"사실 국가건축정책위원장 책임을 떠안는 것에 고민을 많이 했습니다. 작금 건축의 본질에 관해 꽤 진지하게 논하는 결정권자들이 많아진 상황에서 직을 맡은 이상 그냥 시간만 보내진 않을 겁니다. 평소 생각한 건축계의 부족한, 불합리한, 불비한 부분을 임기 중 완전히 고치진 못한다 하더라도 시작은 해놓고 끝내려 합니다." 작년 4월 취임한 승효상 대통령소속 국가건축정책위원장이 국내 건축계 현안에 대한 생각과 앞으로의 계획을 설명했다. 그가 걸어온 삶의 궤적에는 건축의 공공성 문화적 가치라는 단어들이 새겨져 있으며, 이는 그가 활동해 온 건축계 여러 운동 모임에서도 살펴볼 수 있다. 지식인으로서 마땅히 지녀야 할 건축사(Architect)의 책무에 관해서는 쓴소리도 서슴지 않았던 그다. 2014년 서울시 '초대 총괄건축가'로 선임돼 서울시의 도시정책과 건축문화, 공공 공간조성 등 도시계획 전반에 대해 역할을 했다면, 이젠 국가 건축정책의 목표와 관계 부처간 건축정책의 심의.조정까지 그 역할범위가 커졌다. 필드의 건축사라면 승효상 국가건축정책위원장에게 기대하는 바가 큰 게 사실이다. 실제 그의 취임 후 정부 내 국건위의 위상은 과거와 달라졌으며, 작년 9월 4일에는 문재인 대통령이 서울 은평구 구산동 도서관마을에서 열린 '대한민국 국민생활 SOC현장 방문, 동네 건축현장을 가다' 행사에 참석해 도서관, 체육관, 경로당 등 '생활 SOC 혁신의지'를 강조해 눈길을 끌었다. 최근 정부세종신청사 설계공모 관련 논란에는 "국토부에 소관 설계공모 규정을 고쳐야 함을 권고했다. 고칠 거다! 안 고치면 안 되게 돼 있다!"며 목소리에 힘을 주어 재차 강조했다. 제5기 대통령소속 국가건축정책위원장으로 선임돼 지난해 4월부터 역할을 해온 승효상 건축사를 종로구 동숭동 (주)종합건축사사무소 이로재(履露齋)에서 만났다.

2007년에 '메타버스 로드맵(Metaverse Roadmap)보고서가 발표된 이후, 메타버스 로드맵에 축이 되는 라이프 로깅, 증강현실, 거울세계, 가상세계의 의미와 활용내용에 대한 연구 역시 활발히 이루어지고 있으며, 이것이 갖는 산업적·경제적 영향에 대해 다양한 방송매체·미디어 등을 통해 접할 수 있다. 또한 메타버스를 활용한 사회적 기능으로는 ①경제(메타버스 활용 산업 생태계 육성), ② 교육(메타버스 기반 체감형 학습지원), ③문화관광(시공간 제약 없는 온택트 문화마케팅), ④소통(시민 중심의 맞춤형 열린 소통), ⑤도시(현실과 가상을 결합한 XR기반 도시혁신), ⑥행정(현실보다 편리한 신개념 가상 행정), ⑦인프라('메타버스 서울'의 안정적인 인프라 조성)를 통해 메타버스의 순기능을 극대화하기 위한 전략으로 활용되고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 메타버스에 대한 기술 및 활용에 관한 관심에 비교해 메타버스 윤리에 대한 논의가 부족한 상황이라는 점에 주목한다. 그래서 메타버스에 대한 사회적 기능에 대해서 살펴보고, 메타버스에서 발생할 수 있는 사회·윤리적 문제를 영화 '레디 플레이어 원(Ready Player One)'을 통해 살펴보았다.

This study set out to develop a logistics rationalization model to reduce logistics costs including return route costs by using open information systems that overcame the limitations of the old closed logistics systems by the corporations and applying the principle of freight car sharing among them. In recent years, information infrastructure that can be easily shared by many such as information networks, however, One of the causes of rising logistics costs is high empty transfer rates on return routes after goods are transported from the distribution center of each company to consumption sites, It is propose to promote logistic efficiency and innovation. The study especially identified a logistics rationalization plan by examining and analyzing the stages of transportation on the circulation route of a distribution system from the distribution center of a corporation to consumption sites and the empty transfer rates and their current state.

