항진균 알릴아민 화합물의 합성과 활성평가 (Syntheses and Biological Activities of Potential Antifungal Allylamine Compounds)

  • Structure-activity relationship studies of allylamine type of antimycotics were carried out to evaluate the effect of naphthyl and methyl portion of naftifine. Compounds with 3,4-difluorophenyl (2a-5a), 4-hydroxyphenyl (2b-5b), 3-nitro­phenyl (2c-5c), 4-chlorobenzothiazoly (2d-5d) and 5-methylfurfural (2e-5e) instead of naphthyl group, and with hydrogen (3a-3e), methyl (4a-4e) and ethyl (5a-5e) in the place of methyl in naftifine were synthesized and tested for their in vitro anti-fungal activities against five different fungi. Fourteen compounds (3a, 4a, 5a, 3b, 4b, 5b, 3c, 4c, 5c, 3d, 4d, 3e, 4e and 5e) showed significant anti-fungal activities against T. mentagrophytes. (E)-N-(3-Phenyl-2-propenyl)-3,4-difluoro-ben­zenemethaneamine(3a), (E)_N_(3_phenyl_2_propenyl)_4_hydroxy_benzenemethaneamine(3b) and (E)-N-ethyl-N-(3-phenyl­2-propenyl)-3-nitro-benzenemethaneamine (5c) displayed moderate anti-fungal activities against all five different fungi.

소결온도에 따른 $Mg_{5}B_{4}O_{15}$ (B=Ta, Nb) 세라믹스의 구조 및 마이크로파 유전 특성 (Structural and Microwave Dielectric Properties of $Mg_{5}B_{4}O_{15}$ (B=Ta, Nb) Ceramics with Sintering Temperature)

  • In this study, structural and micowave dielectric properties of the $Mg_{5}B_{4}O_{15}$ (B=Ta, Nb) cation-deficient perovskite ceeramics. The specimens are prepared through the solid-state route. According to the XRD pattern, $Mg_{4}Ta_{2}O_9$ and $MgTa_{2}O_6$ phase exist in calcined and sintered $Mg_{5}Ta_{4}O_{15}$ powder. Also $Mg_{5}Ta_{4}O_{15}$ phase added with increasing sintering temperature. In the case of calcined and sintered $Mg_{5}Nb_{4}O_{15}$ powder, single phase of $Mg_{5}Nb_{4}O_{15}$ were appeared. The bulk density and quality factor of the $Mg_{5}B_{4}O_{15}$ (B=Ta, Nb) ceramics were increased with sinteming temperature in $1400^{\circ}C{\sim}1450^{\circ}C$, but these were decreased in another sintering temperature. Dielectric constant of the $Mg_{5}Ta_{4}O_{15}$ ceramics was increased continuously with increasing of sintering temperature. And the dielectric constant of the $Mg_{5}Nb_{4}O_{15}$ ceramics was increased in $1400^{\circ}C{\sim}1450^{\circ}C$ but decreased in $1475^{\circ}C$. In the case of the $Mg_{5}Ta_{4}O_{15}$ and $Mg_{5}Nb_{4}O_{15}$ ceramics sintered at $1450^{\circ}C$ for 5h, the dielectric constant, quality factor, and temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency (TCRF) were 8.2, 259,473 GHz, -10.91 $ppm/^{\circ}C$ and 14, 37,350 GHz, -52.3 $ppm/^{\circ}C$, respectively.

전자기기의 전원 노이즈 저감을 위한 EMI 필터 경험적 설계에 관한 연구 (A study on the Empirical Design of EMI Filters for Power Supply Noise Reduction in Electronic Devices)

  • 본 논문은 전자기기에 사용되는 전원의 노이즈 저감을 위한 전도성(Conducted) EMI 필터의 경험적 설계를 통하여 제안하였다. 제안된 구조는 A형, B형, C형, D형의 구조를 설계하였으며, 다양한 X-커패스터와, Y-커패스터, Air-인덕터로 LC 네트워크 사용으로 전도성 노이즈 저감을 확인하였다. L1, L2는 10[μH]를 사용하였으며, C1, C2는 4.7[nF]를 사용하였다. 공통모드(Common Mode)용 L3는 13[μH]를 사용하였으며, C5, C6, C7은 10[nF]을 사용하여 설계하였다. 설계된 EMI 필터의 측정된 삽입손실 값은 3.2MHz에서 -74.4[dB], 4MHz에서 -75.4[dB], 13.56MHz에서 -75.3[dB]로 나타났다. 따라서 제안한 EMI 필터는 다양한 전자기기에 사용되는 전원 노이즈 저감에 이용될 것이다.

