Street fashion style expressing youth culture has become mainstream in the fashion field. Russian fashion designers who experienced the post-Soviet era in their youth have gained attention for the freshness of a youth inspiration. This study selected two representative young Russian fashion designers, Gosha Rubchinskiy and Tigran Avetisyan and analyzed their fashion works concerning characteristics of youth culture. Literature studies and case studies were conducted as research methods. The subject of the case studies were Gosha Rubchinskiy's fashion works from 2015 S/ S to 2018 F/W and Tigran Avetisyan's fashion works from the 2012 CSM Fashion Show to 2018 F/W. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, their fashion works express 'resistance' against the older generation and society. Second, we can also see the 'conformity' of the use to make a strong cohesion. Third, the fashion works symbolized an 'expression of individuality' of the youth. Fourth, the fashion works express an 'importance of practicality' related to the values of the young who prefer to high cost-effectiveness goods. Last, there is a 'remixed culture' in the Russian designer's works where a previously mixed culture mixes with others in creating a completely new one. This study analyzed the characteristics of a contemporary youth culture that influenced the world fashion market and contributed to understanding that the young generation is active in all aspects of society.

Japan is an advanced Asian country with a young, visual and stimulating culture that fascinates even western countries. The aim of this article was to provide an in-depth understanding of youth subculture as a medium of interpreting contemporary Japanese society and fashion, and understanding the values of Japanese youths today. The study of Japanese culture, youth culture, and Japanese youth subcultures of the 2000s and their clothing styles are based on documentary research and internet research, including a wide range of books and dissertations, and English, Korean and Japanese websites. It studies the unique youth subcultures of the country from the perspective of a Korean researcher who lives in a more fashion-conservative neighbouring country.

애니메이션 캐릭터는 대중문화의 한 요소가 아닌 대중문화를 이끌어 가는 하나의 장르가 되었다. 다양한 매체를 통해 접하게 되는 애니메이션 캐릭터는 그 영향력이 종류와 형태만큼이나 다양하고 놀랄만하다. 캐릭터와 함께 성장해 온 청소년들은 캐릭터의 다양한 성격과 행동에 지배받고 영향받고 있다. 그 결과, 다양한 경험을 습득한다라기 보다는 허황된 꿈을 추구하게 되고, 서구 지향적이 되며, 전통문화를 경멸하게 된다. 또한 유희적이고 폭력적이며 쾌락주의적인 만족을 청소년들로 하여금 마약처럼 중독시키고 있다.

This study aimed to reveal the concept and background of emergence of black leather jacket that began appearing in full-scale among youth sub-culture from 1950's, and to research its styles and aesthetic features on the basis of that. The researcher has intended to a theoretical frame to recreate black leather jacket which has been developing in youth sub-culture style as a resource of new design in modern fashion trend through this study There are 5 styles of black leather jacket in youth sub-culture after 1950's. Firstly, biker style black leather jacket showed ruined war heroes substituting for military uniform. Secondly, rocker style black leather jacket brought the conversion in definition of masculinity. Thirdly, greaser style black leather jacket showed the beauty of uncleanness expressing resistance and violence with tattered dirty materials and excessive metal ornaments. Fourthly, headbanger style black leather jacket was prominent in various and compound decoration due to combination of rocker and hippie features. fifthly, punk style black leather jacket was influenced greatly by Sex Pistols. There are broadly three ecstatic features oi black leather jacket among youth sub-culture. With regard to displaying terrorism, black leather jacket displayed threatening aspects with black color, formative beauty of inverted triangle, additional decoration, and animal & brutal feelings. Paradoxical trophyism showed Nihilism, disorder, and resistance through black color that symbolize bad luck and unstability, trophyism with bad flavor, tattered material effect, and destructive message painting. Masculine eroticism appeared in accordance with pursuing after pleasure and masculine sexuality through exposure of buttocks and focused penis due to jacket's short length, and fetish of black.

The purpose of the youth employment academy is to resolve the occurrence of job miss matches due to college curriculum, which are far from the demand of industrial field. Despite the government's efforts, college students' willingness to get a job has been on the decline recently, making it also important to improve their will to get a job or desire to achieve a job, in addition to delivering expertise to job seekers. Therefore, this study investigated to identify the learning environment characteristics of the youth employment academy and examine which of these factors could improve the performance of job seeking activities by encouraging learning motivation. Therefore, significant implications could be derived through combining the field factors with theory and hypothesis verification.

