The purpose of this study is to lay the foundation for presenting the criteria for selecting newly coined words necessary for 'employment'. After conducting a survey on the needs of 10 international students who will get a job in the 'K-' field, a standard for newly coined words to be learned with the help of Korean helpers and instructors was prepared and a list was presented. While accepting the existing standards, more than 60 newly coined words were presented by adding social phenomena, job relevance, cultural adaptability, and practicality that should be known for working life. This research will serve as practical education for international students who want to work in Korea to improve their business, and further contribute to Korean vocabulary education as a basis for creating a teaching model for newly coined language education.