발효숙성온도를 달리한 갓 김치의 저장중 이화학적 특성 변화 (Effect of Fermentation Temperature on the Physicochemical Properties of Mustard Leaf(Brassica juncea) Kimchi during Various Storage Days)

  • 발효숙성 온도를 달리한 돌산 갓 김치의 저장 중 pH, 산도, 염도, 색도, 비타민 C 등의 이화학적 특성을 알아 보았다. 발효숙성 방법으로는 $4^{\circ}C(A),\;20^{\circ}C(B),\;20^{\circ}C$에서 12시간 숙성시킨 후 $4^{\circ}C$에 저장하는 방법(C), $20^{\circ}C$에서 36시간 숙성시킨 후 $4^{\circ}C$에 저장하는 방법(D)으로 하였다. 돌산 갓 김치 담금 직후의 pH는 5.24이었고, $20^{\circ}C$에서 12시간과 36시간 숙성시킨 후 $4^{\circ}C$에 저장된 C, D군에서 각각 pH 5.13, pH 5.10으로 A군 보다 모두 낮았으며 B군에서는 급속하게 변화하였다. 갓 김치의 적숙기라 할 수 있는 pH 4.6~4.8이 되는 시기는 A군이발효 78~96일, B군은 6~9일, 그리고 C, D군은 모두 68~88일로 같게 나타났다. 총산 함량에 있어서는 담금 직후 0.5%이었고, C, D군은 모두 0.6%으로 A군의 0.5%보다 모두 높게 나타났다. 또한 pH 4.6~4.8이 되는 시기의 총산 함량에 있어서 A군은 0.75~0.82%, B군은 0.65~0.70%, C군은 0.80~0.81%, D군 0.82~0.84%이었다. 갓 김치의 염도는 $20^{\circ}C$인 B군에서 증가폭이 컸고, 다음으로 D > A > C 순으로 나타났다. 도는 발효가 진행됨에 따라 L, a값은 증가했다가 다시 감소하였고 b값은 증가하였다. 특히 B군에서 L값이 적숙기에 증가하여 밝아지는 현상을 나타내었으나, 최종 김치의 색은 C > D > A > B 순으로 좋게 나타났다. 발효숙성일수가 경과함에 따라 총 비타민 C 함량은 9.0~14.0mg%까지 감소하였으며 적숙기에 가서 22.0mg%로 다소 증가 하다가 후기에 서서히 감소하였다. A군은 완만한 감소(25~22 %)를 보인 반면 B군은 다소 감소폭(25~7.0mg%)이 컸다. 발효 후기의 총 비타민 C 보유량에는 A > D > C > B 순으로 높게 나타났다.

일축 가압 소결법을 이용한 고밀도 탄화 붕소 제조 및 기계적 특성 (Mechanical Properties of B4C Ceramics Fabricated by a Hot-press Sintering)

  • $B_4C$ ceramics were fabricated by a hot-press sintering method and their sintering behavior, microstructure and mechanical properties were evaluated. Relative density of $B_4C$ ceramics were obtained by a hot-press sintering method reached as high as 99% without any sintering additives. The mechanical properties of $B_4C$ ceramics was improved by a methanol washing process which can remove $B_2O_3$ phase from a $B_4C$ powder surface. This improvement results from the formation of homogeneous microstructure because the grain coarsening was suppressed by the elimination of $B_2O_3$ phase. Particularly, mechanical properties of the sintered specimen using a methanol washed powder improved compared with the specimen using an as-received commercial powder.

