를 확인하였고, 실험을 통하여 제작된 칩이 정확히 동작함을 확인하였다.

높은 $f_{max}$ 를 갖는 InGaAs/InAlAs MHEMT 의 Pad 설계 (Modification of CPW Pad Design for High fmax InGaAs/InAlAs Metamorphic High Electron Mobility Transistors)

  • In this paper, we have performed a study that modifies the CPW Pad configurations to improve an $f_{max}$ characteristic of metamorphic HEMT. To analyze the CPW Pad structures of MHEMT, we use the ADS momentum simulator developed by $Agilent^{TM}$. Comparing the employed structure (G/W = 40/100 m), the optimized structure (G/W = 20/25 m) of CPW MHEMT shows the increased $S_{21}$ by 2.5 dB, which is one of the dominant parameters influencing the $f_{max}$ of MHEMT. To compare the performances of optimized MHEMT with the employed MHEMT, DC and RF characteristics of the fabricated MHEMT were measured. In the case of optimized CPW MHEMT, the measured saturated drain current density and transconductance $(g_m)$ were 693 mA/mm and 647 mS/mm, respectively. RF measurements were performed in a frequency range of $0.1{\sim}110$ GHz. A high $S_{21}$ gain of 5.5 dB is shown at a millimeter-wave frequency of 110 GHz. Two kinds of RF gains, $h_{21}$ and maximum available gain (MAG), versus the frequency, and a cut-off frequency ($f_t$) of ${\sim}154$ GHz and a maximum frequency of oscillation ($f_{max}$) of ${\sim}358$ GHz are obtained, respectively, from the extrapolation of the RF gains for a device biased at a peak transconductance. An optimized CPW MHEMT structure is one of the first reports among fabricated 0.1 m gate length MHEMTs.

세파클러 캅셀제에 대한 생물학적 동등성 평가 (Bioequivalence of Cefaclor Capsules Following Single Dose Administration to Healthy Male Volunteers)

  • Cefaclor is a second generation cephalosporin antibiotic that shows a potent antibacterial activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, when it is orally administered. Due to its patent expiration, a number of generic drugs have been marketed, but not yet elucidated to ensure therapeutic equivalence. In this study, cefaclor capsules manufactured by Chong Kun Dang were bioequivallently assessed by comparing with $Ceclor^{TM}$ introduced originally by Daewoong Lilly. A total of 16 healthy male volunteers were evaluated in a randomized crossover manner with a 2-week washout period. Concentrations of cefaclor in plasma were measured upto 6 hours following a single oral administration of two capsules (500 mg of cefaclor) by high-performance liquid chromatography with UV detection. Although the plasma concentration at 6 hours was not detected, the computed half-life of cefaclor was approximately 0.5 hours. The area under the concentration-vs-time curve from 0 to 4 hours $(AUC_{0-4h})$ was calculated by the trapezoidal summation method. The differences in mean values of $AUC_{0-4h}$, peak plasma concentration $(C_{max})$, and time to peak concentration $(T_{max})$ between the two products were $4.63\%,\;1.84\%,\;and\3.28\%$, respectively. The least significant differences at $\alpha4= 0.05 for $AUC_{0-4h},\;C_{max},\;and\;T_{max}\;were\;6,53\%,\;4.05\%,\;and\;6.47\%$, respectively. In conclusion, the test drug was bioequivalent with the reference drug.

Effect of Jaeumkanghwatang (JEKHT), a Polyherbal Formula on the Pharmacokinetics Profiles of Tamoxifen in Male SD Rats (1) - Single Oral Combination Treatment of Tamoxifen 50 mg/kg with JEKHT 100 mg/kg within 5 min -

  • Objectives: The objective of this study was to elucidate the effect of Jaeumkanghwatang (JEKHT) on the plasma concentration and pharmacokinetics of tamoxifen in combination therapy as a process of the comprehensive and integrative medicine against breast cancer. Methods: After 50 mg/kg of tamoxifen treatment, JEKHT 100 mg/kg was orally administered within 5 min. The plasma were collected at 30 min before administration, 30min, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 24 hrs after end of JEKHT treatment, and plasma concentrations of tamoxifen were analyzed using LC-MS/MS methods. PK parameters of tamoxifen ($T_{max}$, $C_{max}$, AUC, $t_{1/2}$ and $MRT_{inf}$) were analysis as compared with tamoxifen single administered rats. Results: JEKHT did not influenced on the plasma concentrations and pharmacokinetics of tamoxifen after single oral co-administration, within 5min except for some negligible effects on plasma concentration. The $T_{max}$, $C_{max}$, AUC, $t_{1/2}$ and $MRT_{inf}$ of tamoxifen in co-administered rats were quite similar to those of tamoxifen single treated rats. Conclusions: Based on the results of the present study, JEKHT did not influenced on the oral bioavailability of tamoxifen, when they were single co-administered within 5min. However, more detail pharmacokinetic studies should be tested to conclude the possibilities that can be used as comprehensive and integrative therapy with JEKHT and tamoxifen for breast cancers, when they were co-administered, like the effects on the pretreatment of JEKHT and after repeat co-administrations.

  • Nowdays CAE has been used for almost all injection molding designs in order to find the best injection conditions. Almost all CAE use 2-D mesh, but the CAE with 2-D mesh can't indicate such as jetting, flow-mark and filling imbalance in multi cavity mold. In this study, we suggested a new 3D meshing. the method which can indicate the filling imbalance in geometrically balanced runner system with Mold Flow MPI 6.1 and we found out that the calculation times are saved. As a feasibility study, we verified that Melt Flipper, RC Pin etc appeared the balanced filling behaviors. of geometrically balanced runner system and Melt Flipper, filling imbalance was indicated more accurately.

온주밀감의 과실 품질에 미치는 타이벡 멀칭 및 점적관수의 효과 (Effect of Tyvex Mulching and Trickle Irrigation on Fruit Quality in Satsuma Mandarin (Citrus unshiu Mark.))

  • 본 연구는 탱자에 접목한 온주밀감을 대상으로 멀칭 및 점적 관수 처리 시 과실의 내외부 형질에 미치는 수분 관계를 알아보고자 전기간 타이벡 멀칭구(WM), 멀칭 후 10월 22일부터 수확기까지 점적관수(MT) 그리고 무멀칭구(NM) 3그룹으로 나누어 시험하였다. 점적관수 기간 중 TM 내 토양수분함량은 평균적으로 WM 내의 수분함량보다 낮았다. 엽수분포텐셜(${\Psi}max$)은 멀칭 처리구에서 -1.5MPa에서 -2.5MPa까지 수준을 유지한 반면 관수로 인해 점진적으로 증가하였다. 사양 내 수분 및 삼투포텐셜은 건조에 의해 감소하였으나 멀칭 후 관수의 결과로 다시 증가했다. 과즙 내 가용성 고형물 함량은 건조에 의해 증가되었으나 건조 후 수분 공급에 의해 그 효과는 사라졌다. 적정 산함량은 건조에 의해 증가 하였으나 건조 후 관수에 의해 계속적으로 감소하여 1% 수준에 다다랐다. 총 가용성 고형물의 축적은 적극적 삼투조절에 따른 보상이며 감소된 산함량은 건조 후 관수에 의한 빠른 호흡과 수분 흡수의 결과임을 알 수 있었다.
