  • 문제: 퇴원 환자의 문의 전화가 많아지면서 병동 간호사는 이 문의에 응하는 일로 업무량 과다, 전화 상담에 대한 자신감 저하 및 부담 등을 느끼고 있었다. 부적절한 전화문의 관리는 환자와 간호사 모두에게 시간 소모 및 만족도 저하 등의 부정적인 경험을 남길 수 있다. 목적: 전화문의 응대 매뉴얼 구축 및 활용으로 병동 간호사 및 퇴원 환자의 만족도를 향상시키고자 한다. 의료기관: 서울시 종로구에 소재한 대학병원. 질 향상 활동: 표준화된 전화문의 응대 매뉴얼을 개발하였다. 또한 간호사의 업무 효율성 및 지식 향상을 위해 간호사 대상 매뉴얼을 교육하여 실무에서 활용하기 쉽도록 하였다. 개선효과: 표준화된 전화문의 응대 매뉴얼을 안과 병동 간호사와 전보자 및 신규 간호사 교육에 활용할 수 있었다. 간호사의 전화문의 응대 관련 직무 만족도가 향상되었다. 환자 역시 표준화된 매뉴얼에 따라 일치되고 일관성 있는 정확한 정보를 제공받게 되어 환자의 만족도와 이해도가 증가할 것이다.

  • This thesis aims at examining his understandings about the The Great Learning centering on the of the founder of the YiYongHuSaeng School (利用厚生學派: A school who pursued prosperous economy and welfare of people) orthe BukHak School(北學派: A positive school that pursued mercantilism) from the Joseon Dynasty, Dam-Heon Hong Dae Yong (1731-1783). 1) From what is indicated in the , his studies mainly focused on the annotations from DaeHakJangGuDaeJeonJipJu ("大學章句大全集註": A book that edited different phrases from the Great Learning into chapters and paragraphs), Questioning of the Great Learning", and "JuJaUhRyu (朱子語類: A book of Confucian literature written by Yeo Jung Deok" of Zhu Xi who was a representative scholar of the Neo-Confucianism in the Song Dynasty. 2) Acknowledging entirely the arguing points of Zhu Xi, he is taking a critical position in a way that partial doubts are divided into seven chapters and questioned. 3) For the main characteristic and direction of the questioning, he is estimating that Zhu Xi only stressed the 'means' and 'interior' out of the world of 'means and ends' and 'interior and exterior' in Zhu Xi's recognizing and handling cases; instead, he emphasized putting equivalent value on the 'ends' and 'exterior' as well. 4) In fact, such questions raised partially were misconceived since they were not carried out through profound understanding nor systematic logic expansion of what Zhu Xi insisted. 5) Despite this, at the point where Neo-Confucian thoughts were fixed and weakened only with its form left in the late Joseon Dynasty, his perspective on the study of Confucian classics that the 'ends' and 'exterior' should be as equally valued as the 'means' and 'interior' by examining through the core text of the Neo-Confucianism, The Great Learning has its significance in his YiYongHuSaeng dogma that says politicians, by all means, should provide the ruled with economic convenience and welfare and this is their very right virtue.

Criteria for Evaluating Cryptographic Algorithms, based on Statistical Testing of Randomness (AES(Advanced Encryption Standard) 평가에 대한 고찰)

  • In this paper, we investigate criteria for evaluating cryptographic strength based on randomness testing of the advanced encryption standard candidates, which have conducted by NIST(National Institute of Standards & Technology). It is difficult to prove that a given cryptographic algorithm meets sufficient conditions or requirements for provable security. The statistical testing of random number generators is one of methods to evaluate cryptographic strength and is based on statistical properties of random number generators. We apply randomness testing on several cryptographic algorithms that have not been tested by NIST and find criteria for evaluating cryptographic strength from the results of randomness testing. We investigate two criteria, one is the number of rejected samples and the other is the p-value from p-values of the samples.

  • 대학교에 민원, 문의 등 업무용 전화가 많이 오가는 상황에서 사용자가 원하는 부서, 교직원의 전화번호를 알아내기 위해 직접 검색하는 과정에 대한 솔루션을 제공하기 위해 본 논문에서는 대학 교직원들의 전화번호와 부서의 정보를 저장하고 있는 CSV 파일을 챗봇 시스템에서 요구하는 모양과 특성에 맞게 데이터를 가공하고 알맞은 정보를 제공하기 위해 사용자의 질의 문장을 해체 분석하여 필요 정보에 대하여 답변을 해주는 대학 교직원 번호 안내 챗봇 시스템을 개발하였다.

Design Improvement Based on the Analysis of Informational Materials for University Hospital Inpatient Hospitalization (대학병원 입원생활 안내문의 현황 분석과 디자인 개선 제안)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the current status of hospital life guides in Korean and overseas hospitals, draw problems, and propose a design improvement. in order to improve the visual convenience and efficiency of information delivery of hospital life guidelines. As a result of examining and analyzing the current status of the notice on hospital life in 16 hospitals at home and abroad, problems such as information selection without certain standard, increase of items due to unnecessary items, and forms that do not consider the convenience for notice use were discovered. In order to solve them, this study suggested a survey questionnaire for finding detailed improvements, and it divided the participants into two groups of 50 patients/nurses and 50 nurses in each. The study carried out a user awareness investigation and survey on the efficiency and understanding of information, number and importance of items, and color and form, and then made another sample notice to conduct a detailed survey on color and form. As a result, the study could identify that important items for each users were different. It is considered that a new design with improved visual convenience of users and efficiency of information delivery, by applying layout and graphic elements as well as selecting information that meets consumer demand, will be proposed based on this.

Analysis of Subjectivity on Good Universities of Science and Engineering Graduates (이공계 졸업생의 좋은 대학에 대한 주관적 인식 유형 분석)

  • The purposes of this research are to identify the subjective perception type of science and engineering graduates about good university and to analyze the differences of their undergraduates' experiences among types. Using Q methodology, 29 statements about a good university, reflecting on the previous research as well as quality assurance criteria in higher education, were administered to 16 science and engineering graduates for ranking using a Q-sort procedure. As a result 16 graduates were classified into three types according to their preference for 29 statements. Type 1, oriented student experience, recognized that a good university encourages students to participate in various activities and experiences. Type 2, oriented institutional outcomes, recognized that a good university is ranked high in criteria such as employment rate, research outcome, and entrance exam scores etc. Type 3, oriented educational activity, recognized that a good university is regarded as a community focusing on teaching and learning. Finally, considering the finding of the research, some pedagogical and administrational implications were suggested for quality improvement in higher education.

  • This research is to analyze the status of menu guides provided to inpatients in Korean hospitals, analyze the problem of delivering information, and propose improvement plans through information visualization as a part of improving service for inpatients. The nutrition department in hospitals were directly visited, data were collected, and the types and contents of menu guides were analyzed. Then, problems were found by focusing on whether there is an effective delivery of information, in terms of information visualization aspects. The menu provided to inpatients in Korean hospitals are divided into general, optional, and therapeutic menu depending on patients' conditions, and the menu guide is largely divided into a general guide and optional guide. The information covers menu, origin of ingredients, guide, withdrawal time, etc. However, there is no categorization according to the contents or importance of information, thus creating inefficient problems for patients to acquire information. The problem of menu guides is that they do not deliver information properly due to disorganized information. In order to improve this, information should be categorized and visualized according to its contents and importance for enhancing readability, which will then be able to provide menu guides that can deliver information more efficiently to patients.
