$B_2O_3$의 첨가가 $Ba(Zn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$ 세라믹스의 소결 온도와 고주파 유전 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of $B_2O_3$ Additives on the Sintering Temperature and Microwave Dielectric Properties of $Ba(Zn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$ Ceramics)

  • [ $Ba(Zn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$ ] (BZN) 세라믹스의 소결 온도는 약 $1350^{\circ}C$ 이다. 그러나 $B_2O_3$가 첨가된 경우, BZN 세라믹스는 $900^{\circ}C$에서 소결되었다. $BaB_4O_7$, $BaB_2O_4$ 그리고 $BaNb_2O_6$ 이차상이 $B_2O_3$가 첨가된 BZN 세라믹스에서 관찰되었다. $BaB_4O_7$$BaB_2O_4$ 이차상은 약 $900^{\circ}C$에서 공정 온도를 가지기 때문에 $B_2O_3$를 첨가한 BZN 세라믹스론 $900^{\circ}C$에서 소결하는 동안 액상으로 존재할 것으로 여겨지며, 그것이 BZN 세라믹스의 소결온도를 낮출 것으로 생각된다. 소결 온도의 증가에 따라 유전 상수 ($\varepsilon_r$)와 품질 계수 ($Q{\times}f$)의 값은 증가하였는데, 이는 밀도의 증가에 기인한다. 그러나 $B_2O_3$의 첨가량이 많은 경우 Q 값은 감소하는데, 이는 이차상의 존재가 품질계수의 저하를 초래한다고 생각된다. 2.0 mol% $B_2O_3$가 첨가된 BZN 세라믹스를 $950^{\circ}C$에서 2시간 동안 소결하는 경우, $Q{\times}f$=13.600 GHz, $\varepsilon_r$=37.6 그리고 공진 주파수 온도계수 ($\tau_f$) = 19 ppm/$^{\circ}C$의 유전특성을 얻을 수 있었다.

  • The dielectric properties and phase stabilities of Pb(Zn0.6Mg0.4)1/3Nb2/3O3 [PZMN]system were investigated into substitution of A-site with Ba, Sr and Ca ions. The A-site substitutions led to the complexity of components of perovskite phase and then DPT coefficient increased. The A-site substitutions of Ba or Sr ion perovskite single phase could be easily formed by columbite process due to increase of perovskite phase stability. The variation of lattice parameters in specimen obeyed Vegard's law and curie temperature and dielectric constant of specimen decreased linearly. But Ca substitution led to perovskite phae instability. The lattice parameter dielectric constant and curie temperature of specimens drasticaly decreased with formation of pyrochlore phase.

Nb-doped BCFN 세라믹 막의 제조 및 산소투과 특성 (Preparation and Oxygen Permeability of Nb-doped BCFN Ceramic Membrane)

  • 고상반응법을 이용하여 $BaCo_{0.7}Fe_{0.22}Nb_{0.08}O_{3-{\delta}}$ (BCFN) 조성의 산화물을 합성하였으며, 합성된 분말은 압축 성형 후 $1,200^{\circ}C$에서 소결하여 치밀한 세라믹 분리막을 제조하였다. 제조된 $BaCo_{0.7}Fe_{0.22}Nb_{0.08}O_{3-{\delta}}$ 분리막의 XRD 분석결과 단일상의 페롭스카이트 구조를 보였다. 밀봉재료로 glass ring을 사용하여 가스누출 실험 및 산소투과 분석을 하였으며, 산소투과 분석 결과 온도와 산소분압($Po_2$)이 증가할수록 산소투과량은 증가하였고, $Po_2$ = 0.63 atm의 경우 $950^{\circ}C$에서 $2.3mL/min{\cdot}cm^2$의 값을 나타내었다. 또한, 이산화탄소 300 ppm이 포함된 혼합공기를 사용할 경우 모사공기($Po_2$ = 0.21 atm)를 사용한 경우에 비해 산소투과량이 최대 2.9%만 감소하였다. 이는 $BaCo_{0.7}Fe_{0.22}Nb_{0.08}O_{3-{\delta}}$ 분리막이 다른 분리막에 비해 이산화탄소에 대해 안정하다는 것을 의미한다.

  • The effect of calcination temperature(1st and 2nd calcining at 110$0^{\circ}C$ , 120$0^{\circ}C$ and 130$0^{\circ}C$ respectively) on physical properties of BMNT Ceramics ware investigated. The optimum 1st and 2nd calcination temperature were 120$0^{\circ}C$ , and sintering temperature was 155$0^{\circ}C$. In this condition, the sintering density was 7.53 [g/㎤] and the dielectric constant, Q.f$_{0}$ and $\tau$$_{r}$ were 26, 80, 300[GHz] and +1.5[ppm/$^{\circ}C$] respectively in the microwave range.e.e.

