4차산업혁명 시대의 대학 교양교육과 글쓰기 수업방안

General Education of University and Writing Classes in the Era of the 4th Industrial Revolution

초록

4차산업혁명 시대는 기술 혁신과 정보화의 급속한 발전으로 인해 기존의 교육 패러다임이 전환되고 있다. 이시대에 필요한 인재는 단순한 지식 전달이 아닌, 창의적 문제 해결 능력과 융합적 사고를 기반으로 한 실질적인 역량을 갖춘 인재이다. 이에 따라 대학 교양교육과 글쓰기 수업의 역할도 변화가 요구된다. 본 연구는 4차산업혁명 시대에 맞춰 교양교육의 목표를 재설정하고, 글쓰기 수업이 어떻게 학생들의 비판적 사고와 창의적 표현 능력을 강화할수 있을지 탐구한다. 교양교육은 다양한 학문적 배경을 융합한 통합적 접근이 필요하며, 글쓰기 수업은 자아와 타인의 통찰을 기반으로 문제 해결형, 협력적 학습 방안을 도입해 학생들이 실제 사회에서 필요한 소통 능력을 기를 수 있는 방향으로 발전해야 한다. 이러한 교육 개편을 통해 4차산업혁명 시대에 적합한 인재 양성이 가능할 것이다.

The existing educational paradigm is going to be changed due to the rapid development of technological innovation and information technology(IT) in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. The talents required in this era are not just transfer knowledge, but have practical skills based on creative problem-solving skills, cooperative learning and convergent thinking. In addition, the role of general education of university education and writing classes are also required to change for the era of the 4th industrial revolution.