Street Style, occurred in British and America, has been expressed the character of the new generation by repeating developments and changes. Nowadays, pop music reflects the phase of society. and simultaneously it has influence on from culture to society. Rock Music was rooted in Country 8l western of America. Upon Country & Western, Afro-Americans Rhythm & Blues was added, and that was the birth of Rockabilly. Rockabilly developed to Rock'n 'roll and it started to change to various forms of Rock since 1950s. As the commercial impact and the breakthrough of teenagers emotion, the rock culture comprised the base of the youth culture. However. it formed the anti-establishment culture against the established value, accepting working class subculture. The teenager culture was affected by the Rock culture, also found relief in the opulence provided by the established generation, imitating it as it was. Simultaneously, it had a contrary aspect as anti-establishment form under the banner of revolt against languor in richness. The youth culture created street style that was escaped from high fashion, every time Rock music had changes. Since Street style was based on resistance of established culture and it fully refused vogue, it was indifferent from high fashion. The results of this study were as following. First, every time Rock music had changes, the new youth culture was concomitant with, the youth culture created street style. Secondly, rockahibilly style was characterized as diamond shaped design, embroidery, extra wide shirt collar, vivid contrast color . Rockers style was represented as metal studs, beads, denim, leather jacket, boots. Fusion of hippies style and Psychedelic, long hair, beads. worn denim were elements of headbangers style. Punks style was characterized as ripped T-shirt. rooster hair, over decorated jacket, short skirt. net or plastic T-shirt. Lastly, the firm relation between popular art and fashion was proved by examining the history of Rock Music and Street Style.

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to explore the determinants of marriage intention for Korean youth. Because Korean society is under the population decline, inspecting influential attributes become worthy. Design/methodology/approach - This study employed Korean Youth panel data. The determinants of marriage intention include subjective health, leisure time, Schwabe index, culture recreation ratio, and Engel coefficient. This study performed binary logistic regression to test the hypotheses. Findings - The results indicate that subjective health and leisure time positively impact on the likelihood of marriage intention. However, culture recreation ratio and Engel coefficient negatively affect the likelihood of marriage intention. Schwabe index exerts no significant effect on marriage intention. Research implications or Originality - The results could become useful information to build policy to solve the population decline problem

A school uniform has established it as youth culture and an important fashion cord which exposes adolescents themselves under the influence of TV and movies. Moreover as adolescents use TV and radio ads and Internet as a main source to purchase a school uniform, their effect on adolescents' school uniform fashion increasingly grows. The purpose of this study is to analyze design characteristics and chronological changes of school uniform design of high school girls and provide basic materials to develop school uniform design and predict adolescents' fashion trend. The scope and subjects of the study were limited to TV drama and movies which were shown from 1996 to 2010 and had high school students as their main characters based on youth culture. The analysis materials were photos of 50 school uniforms collected from TV soap opera, movies, web sites, DVDs, and Internet. First, the changes of a school uniform, the mass media and youth culture, and a school uniform in the mass media were reviewed through previous researches and literature review. Then, a form, color, and materials were classified to analyze the Dsign Characteristic. Finally, the changes were examined chronologically.

본 연구는 청소년의 전통 의생활 문화인식을 증진시키기 위하여 의생활 단원 내용을 중심으로 교수 학습 과정안을 개발하고 적용하였다. 7차 교육과정 고등학교 1학년 교과서 12종과 7차 개정교육과정을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 '가정생활문화 변화'단원을 중심으로 '전통문화', '한복의 변천사', '한복의 색채', '한복의 문양과 소재', '한복의 세계화' 5개의 학습 주제를 선정하였다. 선정한 주제에 대해, 5차시의 교수 학습 과정안 및 48종의 수업자료(학생자료 22개, 수업자료 22개, 교사 자료 4개)를 개발하고 수업에 적용하였다. 청소년들의 전통의생활 문화에 대한 인식도는 사전검사 평균에 비해 사후 검사 평균이 높게 나타난 것으로 보아 본 연구의 교수 학습 과정안이 전통 의생활 전통문화에 대한 올바른 인식, 외래문화에 대한 수용, 전통 문화에 대한 긍정적 자세 등 전통 문화 인식 고취에 효과적이었다고 할 수 있다. 전통의생활 교육에 대한 인식 또한 유의미하게 향상되어 전통 문화교육의 중요성을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구자는 의생활 문화 교육과 관련하여 더 다양한 전통문화 관련 주제가 개발되어야 하며 더 강화되어야 한다고 제언하는 바이다. 뿐 아니라 식생활, 주생활 분야에도 전통문화 교수 학습 과정안이 개발되고 적용되는 등 다양한 전통문화 계승 교육 연구가 이루어질 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the current life conditions and welfare needs of rural youth. A questionnaire was developed from the review of literature. The instrument consisted of five separate sections according to the objectives of the study. Data(391) were collected through a questionnaire mailed to 4-H members selected in the sample(580). The rate of analyzed data(387) was 98% using the SPSS. Based on the findings of this study, the following recommendations were made. (1) The various education programs need to be enlarged to rural area. (2) The job getting opportunities and career guidance programs are needed to strengthen for rural youth. (3) The problem-counselling programs and centers should be provided for rural youth. (4) The more leisure and culture facilities should to establish in rural area.
