Dusty plasmas consisting of electrons, ions, neutral gas molecules, and small solid-state 'dust' particles are ubiquitous. Examples include plasma processing, fusion plasmas, polar mesospheric clouds, Saturn's rings, comet tails, and protoplanetary disks. Since Voyager I and II discovered dusty plasmas in our solar system, dusty plasmas have been extensively studied from space & basic sciences to semiconductor & display industries. Here, a brief review on dusty plasma research is given and some remarkable results are introduced.

In this paper, I present the introduction of cutoff probe in plasma diagnostics. This paper shows the whole progress for the cutoff probe including how to start to develop the cutoff probe in the initial period, what idea has been included during the development, how to evolve the probe during ten years.

This article reviews technical trend in research of stretchable electrodes for wearable devices, bio-integrated devices, and stretchable electronics. Stretchable electronics is new emerging class of electronics following flexible electronics. One of the most difficult challenges in the development of stretchable electronic is to realize high performance stretchable electrodes with a low resistivity and high strain failure and stretchability against severe strain of the substrate. For this reason, there are many reports on the promising stretchable electrodes including CNT, graphene, Ag nanowire, and composite materials. We outline the recent research for stretchable substrate and stretchable electrode materials to realize highly stretchable electrodes.

Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) have already been commercialized for the mobile-phone display, TV, and lighting panels. Even though the OLED display for the mobile phones is now considered as the main stream display for the application, the OLED TV and lighting panels are having difficulty in their market due to their high prices despite the better performance to the competitors. In recent years, roll-to-roll production of the OLED has begun to be examined, and this method is opening a way to solve the high price problem. In this article, we introduce several important processes for roll-to-roll production of OLED and explain the development status to date.
