Little is known about the bacterial communities associated with the plants inhabiting sand dune ecosystems. In this study, the bacterial populations associated with two major sand dune plant species, Calystegia soldanella (beach morning glory) and Elymus mollis (wild rye), growing along the costal areas in Tae-An, Chungnam Province, were analyzed using a culture-dependent approach. A total of 212 bacteria were isolated from the root and rhizosphere samples of the two plants, and subjected to further analysis. Based on the analysis of the 16S rDNA sequences, all the bacterial isolates were classified into six major phyla of the domain Bacteria. Significant differences were observed between the two plant species, and also between the rhizospheric and root endophytic communities. The isolates from the rhizosphere of the two plant species were assigned to 27 different established genera, and the root endophytic bacteria were assigned to 21. Members of the phylum Gammaproteobacteria, notably the Pseudomonas species, comprised the majority of both the rhizospheric and endophytic bacteria, followed by members of Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes in the rhizosphere and Alphaproteobacteria and Bacteroidetes in the root. A number of isolates were recognized as potentially novel bacterial taxa. Fifteen out of 27 bacterial genera were commonly found in the rhizosphere of both plants, which was comparable to 3 out of 21 common genera in the root, implying the host specificity for endophytic populations. This study of the diversity of culturable rhizospheric and endophytic bacteria has provided the basis for further investigation aimed at the selection of microbes for the facilitation of plant growth.

A concern of safety issue for traditional herbal medicine is the possibility of some herbs containing heavy metals responsible for several cases of metal poisoning. In our previous study, the physiological levels of heavy metals, such as Cd, Cu, Hg and Pb, were examined to evaluate a potential risk in patients taking herbal medicine. In this study, the levels of 12 heavy metals, including non-metallic element, Se, were analyzed in hair and compared to the results from the previous study. In the previous study, the levels of Cd, Cu, Hg and Pb in hair showed a significantly lower odds ratio than 1. In this study, however, all metals did not show any significant odds ratio higher or lower than 1 even if 5 of 12 metals showed lower odds ratio than 1. In addition, the levels of metal concentrations, especially for Cu, Fe, Pb and Zn, exceeding the WHO reference values were observed in hair. However, any evidence for metal accumulation in hair caused by taking herbal medicines for long duration was not observed in analysis of multiple regression and odds ratio from case-control study. This result would show another possibility for a role of herbs as a non-enzymatic chelator inhibiting the gastrointestinal absorption of heavy metals.
At recently, Oil spill accident of large size oiler that happen domestic and outside the country is occured to social impact us as well as economical damage in sea environment. Also, because spread extent of pollution accident is reaching harbor, bay and close water areas, as necessity that traffic control ships are sea place. VTS is changing to concept that control space is magnified gradually. Our country is operated to 14 harbors which is control center. But abroad is operating coastal VTS that do main waterway and coastals to authority dimension. Therefore, necessity that traffic density of ship manages high coastals and ship traffic of waterway to our country is risen. This paper is execute sea traffic survey at Mokop sea areas and sea casualty occurs. It proposal that coastal VTS center field of most suitable and position of radar site.

