And services of nurses and living assistant get mixed properties by that problem for the aged with difficulty in walking. It classified into T type, L type, H type, ${\Box}$ type, - type all the path of flow for nurses and living assistant on the longest from nursing station to each bedroom, the path of flow for evacuation from each room to exit, the path of flow for walking practice on the corridor and lobby. The three path of flow are influenced by an inner court, especially passable court is the important primary factor in the communication between the aged, a course and time required of flow.

This research deal with 47 cases cultural property wooden building by whole investigation(field survey and interview) in Gangnung province. The most buildings have basic fire extinguisher; ABC powder. A few buildings are rarely installed fire extinguishing equipments; outdoor fire hydrant, heat sensor, ground sprinkler, CO2-hose-reel. But these state is very insufficient for the fire-safety in cultural property wooden buildings. Specially as particular attention in province, forest fire of regional characteristic have close relation with cultural property fire. The majority of factor against forest and building fire is to provide monitoring and security system; CCTV, Fence, Sensor, Alarm and paid guard man against incendiary. Ultimately it is necessary to construct comprehensive disaster prevention system with the organic cooperation such as National Emergency Management Agency, Cultural Heritage Administration, Forest Service, local government officials and regional citizen.

This paper aims to clarify the spatial form and functional transition of Korean traditional shop house in Maehwa marketplace, Uljin. The general form of Korean traditional shop house of Maehwa marketplace was the timbered house of the tin roof built in the 1960s. As the scale of a building being comparatively small-scale, building area is $60m^2$ and the yard was mainly made behind the building. When the spatial form of Korean traditional shop house is considered, the composition of 4 by 2 is most. And in the front of a building, the shop is located, and when the back of a building prepares a residence, integration of a sales function and a habitation function is seen. The shop of Korean traditional shop house is converted into living space by change of the function, and the position is the middle of a front of building. This is considered as what inherited the Korean lifestyle. And the last, Although it is not different from the appearance of the shop house of other areas, since there are few grades of the change in comparison, the extension situation of Korean traditional shop house is recognized as an example important for future research.

Recently, Rural village of japan are enlarging and enriching the service of health, medical and welfare facilities for the elderly. Concentrated arrangement of the three types of facilities is one of the effective ways especially for the small-scale local governments. This paper focus on a questionnaire survey of employees who work in the facilities to evaluate service network. Using this survey data, it is used to make a plan of intensive arrangement. As a result, their satisfaction with concentrated arrangement was considerable high. In particular, they expressed satisfaction with service network between Medical and Welfare. Due to increasing outpatients, the concentrated arrangement has contributed to hospital funds and given emotional security to the aged in welfare facilities. In order to promote service network effect, there are many opinions that management of health facilities(local governments) is needed.

This study was based on the interviews of the official of Cheongju city for having ideas about establishment and operation of community center and the developing process of "Campaign of making beautiful communities" and also visits each center for investigating actual programs accomplished.

This paper presents the real condition and problems of rural communities, shift of social paradigm, and also discussed the results and efforts of existing energy supporting policy by literature review. The aim of this study is to suggest the new supporting policy of energy saving facilities for rural communities, and to show its necessity, framework, promotion method, and connection plan with existing policy. Based on this study, mainly three results can be drawn as follows; first, this new policy is required that not only suggestive reason such as energy crisis and social atmosphere, but also, financial support and welfare service for resident of rural area. Second, the various rural facilities including residence must be planed sustainable energy saving system by this new policy. And the third, this policy should be simultaneously adopted with rural development policy, and must drive forward that is closely connected with a related policy.

Second, if it build a new building would have to find space in community. So, the plan must reflect the community and the locality, If so the landscape of th community, the building will be imbibe naturally. Third, the rural area of the rural community when planning for past, present and future should be thoroughly analyzed, and for the future direction of the community will be set up. Finally, analyzing correctly past of the community to reconfigure the rural community is very important. When configure the space of rural community, if created the new space based on original characteristic of the community, the landscape will be kept in rural community.