The important of Smart City has been increasing on the driving force of 4^th industrial revolution and method to solve urban problems. Korea government introduced and implemented ubiquitous City as an intrinsic Smart City brand from the early 21^th century. Diverse types of Smart City projects were announced as national strategy by the spatial characteristics. National Test-Beds in Sejong city and Busan(EDC: Eco Delta City) are urban planning to be future city models for new town development. In the old towns in cities, various type of Smart City projects are support by government by urban growth stage; frontiers, stable or declining urban realm. 「3^rd Comprehensive Plan for Smart City(2019 ~ 2023)」 in Korea plans an important role to build innovative ecosystem and reinforce global competiveness by spreading of Smart Cities. For the successful Smart City as open and inclusive space, it is need that this space should be made by the cooperation of citizens, private sectors and local and central government.

현재까지 시공된 사장교 중, 주경간이 가장 긴 교량은 중국의 수통대교(1088m)이다. 이에 버금가는 사장교로 홍콩의 스톤커터교(1018m) 역시 주경간장이 1000m가 넘는다. 바야흐로 사장교 역시 주경간 1000m의 시대가 열린 것이다. 우리나라 역시 세계적 흐름에 맞추어 주경간 800m의 인천대교(세계 5위)를 시공한바 있다. 이와 같이 교량의 초장대화는, 교량 건설 분야에서 기술경쟁력의 지표가 될 뿐만 아니라 세계 건설 시장의 큰 흐름이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 세계적 추세에 발맞추어, 국내 각계의 건설 전문가들이 모여 만든 초장대 교량 사업단의 기술 혁신 사업의 일환으로 이루어졌다. 교량이 장대화 되면서 바람의 의한 영향이 중요해진다는 것은 주지의 사실이다. 특히 사장교와 현수교 같은 특수 교량의 경우, 정적 및 동적 내풍 성능이 반드시 고려되어야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 주경간 1200m의 사장교를 가정하고, 이 사장교의 내풍 단면을 개발, 그 단면에 대한 정적 및 동적 내풍 성능을 평가하고자 하였다. 정적 내풍 성능으로는 단면의 형상에 따른 풍하중을 파악하고자 했으며, 동적 내풍 성능으로는 풍속에 따른 교량의 연직방향 변위 및 플러터 속도를 파악하고자 하였다. 이 실험은 추후에 3차원 전교모형실험의 기본 데이터로 활용하였다. 본 실험을 통해 개발된 단면의 등류 및 난류 상태에서의 영각별 정적 공기력계수를 계산해내었고, 설계풍속이 54.7m/s일때 한계풍속 65.64m/s(거마대교 기준)하에서의 중앙 경간의 풍속별 평균 변위를 측정하였으며, 이를 토대로 이 교량의 영각별 플러터 속도를 계산해 내었다.

The golden rule of CRM should be core customers. They show such passionate partnership with the company that they actively put forth their opinion to improve products and service through voluntary pro-company activities and participate in the development of new products through open innovation. Therefore, the top priority of a company should be given to defining its core customers and accurately understanding and managing them, which would contribute to the growth of the company. It has become more important nowadays how to manage a long-term customer relationship, for it can assure the company of increased income in spite of steep competition with rival companies. Therefore strong customer relationship is an important means of proving the company with competitive edge and maximizing company income.

This study was conducted to empirically analyze the relationship between business and digital capabilities of small businesses on business satisfaction. To this end, business capabilities were subdivided into industry expertise and customer management expertise. Digital capabilities were subdivided into SNS activity, ease of ICT usability, and business utilization of ICT. At the same time, we examined how the moderating effect of performance of personal media education. A survey was conducted to empirically analyze this, and 200 sample who received personal media education were analyzed. SPSS 24.0 and Macro Process 4.0 were used for statistical analysis. As a result of the empirical analysis of this study, industry expertise, customer management expertise, SNS activity, and business utilization of ICT, all had a positive (+) significant effect on business satisfaction. On the other hand, the significant influence relationship on the ease of ICT usability was not tested. Industry expertise and business utilization of ICT were found to be variables that had a great influence. It was analyzed that personal media education performance plays a moderating role between SNS activity, business utilization of ICT and business satisfaction. The results of this study are meaningful in that they empirically analyze that these capabilities affect business satisfaction even for small businesses at a time when the importance of digital capabilities increases.