Due to limitations of existing methods for detecting newly introduced malware, the importance of the development of artificial intelligence vaccines arises. Existing artificial intelligence vaccines have a disadvantage that the accuracy of the detection rate is low because those vaccines do not scan all parts of the file. In this paper, we suggest an enhanced method for detecting malware which is composed of unique OP Code features in the malware files. Specifically, we tested the method with text datasets trained on Random Forest algorithm and with image datasets trained on the Inception V3 model. As a result, the highest accuracy of the detection rate was about 80%.
The design of safety computer system is described along with the case of software design and testing in the Core Protection Calculator System (CPCS). The application of computer system in safety system requires not only hardware qualification but thorough testing on software to verify its correctness and completeness. The testing on software for CPCS is performed by comparing the outputs of two versions of code. One is implemented in assembly language and the other is in Fortran. The testing is performed in sequencial and overlapping manner. Phase I test verifies that each software module is implemented correctly by executing every branch. Phase II test verifies that the integrated software is complete, meeting its requirements specification and also the integrated system meet its requirement and timing constraints. Through these testing, the Yonggwang Nuclear Power Plant Units (YGN) 3 and 4 CPCS software is verified to be correct and complete, and the integrated system is designed as in its requirements specification.
Hydrazine derivatives used in fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics can be synthesized by reduction reaction from diazonium derivatives. The reduction method using $SnCl_2$ facilitates the reaction conversion, but the use of $SnCl_2$ is limited when residual heavy metals are issued in the final product. For the conversion of protected (2-hydroxyphenyl)diazonium derivatives into its hydrazine derivatives in Ramalin preparation process, the reduction method was developed by using $NaHSO_3$. In this study, the effect of steric hindrance according to the protected 2-hydroxygroupinphenyldiazonium derivatives was found, and linear C1~C5 alkyl groups for the hydroxy protection were preferable during the diazonium reduction reaction. Considering the economical efficiency and industrial production for the preparation of Ramalin, a variety of protecting groups were investigated. As a result, 2-(allyloxyphenyl)hydrazine was obtained with 85% yield and 99.7% purity when the hydroxy protecting group was used as an allyl group that could be easily deprotected.
Understanding sciences behind fall-related hip fractures in older adults is important to develop effective interventions for prevention. The aim of this review is to provide biomechanical understanding and prevention strategies of falls and related hip fractures in older adults, in order to guide future research directions from biomechanical perspectives. While most hip fractures are due to a fall, a few of falls are injurious causing hip fractures, and most falls are non-injurious. Fall mechanics are important in determining injurious versus non-injurious falls. Many different biomechanical factors contribute to the risk of hip fracture, and effects of each individual factors are known well. However, combining effects, and correlation and causation among the factors are poorly understood. While fall prevention interventions include exercise, vision correction, vitamin D intake and environment modification, injury prevention strategies include use of hip protectors, compliant flooring and safe landing strategies, vitamin D intake and exercise. While fall risk assessments have well been established, limited efforts have been made for injury risk assessments. Better understanding is necessary on the correlation and causation among factors affecting the risk of falls and related hip fractures in older adults. Development of the hip fracture risk assessment technique is required to establish more efficient intervention models for fall-related hip fractures in older adults.

It is required to design and implement secure web applications to provide safe web services. For this reason, there are several scoring frameworks to measure vulnerabilities in web applications. However, these frameworks do not classify according to seriousness of vulnerability because these frameworks simply accumulate score of individual factors in a vulnerability. We rate and score vulnerabilities according to probability of privilege acquisition so that we can prioritize vulnerabilities found in web applications. Also, our proposed framework provides a method to score all web applications provided by an organization so that which web applications is the worst secure and should be treated first. Our scoring framework is applied to the data which lists vulnerabilities in web applications found by a web scanner based on crawling, and we show the importance of categorizing vulnerabilities according to privilege acquisition.

This study investigates the interfacial reaction between powder-metallurgy high-entropy alloys (HEAs) and cast aluminum. HEA pellets are produced by the spark plasma sintering of Al0.5CoCrCu0.5FeNi HEA powder. These sintered pellets are then placed in molten Al, and the phases formed at the interface between the HEA pellets and cast Al are analyzed. First, Kirkendall voids are observed due to the difference in the diffusion rates between the liquid Al and solid HEA phases. In addition, although Co, Fe, and Ni atoms, which have low mixing enthalpies with Al, diffuse toward Al, Cu atoms, which have a high mixing enthalpy with Al, tend to form Al-Cu intermetallic compounds. These results provide guidelines for designing Al matrix composites containing high-entropy phases.

Amid the recent rapid trend change, the change in design has a great impact on the sales of fashion companies, so it is inevitable to be careful in choosing new designs. With the recent development of the artificial intelligence field, various machine learning is being used a lot in the fashion market to increase consumers' preferences. To contribute to increasing reliability in the development of new products by quantifying abstract concepts such as preferences, we generate new images that do not exist through three adversarial generative neural networks (GANs) and numerically compare abstract concepts of preferences using pre-trained convolution neural networks (CNNs). Deep convolutional generative adversarial networks (DCGAN), Progressive growing adversarial networks (PGGAN), and Dual Discriminator generative adversarial networks (DANs), which were trained to produce comparative, high-level, and high-level images. The degree of similarity measured was considered as a preference, and the experimental results showed that D2GAN showed a relatively high similarity compared to DCGAN and PGGAN.