  • In this paper the dielectric properties of (0.8-x)Pb(Mb$_{1}$3//Nb/2/3)O$_3$/BaTiO$_3$-CaZrO$_3$(x=0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25) ceramics were investigated. Specimens were prepared by the conventional mixed oxide method and sintering temperature and time were 1000~115$0^{\circ}C$ 2hr, respectively. The structural and dielectric properties with variation of sintering temperature and composition were investigated. All the specimens sintered at 115$0^{\circ}C$ for 2hr showed the highest value of 1043. With increasing the contents of CZ and frequency dielectric constant was decreased and which was decreased with increasing temperature from 3$0^{\circ}C$ to 15$0^{\circ}C$.

  • Multiferroic thin films with composition $0.9BiFeO_3-0.1Ba(Cu_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$ were epitaxially grown by pulsed laser deposition on $SrRuO_3(001)/SrTiO_3$ (000) substrate $0.9BiFeO_3-0.1Ba(Cu_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$, which is assumed to be morphotropic phase boundary (MPB), that showed superior dielectric, ferroelectric and magnetic properties in our study on polycrystalline films. The structures of epitaxially grown films were characterized by means of XRD. From P-E measurements, samples exhibited typical ferroelectric hysteresis loops and large remnant polarization, whose value is much larger than those of pure BFO film. The enhancement of dielectric, ferroelectric, magnetic properties was attributed to the structural distortion induced by the BCN addition and the high physical stress effect.

  • SrWO4가 첨가된 (Sr1-xBax)(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3의 마이크로파 유전특성에 관하여 조사하였다. 관찰된 조성영역에서 Sr(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3과 Ba(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3은 (Sr1-xBax)(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3고용체를 형성하고 SrWO4의 첨가는 고용체의 소결성을 향상시켜 소결온도 155$0^{\circ}C$에서 상대밀도 97% 이상을 얻었다. 소결한 시편의 EDS분석결과, SrWO4의 첨가량이 많은 시편에서 2차상이 존재하는 것을 알수 있었다. 순수한 Sr(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3에 SrWO4를 0.01 mole첨가하여 1550~1$600^{\circ}C$에서 소결한 시편의 유전특성은 $\varepsilon$r 30, Q$\times$fo$\geq$55000,$ au$f -23 ppm/$^{\circ}C$이었다. 0.01 mole SrWO4가 첨가된 (Sr1-xBax)(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 고용체의 유전율과 온도계숙가 x에 따라 점차적으로 계속 증가하였고 Q$\times$fo는 x$\leq$0.25에서 x에 따라 감소하고 x$\geq$0.3에서 다시 증가하였다. (Sr0.65Ba0.35)(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3+0.01SrWO4의 조성을 갖는 시편에서 $\varepsilon$r 34.4, Q$\times$fo$\geq$55000,$\tau$f 0 ppm/$^{\circ}C$이었다.

  • $Ba(Mg_{(1-x)}Co_x)_{1/3}(Ta_{(1-x)}Nb_x)_{2/3}O_3$ ($x=0.3{\sim}0.6$) ceramics were prepared by the conventional mixed oxide method. The sintering temperature and time were of $1400{\sim}1575[^{\circ}C]$,5[hr.] respectively. The structural and microwave dielectric Properties were investigated with composition ratio and sintering temperature. And then the application for the microwave dielectric resonator was investigated.

  • The physical and electrical properties of $\textrm{Ba}_1$ $_{x}\textrm{Sr}_{x}$($\textrm{Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3}}$)$\textrm{O}_3$ (x =0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0) ceramics were investigated. The Bal $_{x}\textrm{Sr}_{x}$($\textrm{Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3}}$)$\textrm{O}_3$ systems were shown that the hexagonally ordered superlattices were increased with increasing x values. The relative densities of all samples were over 97% theoretical densities. The dc resistivities of samples were $10^{13}$ - $10^{14}$$\Omega\textrm{cm}$at room temperature, these values were nearly constant at 130(x=0)-$230^{\circ}C$ (x=l). However, the resistivities of samples decreased rapidly above those temperature and their activation energies were from 1.0 to 1.52 eV. The relative dielectric constant was 33(BMN) and 30.6(SMN) respectively. And the highest value was shown at x=0.4 and the value was 34.3. The temperature coefficient of dielectric constant was -61 ppm/$^{\circ}C$(BMN) and 79 ppm/$^{\circ}C$ (SMN) respectively.

PMN-PT-BT 고용체의 합성반응기구 (Reaction Mechanism in the Formation of PMN-PT-BT Solid Solution)

  • Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3-BaTiO3 solid solution was formed by mixed-oxide method. The phase during formation was analysed by XRD and formation mechanism was investigated. While heat-treating Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 composition, the first, Pb2Nb2O7 and Pb3Nb2O8 pyrochlore phases are formed, and finally Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 perovskite phase with containing Pb3Nb4O13 pyrochlore phase is obtained at 80$0^{\circ}C$. When Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 composition is modified with PbTiO3 which have strong ionic bonding and high tolerance factor, the amount of pyrochlore phase is decreased by increasing of stability in perovskite structure.
