Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe nursing students' perception of well-dying and knowledge for Advanced Directives. Methods: Nursing students from one university were selected for the research and a survey was carried out during March and April, 2019. A total of 133 nursing students participated in this study. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, $x^2$ test with SPSS statistics 21.0. Results: According to the results, the mean score for perception of well dying was $3.00{\pm}0.31$, and knowledge for Advance Directives was $9.05{\pm}2.20$. Perception of well-dying was significantly different by grade group. Knowledge for Advance Directives was significantly different by pre-education experience. Conclusion: In order to improve the nursing students' knowledge for advanced directives, it is necessary to develop education program and provide them through the total school years.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of a multifactorial program for urinary incontinence, self-esteem and self-efficacy in older women. Methods: A one-group pretest-posttest with no control group was used. Nineteen women completed weekly 90-min group sessions for eight weeks. The group received a multi-factorial program comprised of Kegel exercise, education and psychosocial programs over 8 weeks. Data on urinary incontinence, self-esteem and self-efficacy were collected twice: before the intervention and 8 weeks after the intervention. Data were analyzed using paired t-test by non-parametric statistics. Results: Total scores for the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire decreased significantly after the intervention (pretest $7.95{\pm}5.48$, posttest $5.15{\pm}4.72$, p<.05). The scores for self-esteem and self-efficacy improved significantly. Conclusion: These results indicate that a multifactorial program for older women is feasible to prevent urinary incontinence in women living in the community.

Purpose: This study was done to describe a community health practitioner's nursing case study for a hypertension patient. Methods: For this purpose, data were collected through interviews and nursing records. The nursing process was carried out from January to March in 2019. Results: For this patient, blood pressure was checked 5 times and total cholesterol test was performed 5 times over 41 consultations. Even though the patient was 84 years old, he was very interested in health. When the blood pressure and cholesterol level measured by community health practitioner were high, he was embarrassed by the recommendation to get a hospital checkup. After referral to a medical clinic and hospital, he was satisfied with the results of the tests and medical treatment, and constantly practiced daily walking exercise. Conclusion: It is very important for community health practitioners to assess patient symptoms correctly and refer the patient timely to manage complications.
