  • This note is concerned with the uniform $L^p$-continuity of solution for the stochastic differential equations under Lipschitz condition and linear growth condition. Furthermore, uniform $L^p$-continuity of the solution for the stochastic functional differential equation is given.

  • For D-WTP's sedimentation basin and distribution reservoir, and water tap the predictive models proposed tentatively herein included the models for estimating TTHM concentration in precipitated water, for treated water and for tap water, and the estimated correlation formula between treated water's TTHM concentration and tap water. As for TTHM-concentration predictive model in sedimentation water, the coefficient of determination is 0.866 for best-fitted short-term $DOC{\times}UV_{254}$ based Model (TTHM). As for $HAA_5$-concentration predictive model in sedimentation water, the coefficient of determination is 0.947 for the suitable $UV_{254}$-based model ($HAA_5$). In case of the predictive model in treated water, the coefficient of determination is 0.980 for best-fitted $DOC{\times}UV_{254}$ based model (TTHM) using coagulated waters, while the coefficient of determination is 0.983 for best-fitted $DOC{\times}UV_{254}$ based model ($HAA_5$) using coagulated waters, which described the $HAA_5$ concentration well. However, the predictive model for tap water could not be compatible with the one for treated water, only except for possibility inducing correlation formula for prediction, [i.e., the correlation formula between TTHM concentration and tap water was verified as TTHM (tap water) = $1.162{\times}TTHM$ (treated water), while $HAA_5$ (tap water) = $0.965{\times}HAA_5$ (treated water).] The correlation analysis between DOC and $KMnO_4$ consumption by process resulted in higher relationship with filtrated water, showing that its regression is $DOC=0.669{\times}KMnO_4$ consumption - 0.166 with 0.689 of determination coefficient. By substituting it to the existing DOC-based model ($HAA_5$) for treated water, the consequential model formula was made as follows; $HAA_5=8.35(KMnO_4\;consumption{\times}0.669-0.166)^{0.701}(Cl_2)^{0.577}t^{0.150}0.9216^{(pH-7.5)}1.022^{(Temp-20^{\circ}C)}$

  • The piezoelectric ceramics for AE-sensor are desired large electromechanical coupling factor, high mechanical quality factor and good characteristic resonance frequency. In this study, the empirical formula of specimens is used 0.9Pb$(Zr_xTi_{1-x})O_3-0.1Pb(Mn_{1/3}Nb_{1/3}Sb_{1/3})O_3$ (PZT-PMNS). The piezoelectric and dielectric characteristic are investigated by sintering temperature and value of x as functions of $Ti^{2+},\;Zi^{2+}$ moi rate. MPB(morphotropic phase boundary) is defned in the x=0.522. Because it is appeared to the best piezoelectric and dielectric characteristic in the x=0.522, it can be application of AE sensor. PZT-PMNS ceramics without pre-amplifier and filter are tested for AE-signal of PD and arc detecting. The detection characteristic is evaluated wave form, frequency distribution.

국내산 조제유류에서의 위해 미생물 모니터링 (Potential Pathogen Monitoring of Powdered Infant Formula Milk and Related Products in Korea)

  • 2010년 국내 4개 제조업체에서 제조한 조제분유 190개, 성장기용 조제분유 95개, 조제우유 15개 등 300개 조제유류를 수집하여 일반세균, 대장균군 및 위해세균에 대한 오염실태를 조사하였다. 그 결과 멸균제품인 조제우유는 일반 세균수, 대장균군을 포함하여 모든 검사에서 음성을 나타내었다. 이에 반하여 비멸균제품인 조제분유와 성장기용 조제분유에서의 일반세균수는 전체 시료 중 83.9%가 검출되었다. 조제분유는 전체 시료 중 72.6%가 g당 10~100 cfu를, 100~1,000 cfu가 7.9%로 조사되었으며, 성장기용조제분유는 전체 시료 중 79.0%가 g당 1~100 cfu를, 100~1,000 cfu가 11.6%로 조사되어 모든 제품이 1,000 cfu/g 이하를 나타내었다. 대장균군에 대한 검사에서는 전제 제품 중 조제분유와 성장기용조제분유가 각각 3건(1.6%)과 1건(1.1%)이 검출되었으며, 그 수준은 3.6, 3.0, 9.1, 9.1 MPN/g으로 조사되어 국내 기준 규격 (n = 5, c = 1, m = 0, M = 10)에 모두 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, FAO/WHO에서 category A 세균으로 분류하고 있는 Salmonella spp.와 Ent. sakazakii에 대한 검사에서는 모두 불검출로 조사되었다. category C group인 c. perfringens, E. coli O157, S. aureus, L. monocytogenes 4종의 식중독 유발 세균에 대한 검사에서도 모두 음성으로 나타났다. category C 세균 종 B. cereus는 조제분유와 성장기조제분유에서 전체 사료 중 12개 제품에서 g당 10-100 cfu의 수준의 균수가 검출되었다. 이와 같이 조제유류의 오염지표 세균 및 위해세균에 대한 검사에서 모두 국내 기준에 적합한 것으로 조사되었다.

