The importance of studying, planning and designing in Housing Color has been increased nowadays. This Study as a methodology of studying in Housing Color attempts introduce a fieldt of these studise. So, finding out the Environmental Color and Classifying the methodology of studying in Housing Color, and introduce precedent studies.

The purpose of this research is to provide the informations on built - in closets and storage in urban apartment houses in korea, considering the mode in living. Since the number of household goods and furniture might be related with the unit size of house(L D K) and district (Seoul. Pusan, Incheon) all data also were evaluated by the struclure of dwelling space and urban area in korea. For being importance of "Anbang" for indoor living, in which Znagnnng, Mungap, a dressing table and hanger are prepared. Preparation of new space in various ways. so many living tools are being used, for example the dinner table with adjustable supporters. A room is specially prepared for storage of season's living goods and furniture. It is very interest that the bed is still net popular, because that is considered as obstruction for the function of "Anbang", specially in small size apartment. Built - in closets and storage In "Anbang" is greatly needed, because most of activities of living involving sleeping are done In that space.

This study aimes to support basic data for developing elderly house in korea by classification elderly house of sevral countries including Korea. Data annalysed in this study are referenes about elderly house in home economics, architecture, sociology, thesis, plans and pamphlets of eldrly house. Elderly house in our country should be developed to fit our conditions of the elderly, so, it can be classified four types such as 3 generations sharing house, self-supporting elderly house, self-supporting elderly house with aids and facilities for the aged.

This study aimed to provide a basic data for presenting an appropriate plan of bathroom space which is suitable to our bathing behavior. We analized 1052 of small-sized apartment housing floor plans and the results were as follows. 1. Bathroom space were classified into 5 types : bath unit type, separated type, deficisncy type, over bath unit type, and semiseparated type and there was no separated type in this study. 2. The bathroom space type according to the size of housing 1) Deficiency type was the most popular one in 10-15 pyung sized housing. 2) In the size of 16-20 pyung housing, deficiency and bath unit type were popular ones. 3) Bath unit type was the most generalized one in 21-30 pyung. 4) Bath unit type and over unit type were generally equipped in 31-34 pyung housing. 3. The size of bathroom was ranged from 0.7 pyung to 2.0 pyung, and the ratio of it was 7.5- 12%.

In this study, existing apartments were examined to find the building elements which affect deterioration of the apartment. Data was analyzed with frequency, and discriminant analysis by SPSS/PC package. According to the results, the deteriorating factors in the apartment were greatly affected by maintance and residents experience in immediate life inconvience and discomfort.
