간호대학생의 전공만족도, 진로정체감, 학업적 자기효능감과 진로준비행동과의 관계 연구

A Study on the Relationship between Major Satisfaction, Career Identity, Academic Self-Efficacy and Career Preparation Behavior in Nursing Students

초록

본 연구는 G시에 소재하는 4년제 간호대학생 210명을 대상으로 전공만족도, 진로정체감, 학업적 자기효능감 및 진로준비행동 간의 상관관계를 살펴보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 2019년 10월 15일부터 18일까지 이루어졌으며, 자료분석은 IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 변수의 평균과 표준편차, 실수와 백분율로 분석하였고, 변수 간의 상관관계는 Pearson's correlation coefficients로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 전공만족도는 3.78점, 진로정체감은 2.67점, 학업적 자기효능감은 3.11점, 진로준비행동은 2.46점이었으며, 진로준비행동은 전공만족도와 학업적 자기효능감과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 이에 간호대학생의 바람직한 진로준비행동을 유도하기 위하여 전공만족도와 학업적 자기효능감을 향상시키는 체계적 교육시스템이 필요하며, 그 효과를 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 또한 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명해볼 필요가 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship among major satisfaction, career identity, academic self-efficacy and career preparation behavior of nursing students. Methods: 210 nursing students participated. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and pearson's correlation coefficients with IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0. Results: Mean score of major satisfaction, career identity, academic self-efficacy and career preparation behavior was 3.78, 2.67, 3.11 and 2.46 points. There was significant positive correlation among major satisfaction, academic self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. Conclusion: Based on the finding of this study, to improve career preparation behavior of nursing students, it needs to a systemic education system that improve major satisfaction and academic self-efficacy. In addition, it is necessary to identify the factors that affect career preparation behavior.