남자저고리 원형제도법 개발을 위한 연구(2) -깃구성을 중심으로- (A Study on the Basic Pattern Drafting Method Development of Men's J$\breve{o}$-go-ri -Collar Construction (2)-)

  • According to the design method for constructing the Korean Men's Jo-go-ri(the traditional Korean jacket)collar, there are differences in form after its completion. In the construction design of the midsection of the gusset as in that of the basic pattern Jo-go-ri, not only was the positioning of the two sides of the collar not smooth, but also, when the collar strip(Dongjung) was attached, there would be an imbalance on one side or the other so that it was difficult to achieve symmetry. Therefore in this project, by applying the pattern design of the gusset midsection to that of the collar midsection, not only did attaching the collar(Kit) and the collar strip create a visual effect by equalizing the lengths of the two sides, but the construction was also easy. This method of construction introduces the three-dimensional aspect of the human form in its conic, spherical and cylindrical aspects, so that, through schematizing the scientific character of Korea's clothing, its appropriateness is verified. As a matter of fact, since there is no standardization of pattern whether for educational use or for mass-produced clothing, so that even the patterns used in computer-assisted design are executed according to the designer's personal skill, the reality is that after completion of construction the quality has not been uniform. For this schematization, inverse calculation of measurements pertaining to the calculation formula and of teaching materials has been referenced. In particular, the partial regulation of the calculation formula pertaining to the basic pattern construction, the method of making the collar midsection, and the construction method of the extreme and mean ratio adjustment, can be adjusted for all measurements, thereby providing the establishment of a design criterion and the possibility of the standardization of construction methods. The production method for the basic pattern design is as follows: 1) The conic angle for the Jo-go-ri's girth, length end neck width is fixed at 70(72) degree. 2) The radius of the cone is sleeve length. 3) The bust girth calculation formula is B/4 + 2.5 cm. 4) The armhole formula is B/4 + 2.5cm. 5) The neck width formula is B/10. 6) The ratio of the collar junction{width of collar(Kit) + width of collar strip(Dongjung) to the gusset length is 5:8. 7) The length of the side seam is a length intersecting the armhole line and the conic radius of sleeve length, that is an arc that exceeds the length of the Jo-go-ri's midsection.

야생 및 재배 지치뿌리의 Shikonin 화합물 확인 (Identification of Shikonin and Its Derivatives from Lithospermum erythrorhizon)

  • 야생 및 재배지치의 methanol 추출물로 조제한 n-herane 용매 분획물에 대하여 shikonin 및 그 유도체 화합물을 표품으로 해서 HPLC/MS로 물질을 분리하였다. 분리된 물질의 구조 확인을 위해 $^1H-NMR$, $^{13}C-NMR$을 통해 분석한 결과, compound I은 화학식이 $C_{16}H_{16}O_5$이며 분자량이 288.3인 shikonin이었고, compound II는 화학식이 $C_{16}H_{16}O_4$이며 분자량이 272.3인 deoxyshikonin것으로 밝혀내었다. 야생지치에 함유된 shikonin과 deoxyshikonin은 $2.23\%,\;0.87\%$이었고, 재배지치에는 각각 $2.24\%,\;0.41\%$이었다. 지치의 동정된 색소물질 총량은 야생지치 $3.12\%$, 재배지치 $2.64\%$로 야생지치가 재배지치보다 유의적으로 많았다(p<0.05).

충남지방(忠南地方)의 강우특성(降雨特性)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)(I) 대전지역(大田地域)의 단시간(短時間) 확률강우강도(確率降雨强度) (Studies on the Rainfall Characteristics in Chungnam Region(I) Probable Rainfall Intensity in Short Duration in Daejeon Area)

  • 대전지역(大田地域)에 있어서 재현기간별(再現期間別)에 따른 단시간(短時間) (2시간이내(時間以內)) 강우강도특성(降雨强度特性)을 분석고찰(分析考察)하여, 확률(確率) 강우강도(降雨强度)의 최적식(最適式)을 유도(誘導)해 내므로서 소구역(小區域)의 배수공(排水工)과 도시하수도(都市下水道) 및 하천(河川)의 치수(治水) 이수(利水) 공사(工事)를 위한 신빙성(信憑性) 있는 유출량산정(流出量算定)에 기여코저 본연구(本硏究)를 시도(試圖)한바 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1. 단시간(短時間)의 확률강우강도계산(確率降雨强度計算)은 재현기간별(再現期間別)로 거의 평균치(平均値)가 되는 Gumbel-Chow법(法)에 의(依)한 계산치(計算値)를 대표치(代表値)로 채택(採擇)하였다. 2. 강우강도식형별(降雨强度式型別)로 적합도(適合度)를 검정(檢定)하였던바 각(各) 재현기간별(再現期間別) 공(共)히 Japanese type(석흑(石黑)의 엄밀법(嚴密法))인 $I={\frac{a}{\sqrt{t}+b}}$(Table-6 참조)가 최적식(最適式)으로 나타났다. 또한 박교수(朴敎授)가 발표(發表)한 $I=({\frac{R_{24}}{24}})({\frac{T}{t}})^{0.5486}$은 신빙성(信憑性)이 매우 높았으나 반대(反對)로 사용(使用)하고 있는 물부(物部)의 강우강도식(降雨强度式)에서 $n={\frac{2}{3}}$를 사용(使用)함은 매우 불합리(不合理)함을 확인(確認)하였다. (표(表)-7 참조) 3. 2항(項)의 확률강우강도식(確率强雨强度式) 정립(定立)으로 대전지역(大田地域)에 있어서 단시간(短時間) 강우강도(降雨强度)로 합리식(合理式)에 의(依)한 보다 신빙성(信憑性)있는 유출량(流出量) 산정(算定)을 기대(期待)할 수 있게 되었다.

