Effect of Fenclorim on Reducing Herbicidal Injury in Direct-seeded Rice

해독제(害毒劑) Fenclorim이 담수직파(湛水直播) 재배조건(栽培條件)에서 벼의 제초제약해(除草劑藥害) 경감(輕減)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Abstract

The experiments were conducted to evaluate safening effect of fenclorim (CGA 123'407, 4,6-dichloro-2-phenyl pyrimidine) against injuries of pretilachlor, butachlor, and benthiocarb in direct-seeded rice under flooded conditions. Pretilachlor and butachlor and benthiocarb reduced crop standing and inhibited growth of rice plants. However, premixture application of pretilachlor, butachlor or benthiocarb with fenclorim at 10-30 g ai/10a greatly reduced rice injury caused by the application of each herbicide alone and thus increased crop standing plant height and dry weight of rice plants compared to herbicide treatments alone.

벼의 담수직파(湛水直播) 재배조건(栽培條件)에서 약해(藥害)가 발생(發生)되기 쉬운 제초제(除草劑)에 대한 약해경감(藥害輕減) 가능성을 검토하기 위하여 해독제(害毒劑) fenclorim을 공시(供試)하여 benthiocarb, butachlor 및 pretilachlor에 대한 약해경감효과(藥害輕減效果)를 담수직파(湛水直播) 재배조건(栽培條件)에서 조사(調査)하였다. 1. Benthiocarb 210g/10a, butachlor 180, 270g/10a, pretilachlor 60g/10a와 fenclorim 10g/10a 이상의 혼합처리(混合處理), 그리고 benthiocarb 315g/10a, pretilachlor 90g/10a와 fenclorim 20g/10a 이상의 혼합처리(混合處理)에 의해서 약해(藥害)가 경감(輕減)되어 입모율(立毛率)이 증가되었다. 2. Benthiocarb 210, 315g/10a 와 fenclorim 20g/10a 이상의 혼합처리(混合處理)에서, 그리고 butachlor 180, 270g/10a, pretilachlor 60, 90g/10a 와 fenclorim 10g/10a 이상의 혼합처리(混合處理)에 의해서 약해(藥害)가 경감(輕減)되어 초장(草長)이 증가되었다. 3. Benthiocarb 210, 315g/10a, pretilachlor 60, 90g/10a와 fenclorim 10g/10a 이상의 홈합처리(混合處理)에서, 그리고 butachlor 180, 270g/10a는 fenclorim 20g/10a 이상의 혼합처리(混合處理)에서 약해(藥害)가 경감(輕減)되어 건물중(乾物重)이 증가되었다. 4. 본(本) 실험(實驗)의 결과(結果) benthiocarb, butachlor 및 pretilachlor에 대한 해독제(害毒劑) fenclorim의 약해경감효과(藥害輕減效果)가 안정됨에 따라 fenclorim은 벼의 담수직파(湛水直播) 재배조건(栽培條件)에서 실용화(實用化)될 수 있을 것으로 사료(思料)된다.
