Abstract
We investigated the electrical properties of polymer-carbon composite materials for temperature sensitive resistor applications. Cu/polymer/Cu sheets were fabricated by laminating low density polyethylene(LDPE) containing carbon powders. Weight ratio of carbon powder to LDPE was varied in a range of 0.9~2.
