Abstract

In this paper, the absorption line of $NH_3$ is investigated by photoacoustic effect. And then an experiment with CO2 laser is conducted to demonstrate a method of measuring the intensity of NH3 using absorption line.

LNG 선박에 설치된 대용량 탱크의 누출을 검사하는 방법으로 $NH_3$를 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 광음향효과를 이용하여 $NH_3$의 흡수선을 조사하였고, 이를 이용하여 $NH_3$의 농도를 측정하는 방법을 실험하였다.
