The Effects of Emotional Quotient of Emotion laborers on Their Vocational Emotional Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment -The comparison of Secondary Schoolteachers and Nurse -

감정노동자의 감성지능이 직업 정서적 만족, 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 -중등 교사와 간호사의 비교-

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the emotional quotient of emotional laborers working in a social space on their vocational emotional satisfaction, including job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Research subjects were 58 registered nurses in care units at a University hospital located in K city of Korea and 48 Secondary schoolteachers. Data were collected from June 15 throughout June 22, 2014. Data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 program, using statistical methods including Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. It was found that there was a significant correlation between emotional quotient of emotional laborers, vocational emotional satisfaction, job satisfaction, organizational commitment. That is, the higher the emotional quotient of emotional laborers, the better the vocational emotional satisfaction, job satisfaction and the organizational commitment was. It could be the baseline data for providing working conditions and efficient system of emotional laborer.

본 연구는 종합병원 간호사와 중등 교사들을 대상으로 감성지능에 따른 직업 정서적 만족과 직무만족, 조직몰입을 파악하고 각각의 변인들 간의 연관성을 확인하여 직업군별로 비교 분석하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상은 K시 소재 종합병원 간호사 58명과 동 소재 중등교사 48명을 대상으로 하였으며 자료 수집은 2014년 6월 15일부터 6월 30일까지 이루어졌다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Window 17.0, t-test, ANOVA 및 $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test를 하였고, 연관성은 피어슨 상관계수와 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 감정노동자의 감성지능은 전반적으로 직업 정서적 만족, 직무만족, 조직몰입에 정적으로 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 이것은 감정노동자의 근무여건과 효율적인 제도를 마련할 수 있는 방안 모색에 기초자료가 될 것이다.
