Objectives : The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between the removal of halitosis and use of oral hygiene devices. Methods : A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 300 patients visiting to dental clinics in Gyeonggi-do from May to June, 2013. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics, oral health related characteristics, satisfaction of oral hygiene devices were measured. Results : Halitosis accounted for 11.0% in dental clinic visit. In order to remove halitosis, dental floss is the most satisfactory and effective method of all auxiliary oral hygiene devices. Conclusions : A variety of auxiliary oral hygiene devices are being sold and used to remove halitosis. It is important to choose the most effective oral hygiene devices to remove halitosis.

In order to expand cell coverage, increase system capacity, and offer various multimedia service with high throughput in indoor environment, WiBro Access Point(AP) is developed. Home AP is IFA/Omni type and has stack-up structure of channel card and RF board. SOHO AP is designed to support up to 2FA and has remote RF(RRF) structure using UTP method. Inter-operational test with mobile terminal were completed for 3 terminals using web browsing service simultaneously. The performance test results of WiBro AP are as follows: RCE(EVM) value is -34.431 dB for 64-QAM and throughput is up to 6.79 Mbps(DL) and 1.1 Mbps(UL) with 2.5m Line-of-Sight(LOS) condition.

Refeeding syndrome is a life-threatening but treatable condition occurring in any patients with starvation. Electrolyte imbalance, especially hypophosphatemia and fluid shift result in metabolic changes in various systems. The authors reported a case of refeeding syndrome associated with prolonged starvation due to delusion and hallucination in a 38-year-old schizophrenia patient. Hypophosphatemia, hypokalemia, edema and elevation of liver enzyme was occurred despite careful treatment. The symptoms were improved after consistent electrolyte supplement. Close observation and repetitive monitoring are important to prevent refeeding syndrome.

Hydrogen separation from multi-component mixture gases by the four-bed PSA process was studied experimentally and theoretically using layered bed of activated carbon and zeolited 5A. Effects of the adsorption time, the linear velocity on the process performance were investigated. The adsorption time and linear velocity affected the purity and recovery of the product $H_2$ purity is increases according as the adsorption time and linear velocity decrease; however, $H_2$ recovery shows an opposite phenomena to the purity. PSA process simulation studied to find optimum operation condition. In the results, 50sec adsorption time, 3cm/s linear velocity might be optimal values to obtain more than 99.999% purity and 65% recovery hydrogen.

We discuss that the proliferation of new types of retailers such as Internet shopping malls. home shopping systems, which use telecommunication media as means of providing information of products. makes delivery service generally available. Then. we show that the delivery service can be used strategically for profit maximization by intentionally homogenizing consumers and. furthermore, social welfare generally increases by this delivery service unless the cost of delivery service is higher than that of all consumer groups.

Since the onset of modern psychosomatic medicine decades ago. it has made significant at contribution to general medicine in terms of understanding the patient as a whole person suffering from an illness rather than as a disease per se. However, initial expectation of delineating specific psychogenesis and developing specific treatment modality has not been fulfilled. Consequently, it has raised substantial concern about the continuing utility of psychosomatic medicine in modem medicine. The author attempted to review critically the evolution of psychosomatic medicine from the perspective of the present and to make projections into the near future. It is concluded that psychosomatic medicine in the future will continue to contribute to development of modem medicine not only as the scientific principle but also as the practical methodology, working as creative interface among disciplines and fusing ideas from rapidly developing molecular biology and neuroscience with psychosomatic concepts. Finally, suggestions for further developing psychosomatic medicine in Korea are made.

The incidence of small for gestational age (SGA) births is frequent, accounting for 2.3% to 8% of all live births. Several childhood and adult diseases are related to early postnatal growth and birth size, and 10% of children born SGA may have a short stature throughout postnatal life. Additionally, they may have abnormal growth hormone (GH)-insulin like growth factor axis, HPA axis, and gonadal function. Permanent changes are detrimental in an environment of nutritional abundance, and predispose SGA children to an array of diseases in adolescence and adulthood. Such changes may also cause premature pubarche, adrenarche, and precocious puberty. The varying results from clinical studies necessitate more prospective case control studies. Reproductive tract abnormalities and reproductive dysfunction are related to SGA births. GH treatment is required for SGA infants who do not experience catch-up growth.

As we know, Incoterms are reflecting only the greatest common measure of practice in int'l trade. Therefore we can think them as the commercial practice most widely used in trade. They contain a number of detail under converse mirror image terms because they connect each other like a thread as to all oversea's commercial transactions between importing buyers and exporting sellers. Therefore they afford convenience to exporters and importers in the world because they tell the parties what to do as to transfer of risk and costs, responsibilities in connection with delivery of the goods. Nonetheless, since Incoterms 1936, they have been periodically revising in order to represent contemporary commercial practice. Therefore, according to change of Int'l trade environment, ICC plans to modify to the 2000 Incoterms. I hope to contribute to revising works by reference of above mentioned revision, that to say, aspects of provision, reflection of prevailing most commonly used, promotion of status as uniform rules, provision of convenience of int'l buyers and sellers. harmony with existing int'l instruments, presentation of criteria in variation of Incoterms.

기존 MIMO 시스템에서는 안테나의 개수가 늘어날수록 선형적으로 RF 모듈의 개수도 늘어나 전체 시스템의 복잡도와 전력소모가 심하다. 이를 해결하기 위해 단일 RF 송신구조가 제안되었고, 본 논문에서는 임피던스를 가변하여 안테나에서 방사되는 패턴을 조절하는 기술을 제안한다. 기존 MIMO 시스템의 RF 회로부가 가지는 복잡도와 전력 효율 문제를 해결하기 위해 임피던스 로딩 부분의 실험시제품 제작 및 검증을 수행한다. BPSK와 QPSK 변조방식을 지원하는 임피던스 로딩 보드를 제작하고, 3 m거리에서 무선 송수신 실험을 성공적으로 수행하였다.

The Yeonhwa Lead and Zinc Mine is located in northern part of Kyeongsang-Buk-Do, Korea, and is economically most important mine because it produces most part of the output of lead and zinc minerals in the country. Ore deposits of the mine are localized in the Pungchon Formation and several limestone seams of upper Myobong Formation in Cambrian Age. Ore solution ascended along the fractures of N-S, NE-SW or NW-SE trends and along slate and limestone boundary, and then replaced selectively limestone to make ore bodies. Skarn minerals are consisted of hedenbergite, diopside, and main sulfide mineral orebodies are composed of galena, zincblende, pyrrhotite, pyrite and a minor amounts of arsenopyrite and chalcopyrite. Metal ratio, ${\rho}_{Pb}={\frac{Pb(%)}{Pb(%)+Zn(%)}}{\times}100$, illustrates the zona I arrangements of some ore bodies. It will be inferred the flow trending of ore solution and the process reaction with adjacent country rocks. The sub-divided formations of the Pungchon limestone and Myobong slate are very useful as a criteria for detecting probable ore location. Rhodochrosite veins are good evidence for searching of ore location, especially on Pb-rich ore bodies.