The COVID-19 pandemic catalyzed major changes in our work environment, underscoring the critical role of workplace flexibility. While a wealth of research exists on specific flexible work strategies and schedules, a broader understanding of workplace flexibility has been somewhat overlooked. This study aimed to bridge this gap by examining the correlation between workplace flexibility and organizational commitment. Our sample consisted of 300 employees from foreign businesses in the ICT(information and communications technology) service sector and the manufacturing industry, along with those from the top 50 leading Korean enterprises. We bifurcated workplace flexibility into two distinct categories for this study: quantitative and qualitative. Our results revealed that within the quantitative category, the flexibility of continuity of work and flexible place significantly enhanced organizational commitment. Interestingly, the flexibility of work schedules didn't have a marked impact on commitment levels. On the qualitative side, job autonomy and teamwork emerged as significant drivers of organizational commitment. It's worth noting that qualitative aspects of workplace flexibility had a more pronounced effect on organizational commitment than the quantitative elements. These findings highlight the necessity of approaching workplace flexibility from a comprehensive perspective, embracing both its quantitative and qualitative dimensions. For businesses aiming to maximize the benefits of flexibility, it's essential to cultivate a culture of open communication, champion collaboration, and prioritize job autonomy and teamwork. Establishing a work environment that actively supports feedback-oriented communication stands as a key component in this endeavor.

As our current society is increasingly demanding a Home Economics Education curriculum that projects the recent changes around us, in this study we hope to present which fundamental materials would be needed in Home Economics Education to satisfy the needs of learners in schools and to Provide actual practice and information crucial to live in the future society. A reform of the present Home Economics regime is needed, and as a result of critical analysis on the subject we found that it did not portray the plurality of family relations and cultures owing to the sudden changes in society, nor did it present an active curriculum that could be applied to the changes in social environments. This was partly because of the matter of establishing a proper academic identity of Home Economics Education, the matter of specializing curriculums and general methods of applying them, the academic conservatism in the field of Home Economics, and ineffectiveness of teacher reeducation as well as a lack of leadership on the part of administrative departments. The objective and content structure of Home Economics Education should be reformed to adjust to the current society by taking an approach focused on family and the consumer. In the family part, curriculums should include the formations of various family structures and home cultures to portray a more open concept of family, which should promote gender equality in matters of child upbringing and housework. From a humanitive perspective, Home Education should he dealing with the mediation and decision-making of individuals caught between social advancement and household functions. their communication skills in choosing and deciding, and furthermore their participation in their living communities which may present more material basis of critical scientific philosophies to be discussed in class. Additional themes such as sustainable consumption for earth environment and resource preservation and ways of application to rebuild our diminishing society must also be included in the education curriculum. We should look to find a more integrated approach to Home Economics Education rather than the present field based and specialized regime.

Artificial intelligence technology is influencing across all areas as technology advances and social needs change. Therefore, Korean universities have actively developed and operated classes related to artificial intelligence, and have emphasized the importance of artificial intelligence not only in major education but also in liberal arts education. However, there is a lack of research on the development of educational methods and educational programs because artificial intelligence education in liberal arts is in its early stages. SSI is an education that can apply social and ethical problems related to science to open problems that can creatively and reasonably present solutions. SSI can be applied to make AI education more effective. In this study, an artificial intelligence liberal arts curriculum applied SSI was developed with three purposes: First, it is designed is designed so that students subject to education can access it by considering its characteristics as actors of the intelligent information society. Second, it is designed so that students can experience artificial intelligence programs themselves and deal with science technology and social relevance in depth, focusing on various examples of real life. Third, it is designed and approached so that students can participate and cooperate for the purpose of solving common problems to develop cooperative problem-solving skills.
