A Study on the Problem and on the Development Plan of Bibliotherapy based on the Factors that Affect Bibliotherapy - Focusing on the Bibliotherapy of Aimed at Improving Self Esteem -

독서치료 변인에 비추어 본 독서치료 연구의 문제점과 발전 방안 -자아존중감 향상을 위한 독서치료 연구를 중심으로-

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore problems within bibliotherapy research of the 15 thesis papers aimed at improving self esteem, and then to explore development plan. In the current study on bibliotherapy, the problems with bibliotherapy are presented in five aspects. First, there is a lack of professionalism and role of counselor who plays the most important role in bibliotherapy. Second, the situation of the internalizer as an internalizer of bibliotherapy was not reflected in the bibliotherapy program. Third, the lack of diversity in the bibliotherapy program does not keep the reader's interest in bibliotherapy. Fourth, bibliotherapy reading material is limited to text material, which lacks the use of various media. Fifth, there is insufficient validity for the test paper that measures the effectiveness of the reader's bibliotherapy in terms of research methods. Several development plan are proposed based on the factors that affect bibliotherapy. First, it is necessary to develop and train teaching materials to secure expertise of bibliotherapy counselors. Second, it is necessary to develop data on the various media on suitable for bibliotherapy material. Third, it is necessary to review the test paper that can accurately measure the effectiveness of bibliotherapy.

본 연구의 목적은 자아존중감 향상을 위한 독서치료 학위 논문 15편의 독서치료 연구가 지니는 문제점을 파악한 후, 발전 방안을 도출하는 데 있다. 현행 독서치료 연구에서 독서치료가 지닌 문제점을 변인 5가지 측면에서 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 독서치료에서 가장 중요한 역할을 하는 상담자의 전문성과 역할의 부재이다. 둘째, 독서치료의 내담자 변인으로 내담자에 대한 문제 상황이 독서치료 프로그램에 반영되지 않았다. 셋째, 독서치료 프로그램의 다양성 부족으로 독서치료에 대한 내담자의 지속적인 흥미를 유지시키지 못하고 있다. 넷째, 독서치료 자료가 텍스트 자료에 국한되어 다양한 매체활용이 부족하다. 다섯째, 연구방법적인 측면에서 내담자의 독서치료 효과를 측정하는 검사지에 대한 타당성이 부족하다. 독서치료에 영향을 주는 변인을 토대로 몇 가지 발전 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 첫째, 독서치료 상담자의 전문성 확보를 위한 교재 개발 및 연수가 필요하다. 둘째, 독서치료 자료로 적합한 다양한 매체에 대한 자료 개발이 필요하다. 셋째, 독서치료 효과를 정밀하게 측정할 수 있는 검사지에 대한 검토가 필요하다.