  • Ternary Ti-B-C coatings were synthesized on WC-Co and Si wafers substrates by a PECVD technique using a gaseous mixture of $TiCl_4,\;BCl_3,\;CH_4,\;Ar,\;and\; H_2$. The effects of deposition variables such as substrate temperature, gas ratio, $R_x=[BCl_3/(CH_4+BCl_3)]$ on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-B-C coatings were investigated. From our instrumental analyses, the synthesized Ti-B-C coatings was confirmed to be composites consisting of nanocrystallites TiC, quasi-amorphous TiB2, and amorphous carbon at low boron content, on the contrary, nanocrystallites $TiB_2$, quasi-amorphous TiC, and amorphous carbon at relatively high boron content. The microhardness of the Ti-B-C coatings increased from $\~23 GPa$ of TiC to $\~38 GPa$ of $Ti_{0.33}B_{0.55}C_{0.11}$ coatings with increasing the boron content. The $Ti_{0.33}B_{0.55}C_{0.11}$ coatings showed lower average friction coefficient of 0.45, in addition, it showed relatively better wear behavior compared to other binary coatings of $TiB_2$ and TiC. The microstruture and microhardness value of Ti-B-C coatings were largely depend on the deposition temperature.

민물환경에서 분리된 novel Hymenobacter sp. B2의 분류학적 특성연구 (Taxonomic characterization of novel Hymenobacter sp. B2 isolated from a freshwater environment)

  • Hymenobacter 속(genus)은 Bacteroidota 문(phylum), Hymenobacteraceae 과(family)의 대표 속(type genus)이다. 이 속에 속하는 세균들은 붉은색 색소를 함유하는 그람 음성 간균으로서, 자연계의 다양한 환경에서 분리되고 있다. 본 연구에서 붉은색 색소를 함유하는 그람 음성 간균이 경남 창원시 소재 창원대학교 교내의 연못에서 분리되었고, 이 세균은 균주 B2로 명명되었다. 균주 B2를 계통분석 및 생화학적으로 분석한 결과, Hymenobacter 속에 속하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 세균의 16S rRNA 유전자 염기서열을 genbank의 BLAST로 분석해 본 결과, 다른 어떠한 세균과도 16S rRNA 유전자 염기서열의 상동성이 새로운 미생물로 인정되는 기준인 98.7%보다 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 균주 B2의 지방산을 분석해 본 결과, 주된 지방산은 summed feature 3(C16:1 ω7c and/or C16:1 ω6c, 22.8%), iso-C15:0(16.2%), anteiso-C15:0(12.9%), C16:1ω5c(12.4%) 및 summed feature 4 (iso-C17:1 I/anteiso-C17:1)(9.5%)인 것으로 밝혀졌는데, 결과적으로 균주 B2의 지방산 함량은 다른 Hymenobacter 종들의 지방산 함량과 뚜렷한 차이가 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 세균의 16S rRNA 유전자 염기서열은 genbank에 accession number OQ318247로 등록되었다.

  • The Ethylene polymerization behavior of a series of polymethylene bridged dinuclear CGC $[Zr({\eta}^{5}:{\eta}^{1}-C_{9}H_{5}SiMe_{2}NCMe_{3})Me_{2}]_{2}[(CH_{2})_{n}]\;[_{n}=6(1),\;9(2),\;12(3)]$ in the cocatalytic activation with $Ph_{3}C^{+}B^{-}(C_{6}F_{5})_{4}\;(B_{1})\;or\;Ph_{3}C^{+}(C_{6}F_{5})_{3}B^{-}C_{6}F_{4}B^{-}(C_{6}F_{5})_{3}Ph_{3}C^{+}\;(B_{2})\;or\;B(C_{6}F_{5})_{3}\;(B_{3})$ were investigated to study the nuclearity effects as well as the counteranion effects. The ethylene polymerization and ethylene/1-hexene copolymerization were conducted at $30^{\circ}C$ It was found that both in ethylene polymerization and ethylene/1-hexene copolymerization, activities increased in the order of 1 < 2 < 3, which indicates the presence of longer bridge between two active sites contributes more efficiently to facilitate the polymerization activity.

Effect of Spraying Distance on Properties of $B_4C$ Coating

  • Boron carbide coating has some very attractive properties for nuclear and semiconductor industry. The potential of atmosheric plasma spray as manufacturing methods for $B_4C$ coating was discussed. In this work, the boron carbide coating with low porosity, high microhardness and good life of thermal shock resistance was deposited by the control of spraying distance. The relationship between the properties of $B_4C$ coatings and their spraying distance was studied.