수목피해와 산성강하물의 관련성에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Relation between Tree Injury and Acid Precipitation)

  • 공단지역과 일반지역의 대기오염 및 산성비가 수목피해에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 경남, 울산지역을 중심으로 산림내 유입되는 강우에 대한 오염물질의 이온특성을 분석하고, 대기중 S $O_2$농도와 수목의 쇠퇴도를 비교하였다. 강우의 pH는 공단지역이 일반지역보다 낮아 산성비가 내리고 있었고, EC는 pH와 강한 부의 상관(r=-.7861$^{**}$ )이었다. 용존성분중 양이온과 음이온 농도는 공단지역이 높았으며, 음이온에서는 S $O_{4}$$^{2-}$ 와 N $O_{3}$$^{-}$ 가 높았다. 대기중 S $O_2$농도는 공단지역이 높고, 계절별로는 겨울과 봄이 높았다. 수목쇠퇴와 변수들의 상관분석결과 편상관계수는 S $O_{4}$$^{2-}$ > pH > EC(Electrical conductivity) > N $O_{3}$$^{-}$ > S $O_2$> C $l^{-}$ 순이었으며, 추정회귀식은 Y = 5.1007-0.7811 $X_2$(pH) + 0.0253 $X_{5}$ (S $O_{4}$$^{2-}$ ) + 0.0275 $X_{6}$(NON $O_{3}$$^{-}$)로서, 대기오염과 산성비가 함께 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 산림생태계 쇠퇴 및 토양산성화는 계속될 것으로 생각된다.

소풍순기원(疏風順氣元)이 mouse의 NMu2Li 간세포와 C2C12 골격근세포에서 PPARs 조절의 분자기전에 미치는 영향 (A Molecular Study of Sopungsungi-won(Shufengshunqiyuan) about Regulation of PPARs in Mouse NMu2Li Liver Cells and C2C12 Skeletal Muscle Myogenic Progenital Cells)

  • Objectives : We investigated the effects of Sopungsungi-won(Shu!engshunqiyuan) (SSEx1, SSEx2) to treat the metabolic syndrome by the molecular mechanism of regulation of PPAR and modulation of mitochondrial MCAD, VLCAD mRNA expression. Methods : Mouse NMu2Li liver cells and C2C12 skeletal muscle myogenic progenital cells were transiently transfected with expression plasmids for PPAR(PPAR${\alpha}$, PPAR${\delta}$), a luciferase reporter gene construct containing 3 copies of the PPRE from the rat acyl-CoA oxidase gene and ${\beta}$-galactosidase gene. Cells were treated with several concentrated kinds of SSEx1, SSEx2 at the initial time of culture and analyzed PPAR${\alpha}$, PPAR${\delta}$ reporter gene activity using spectrophotometer (405 nm). Total RNA was extracted from SSEx1, SSEx2 and measured mRNA levels of mitochondrial MCAD, VLCAD. Representative RT-PCR bands are shown. Results : 1. SSEx1 increased the expression of PPAR${\alpha}$ reporter gene activities at 0.1 ${\mu}$g/ml (p${\mu}$g/ml (p<0.05), SSEx2 at 0.1 ${\mu}$g/ml (p${\mu}$g/ml (p<0.05) significantly in NMu2Li liver cell lines. 2. SSEx1 increased the expression of PPAR${\alpha}$ reporter gene activities at 1 ${\mu}$g/ml (p${\mu}$g/ml (p${\alpha}$ reporter gene activities in C2C12 skeletal muscle cells. 4. SSEx1 increased the modulation of mitochondrial MCAD mRNA expression (p<0.05) significantly in NMu2Li liver cell lines. 5. SSEx1, SSEx2 both increased the modulation of mitochondrial MCAD mRNA expression (p<0.05) significantly in C2C12 skeletal muscle cells. Conclusions : These results show the SSEx1, SSEx2 can be used as therapeutic agent for metabolic syndrome and it's molecular mechanisms of PPAR more contribute to the activation of PPAR${\alpha}$ then PPAR${\delta}$ reporter gene activities and it's total RNA more contribute to the modulation of mitochondrial MCAD then VLCAD mRNA expression.
