Characteristic of do-$NO_x$ for $BaTiO_3$ - sludge hybrid packed bed type reactor ($BaTiO_3$ - sludge hybrid packed bed형 반응기에서 $NO_x$제거특성)

  • The experiment on characteristic of $NO_x$ removal for $BaTiO_3$-sludge hybrid packed bed type reactor was conducted. Gas flow rate was 5(${\ell}/min$) and NO concentration was 50, 100 and 150(ppm). The effect on volume percent of $BaTiO_3$ to sludge was investigated, sludge pellets was added to $BaTiO_3$ pellets to increase $NO_x$ removal rate. In the result, when sludge pellets was added, NO removal rate of $BaTiO_3$ - sludge hybrid type was increased from 90.6% to 95%. However $NO_2$ decreased from 88ppm to 10ppm. $O_3$ decreased from 77ppm to 2ppm. $NO_x$ removal rate was increased to 74%.

$Ba_{2}TiSi_{2}O_{8}$ 결정화 유리의 제조 및 특성

  • 본 연구에서는 fresnoite ($Ba_{2}TiSi_{2}O_{8}$) 결정화 유리를 $xK_{2}O-(33.3-x)BaO-16.7TiO_{2}-50SiO_{2}$ ($0{\le}x{\le}\;20mol\%$)으로 부터 제조하였으며, 특성평가를 하였다. $K_{2}O$의 치환량이 증가함에 따라, 유리전이 온도와 결정화 온도는 감소하였으며, 유리의 안정화를 나타내는 ${\Delta}$T는 증가하였다. $Ba_{2}TiSi_{2}O_{8}$ 결정상의 형성은 XRD와 SEM분석을 통하여 관찰하였고, LCR meter를 사용하여 열처리에 의하여 제조된 결정화 유리의 유전율은 측정하였으며, 결정화 유리는 $Ba_{2}Si_{2}TiO_{8}$ 단결정 보다 낮은 유전율은 보였다.

  • Zr modified $(Ba_{1-x},Sr_x)TiO_3$ thin films as capacitor for high density DRAM were deposited by r.f. magnetron sputtering. The films deposited at various chamber pressure exhibited a polycrystalline structure. The Zr/Ti ratio of the films increased significantly with decreasing the chamber pressure and this variation affected the microstructure and surface roughness of films When chamber pressure increased dielectric constant of the films effected due to decrease of Zr. The thin films prepared in this study show dielectric constant of 380 to 525 at 100KHz. The variation of capacitance and polarization measured as a function of bias voltage suggested that all films were paraelectric phases. Leakage current exhibited smaller value as chamber pressure decrease and the leakage current density of the films deposited above 10mTorr was $10^{-7}~10^{-8}A/cm^2$ order at 200kV/cm. $(Ba_{1-x},Sr_x)(Ti_{1-y},Zr_y)O_3$ thin films in this study appeared to be potential thin film capacitor for high density DRAM.

  • In this study, in order to develop composition ceramics for refrigeration device application at a temperature of less than $90^{\circ}C$, a $Ba(Ti_{1-x}Zr_x)O_3$ composition was fabricated using a conventional solid-state method. Electrocaloric properties of these ceramics were investigated using the characteristics of P-E hysteresis loops in a wide temperature range from room temperature to $150^{\circ}C$. The Curie temperature of $Ba(Ti_{1-x}Zr_x)O_3$ ceramics decreased with the increase of x. The maximum value of ${\Delta}T=0.07^{\circ}C$ in an ambient temperature of $85^{\circ}C$ under 30 kV/cm appeared when x = 0.125. It was concluded that the composition (x = 0.125) ceramics can be used for refrigeration device applications.

  • In this study, the synthesis of Ba2Ti9O20 powder having chemically homogeneous and highly pure fine particle size distribution was attempted by the oxalate method. And the effects of ZrO2 addition was investigated. The four compositions (X=0, 0.028, 0.048, 0.068) of Ba2(Ti9-x, Zrx)O20 were prepared by precipitation reaction of BaCl2, TiCl4, and ZrOCl2, with oxalic acid and NH4OH acting as a precipitating agent and a pH regulator respectively, in aqueous solution. In case of 4.8 mol% ZrO2 addition, the single phase Ba2Ti9O20 was obtained at 120$0^{\circ}C$ and its dielectric properties was excellent showing K=40.5, Q=4621 at 5.4 GHz.

  • Transparent xBa(La$_{1}$2/Nb$_{1}$2/)O$_{3}$-(1-x)Pb(Zr, Ti)O$_{3}$ (x=8.5, 9.0[mol.%], Zr/Ti=70/30~40/60) ceramics were fabricated by the two-stage sintering method, the electrooptic properties were investigated with Ba(La$_{1}$2/Nb$_{1}$2/)O$_{3}$ content and Zr/Ti composition ratio. Decreasing the Zr/Ti ratio, the electrooptic property was changed from a quadratic electrooptic effect to a linear electrooptic effcet. In the BLN-PZT 9.0/50/50 specimen having the tetragonal structure, the linear electrooptic coefficient had the highest value of 6.01*10$^{-10}$ [m/V] and in the BLN-PZT 9.0/55/45 specimen which located near the MPB region, the quadratic electrooptic coefficient had the highest value of 10.53*10$^{-16}$ [m$^{2}$/V$^{2}$].

  • (1-x-y)Pb($Zn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})0_3-BaTiO_3PbTiO_3(0.05{\leq}x{\leq}0.20, 0.05{\leq}y{\leq}0.15$) ternary compound ceramics were fabricated by the mixed oxide method. The dielectric properties with temperature and frequency of the specimens were investigated. Relative dielectric constants of the specimens were increased with $BaTiO_3$ contents. Increasing the $BaTiO_3$contents, the variation in the relative dielectric constant with frequency, the temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) and the dielectric loss were decreased.

  • 본 연구에서는 마이크로파용 유전재료로서 널리 사용되고 있는 BNT($BaO-Nd_{2}O_{3}-TiO_{2}$)계 세라믹스를 기본조성으로 하고, 저융점의 phoshpate계 유리 프릿의 첨가를 통해 LTCC(Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic)에 적용 가능한 유전율을 가진 조성을 개발 하고자, $70P_{2}O_{5}-5B_{2}O_{3}-(25-x)BaO-xNa_{2}O$ 유리를 제조 및 특성을 평가하였다. 또한, BNT계 세라믹스에 glass frit을 5 - 15 wt% 범위에서 첨가하고, $800 - 950^{\circ}C$의 온도범위에서 소결하여 제조된 유리-세라믹 복합체의 소결특성 및 유전특성을 조사하였다.

  • Semiconductive nano $(Ba_{1-x}Sb_x)TiO_3$ powders were synthesized by the hydrothermal process and Sb was simultaneously doped in the hydrothermal condition. $(Ba_{1-x}Sb_x)TiO_3$ powders obtained from optimum condition(at 20$0^{\circ}C$ for 3hr) exhibited spherical shape, high purity and nano size. The PTCR characteristics was observed when 0.1 and 0.2 mole% Sb were added and sintered at over 130$0^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour, respectively. And The ceramics exhibit the PTCR characteristics with a resistively jump $ratio($\rho$_{max}/$\rho$_{min})$ of about $10^4$. Also we found that PTCR characteristics were dependent on the microstructure.
